Exceptional! - Cristina and Fabrizio were fantastic, Cristina greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful in getting us oriented to the property and the space. When we had a request for more coffee pods or for someone to look at the faucet in the shower, Fabrizio answered very quickly and professionally. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The welcome sheet was also extremely valuable - tips on closest grocery stores was especially appreciated!

- EDUARDO (10/5): Maravilloso para familias en plan turístico - Apart hotel maravilloso, edificio antiguo muy bien remodelado, muy bien equipado para estadia en familia, personal muy amable, se disponia de insumos para usar lavadora y lavavajilla, fácil de acceder, muy cerca del centro histórico lo que lo hace ideal para estadías turísticas. Supermercado Conad a una cuadra, restaurante al lado muy bueno. Si alquilas un auto hay que tener cuidado que es zona ZTL y tener precaución con que estacionamiento usas para que registren bien tu auto y no tener problemas. El más cercano no estaba bien evaluado por lo que usamos uno a algunas cuadras pero muy caminable donde tuvimos buena experiecia ( Garage del Bargello ) Nos toco una cama en habitación matrimonial algo incomoda, pero en realidad lo bueno de todo el resto supera esa incomodidad leve.

The apt was very clean. It was a good size. The decor was fun and funky. Bess were comfy, They had everything we needed. Access in and out of bldg was convenient, loved that we could store our luggage in lockers. It was so hot in the apt and it was December so we couldn’t turn any AC on. We had to sleep with the windows open and the street noise was so loud. People partying in the streets until 4am. I barely slept at all. We could hear through the walls. The shower flooded the bathroom, hallway and into the bedroom. Our luggage got wet. The staff was very quick to respond and clean it all up. The drain was clogged. They were so nice!!! But it sucked and stuff got wet. There was a washer/dryer unit which was helpful. Very difficult to use the dryer function. Thankfully they had a drying rack. Need more towels in the bathroom.

The apartment itself was well-appointed, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, with an excellent shower and a comfortable bed. The location is incredible - steps from the Uffizi as well as many lovely bars/restaurants, and walking distance to most attractions. - virginia (10/5): Great location and beautiful boutique hotel - LOVED this hotel! The location was amazing. The room and beds were very comfortable and quiet. We had a 2 bedroom unit on the 2nd level and loved that we had a bathroom for each bedroom. I liked the modern feel and the contemporary art. The kitchen was perfect even though we did not cook or use it much. As an aside, we did a late afternoon food tour through Viator and it was fantastic! I would definitely recommend. Also had great pizza and food (twice!) at Baldovino. Be sure to visit the leather workshop behind one of the churches and close by Baldovino. A hidden gem. I had a difficult time with the washer/dryer (one unit) so if you want to use the machine and don't want to leave with wet clothes, be sure to ask the staff how to work the machine. While this was no issue for me, this was not a typical 'American' hotel so do not expect a lobby or staff on hand at all times. Just setting the expectation for those who may want a more traditional hotel.

Perfectly located for discovering Florence, just a few steps away from the Uffici museum but still a quiet location - we did not hear any noise from outside. They did an amazing job in refurbising and renovating an old building and turning it into beautiful apartments. It has a washing machine (we did not use it), dishwasher, and everything you really need. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Coffee place next door to get breakfast. There's honestly nothing. There is a little bit of humidity in the apartment, but nothing to the extend that it bothered us. We will come back here.
