• Themistoklis (8/5): Τίμια επιλογή! Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! - Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική! Δίπλα σε σταθμό του ΜΕΤΡΟ, πολύ κοντά στην παραλία αλλά και τα αξιοθέατα. Η περιοχή είναι η καλύτερη για να βρεις ποιοτικά καταστήματα εστίασης για ποτό και φαγητό, σε πολύ καλές τιμές! Τίμια επιλογή! Αν και οι χώροι ήταν καθαροί, χρειάζεται καλύτερη πλύση σε πετσέτες και σεντόνια. Θα έπρεπε το wifi να είναι καλύτερο και να παρέχεται δωρεάν καφές, έστω στιγμιαίος. Επίσης, δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω την απειλή χρέωσης με το ποσό των 15€ στην περίπτωση που δεν πετάξεις εσύ τα σκουπίδια σου κατα το check out(?), που αναγράφοταν στο έντυπο του συμφωνητικού!

The metro was a couple of minutes walk on the same road The pillows were uncomfortable. The towels had some stains on them and I didn’t like the orange bed throws as didn’t give it a nice clean feeling although the apartment in general was very clean. The bathroom sink drained water extremely slowly so it could do with some drain unblocker as it was very off putting when brushing my teeth.

• Elis02 (7/5): Good for a short stay with your family - The staff was friendly and the location was top! We asked for a crib, which we weren’t provided the first night, so we had to move things from one bedroom to another, as the rooms were quite small. Also, the wifi didn’t work.

• Aneta JSK (10/5): - Mieszkanie ma bardzo przemyślany podział na pokoje, dzięki czemu idealnie nadaje się do zakwaterowania singli, dzieci lub znajomych, którzy nie są parami. Osobne łóżka pozwalają wygodnie spać każdemu z osobna. Lokalizacja jest świetna, a obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona, a całe mieszkanie czyste, ciepłe i z dostępem do ciepłej wody. Dodatkowym plusem było to, że po zakończeniu pobytu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże, ponieważ mieliśmy późny lot — dzięki temu mogliśmy spokojnie korzystać z uroków Barcelony nawet w dzień wyjazdu. Gorąco polecam!

• Helene (9/5): A great place to stay. - I really valued having the host welcome us to the property and also that they had an office in the building where if we needed any help they were there. The host should be very proud of the way the apartment was presented, it and the common areas were spotless. We felt very safe there. The apartment was very spacious and had 3 bedrooms even though we only used one. There was enough crockery for 5 people which meant we were able to use the dishwasher. There was plenty of cooking equipment if needed and salt and oil was provided. A comfortable sofa and dining room table added to our comfort . I appreciated having washing pods provided for the washing machine. The bathroom was well appointed with shampoo and shower gel provided. Hot water was plentiful. The location was excellent, close to many attractions p, shops and easy to catch a taxi, bus or metro. The only suggestion I would make is that the apartment needs thicker blockout curtains in the main bedroom as the street lighting was very bright and it was very light in the room.
• Lutz (9/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Metrostation liegt ca. 2 Minuten entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer lebhaften Straße. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht. Wer jedoch mehr Ruhe benötigt, sollte dies bedenken.

• Román (9/5): Excelente, amplio piso y muy buena ubicación - La ubicación del piso es inmejorable. Limpieza, gran tamaño, habitaciones adecuadamente ubicadas. Repetiremos.
• Marita (8/5): Goede ligging en schoon! - De ligging van het appartement was top! Het was schoon, groot genoeg voor ons drieën. Comfortabele bedden, goede matrassen. De communicatie verliep wat stroef. Hadden een afspraak gemaakt voor aankomst en hebben vervolgens nog 40 minuten moeten wachten. Toeristenbelasting zou dan direct betaald moeten worden maar deze mocht dat niet aannemen. Je zou verwachten dat er iemand later het bedrag dan nog komt innen, maar je moet er zelf nog achteraan. Blijkt dat er in het gebouw een receptie zit. Heel onduidelijk allemaal. De schoonmaak stond vervolgens 5 min voor de uitcheck tijd in ons appartement toen we nog de spullen aan het pakken waren. We schrokken ons kapot! Tip, communicatie kan duidelijker en vriendelijker.

• Marybeth (9/5): My family had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed cooking our meals - The location and the apartment is well maintained, very modern and clean. It's complete with cooking equipment so easy to prepare meals. The apartment is also secured as there is a door downstairs with a key and the door to the apartment. The rooms are big enough, my two sons were happy to have their own rooms. The staff were also accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage as we arrived early before check-in. The access to metro is easy so as to the Gothic Quarter, grocery, restos.

• Terry (10/5): Exceptional - Great choice when visiting Barcalona. Would deffo use again. Wonderful staff, really laid back and friendly. Can't fault the place in any way. Great communication from start to finish. Apartment is 2 mins walk from the Jaume 1 metro station, so you can easily get the metro from the airport, getting to all the big attractions is a doddle. Don't be nervous about using the metro it is cheap and safe. There are supermarkets very close by, and the cathedral is 3 mins. The Gothic Quarter is the best choice for location, it really is super cool. Only 10 mins walk from Las Rambla down a straight road.

• Jho57 (8/5): Great location for history, travel and restaurants. - Location was excellent, close to a small supermarket and about 10-15 walk to larger one. Close to Metro so very convenient for travelling about the city to see its history but also very close to coffee shops and restaurants. It would have been good to have had either more cups or some mugs as otherwise the dishwasher was redundant as constantly had to wash up, insufficient crockery. It would also have been good to have a small welcome pack with milk, tea, coffee. Claims to be soundproof but but hear the lift from bedroom and occasionally noise from apartment above.

• Katharine (7/5): Lovely apartment, it’s a shame you can hear every move/sound your neighbours make - Lovely apartment, good location. Perfect base for wandering around the city. Could hear every noise from other people in the apartment block. Felt like the people in the apartment above us were stomping across the floor. Could hear every word of the conversation the woman in the flat next door was having, she might as well have been in our bedroom having the conversation.

It was clean, there was things if one wanted to cook etc. The conversations with staff were a bit slow, but very pleasant overall. There is city tax, which was substantial - 2 people for 3 nights had to pay 50 eur. The trash had to be taken out by us, but the timing when we should do it was only in evening. How can one correctly throw things away if they leave in the morning? And if you don't, there is (supposedly) a fine. With such rules, taking out trash should be taken care by the owners or organised differently. All beds were singles, which is not ideal for a couple. The street was quote loud, especially in morning, if one wants to keep the windows open.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Best of all was the location. Close to metro, Gotic and Born. Everything was great!

Walking distance to the Cathedral of Barcelona, Palau de la Música Catalana etc. The apartment is well managed and fully equipped with appliances. The neighbourhood is very busy with a lot of tourists so be prepared for some noise and crowds

Staff were super nice and helpful which made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend staying here to any group of friends or family. Hard to go past at this price.

Highly recommend. - Very clean, excellent location, safe, handbook of information provided, there are also Barcelona guidebooks on the bookshelf, an American coffeemaker, washer in the kitchen, dishwasher, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, multiple small balconies, two a/c’s the living room and one in one bedroom, tons of closet space and hangers, elevator. If you plan on washing clothes, I would recommend bringing a clothesline (there is a small clothesline outside the window in the living room). We did this and used it on one of the balconies. There was also one extra cot in one of the bedrooms. Nothing! Everything was great.

• Tiago (5/5): Passable - The apartment was located right in the centre of the city. We could walk to almost every landmark of the city without a problem. It was fairly clean at the time of our arrival A lot of noise from the street, up to 2/3 a.m. and the apartment isn't equipped with doubled windows. A LOT of light comes from the outside and the simple curtains don't block the sun waking you up. You have to put out the trash, into the street, without any place to leave it. If you don't take it out you'll pay a fine of 15€.

In a pedestrianized street so only delivery traffic. Supermarket and shops near by. We were very happy with the apartment which suited our needs.

• Annette (10/5): Great, clean apartment in perfect location. - Very happy with this apartment. I booked it for four friends who were visiting me in Barcelona. The location is perfect, right next to Jaume I Metro and easy walking around the Gotic and Born neighbourhoods. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything necessary. Very convenient for four friends sharing because two rooms are single so only two friends had to share a room (which was quite large) the other two had their own single room each. Despite the central location and building work next door there was no noise. The staff we dealt with were great - responsive to all my questions before and during stay and friendly and helpful when checking in. Mar spoke very good English. They gave two sets of keys. They also kindly offered to look after some bags after checkout since my friends were flying in the evening (we didn't end up doing this but the offer was very kind). No complaints at all. There was a small issue when the toaster shorted out the electricity once, but that's just one of those things. They just switched it back on at the fuse box. My friend left a comment in the visitor book so they can fix this. But it wasn't a big deal and everything was great overall.

Highly recommend - The location was fantastic , the facilities were great, Maria was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. So quiet during the night even though we were in a central location - would definitely stay again Only think I would change is the policy on taking your own rubbish out - there were bins outside the apartment and it was stated you could leave the rubbish outside the door so it wasn’t a massive inconvenience but for the price of the stay I would expect to be able to leave my rubbish in the bins in the apartment. As I said , not a huge inconvenience but just a bit odd

Close to all of the places we wanted to visit, great buzz around the area but when windows were closed there was no noise in the apartment. Everything we needed for a few days away. Spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning soon. There was nothing we did not like.

Access to transport options (bus, train) for those wanting to explore further afield within easy walking distance. Staff were very obliging and always happy to help. Lift in the building, good wifi, and very little (if any) noise. It was a home from home for us.
