The children desperately wanted to visit the Museum of Illusions, situated in Icon Park and Element Orlando turned out to be perfect for our stay, as it is also a mere 10 minutes drive to Universal Studios. We only had ONE day but was able to thoroughly enjoy both Icon & Universal Studios 🤩🤩🤩🤩 .

He asked the right questions at the right time, pushed our 12 bag cart to the 7th floor, unloaded everything, and wished us a blessed night. I’ve got to say, he is one of the most respectful young men I’ve met in a long time. I thank the parents who raised such a great young man.

Once we were done with the festival we called to see if we could come check in a lil earlier than 4. Donna told me my room was ready and I could make my way. (5stars). We arrived and were welcomed by Donna and Latara. The warmest welcome (5stars). The outside attendant, Findaley brought up our luggage. Also a greatttttt host (5 stars). The hotel is so conveniently located on I drive and it’s a walk over to Icon park. A walk, not a drive. AMAZING. My 5 yr old loves Icon park so instead of us staying at our timeshare I wanted to try out the Element and I couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be back here. 💯way to go Donna, Latara and Findaley, you made us such huge fans of the Element and your customer service skills. BRAVO 👏🏽

Ana welcomed us in with humor and even found us a room that was ready so we could drop our stuff. She was wonderful. The room itself is spacious and has a nice sized fridge and coffee maker. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that there is no sound proofing in the windows or shades, and the hallways are awfully echoey. We happened to stay at the tale end of spring break and the doors on our floor kept being slammed constantly. Part the occupants fault and part the shutting mechanism causing it to slam. Other than the sound issues, this stay is Highly recommended!

- salods (10/5): Economy hotel that exceed expectations - This is an economy hotel that looks pretty new, everything was clean, staff were helpful and free breakfast. Parking was self $24, valet $30. I was pleasantly suprised.
- Ricardo (5/5): Did not enjoy the hotel stay - The location. There is nothing to like about the hotel it's basic . I did like the price at the time of booking but at check in with the suprise $25.00 a day additional for parking this was not worth it for me. Breakfast was a joke, 9:15 they stop refilling 9:27 they close the breakfast area door, one jar of orange juice offered for all the guess and when finish it was not refill. I guess the limit is one jar for the day, cofee was serve at 6:30 AM after that no cofee offered untill next day at 6:30 AM again, after 9:27 AM no cofee of hot water is available, even for you to try to make your own. This is the first place I stayed and have to pay $25.00 a day for parking at the place. This parking charges is not mention at time of booking so at check in suprise, stayed 3 days and was charged $100.00 for parking, said balance will be credited. NO HEATED POOL.

From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel truly welcome. She went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail set a great tone for our entire visit. Thank you, Donna, for such an excellent first impression and outstanding service!
- M8298PHjackf (2/5): SLEEPLESS NIGHTS! - Stayed at the Element on the northern most rooms and found out that there was a 24 hour club/bar (Cafe 34 Istanbul) that has outdoor speakers within 150 yards of the hotel that continued to play very loud music all through the night. I complained to the hotel front desk at 3:30 in the morning and they had told me this was an ongoing problem they are aware of. I spoke with a manager the next day and had told Ana Perez that I had photos and videos of what occured. She asked me to send them to her and she would get back with me. I told her I wanted to know if there was anything they can do about it and if there was an ordinance against this that close to the hotel and at that time of the night. She replied to me several weeks later and gave no answer that would tell me if there were any plans to file a formal complaint against this business. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel unless you enjoy the sounds of bass music all through the night during your stay. We will not be staying here again! Glad to be checking out today, still waiting on £700 double charge Wont be back

With every hello, goodbye, good morning, and good night I just felt so welcomed and at home, in a foreign city for me. Her hospitality is unmatched! - FarAway459864 (10/5): Great valet! - I don't usually write reviews but I couldn't miss this one. My friend and I pulled up to the the hotel, late for our meeting, of course. We were struggling with tons of bags, flip charts, Christmas presents...it was a whole thing! But John, our valet for parking, was super attentive and sensitive to all the chaos. It totally changed our attitude for the rest of the day. Thanks John!

- F7025VQjadeg (10/5): Valet experience - From the beginning my experience was delightful i did valet with Tyrone, he was very kind and even convinced me to let him help me with my bags, i was hesitant because truthfully i did not want to tip him when i said no he insisted stating it would give him something to do, knowing this company employees people who are excited to get work done and don’t expect anything in return i’ve recommended this hotel to everyone in my circle and the next time i visit orlando i know exactly which hotel i will be staying at. 10/10 service. And yes i did end up tipping him!

She's polite, kind, funny, and I felt extremely satisfied with her service! The hotel has a good structure, and the rooms are all new, from what I saw. I would definitely come back! - Shanice (3/5): Underwhelming - The location is great right by icon park this is why we chose here for the best location , Hotel is modern air con: heating system is decent pool looks nice( didn’t use it though) Frosty staff not very friendly. The vanity furniture fell onto my foot scratching it on arrival to room no empathy from reception just had an engineer sent to fix it, I didn’t make a big deal but I had scratches & now slight bruise. Rooms a lot smaller than average , hallway has a weird constant smell, water in lobby is definitely not bottled and tastes like unfiltered. breakfast options was terrible, plain egg or sausage meat, basic options. Coffee machine in the room seems faulty it works but won’t turn off needed unplugging to turn off, it costly poured after. No cleaner came to our room while we was out, no fresh towels had to call for them , water for shower was lukewarm and didn’t heat after waiting an hour so we reported it. Over all very disappointing. Not how we wanted to end our trip in Orlando, we’ve stayed at 5 other hotels from 1st- present moving around and this has been most disappointing sadly.
