Ralph (1/5): Bad - Nothing One hour before arriving at this property which was booked months in advance we received a call saying the owners refused to leave the property and we were being moved to Champions Gate. It was expressed to us that this was an upgrade. It did have 2 more bedrooms (which we didn’t need) was further from the airport and from Disney and the outdoor space didn’t compare with what we had booked, however at least we had a place to stay. We were a family of 11 and this was extremely stressful to happen an hour before check in. Avoid booking here!!!!!
Kicki (9/5): We loved our stay, and would not hesitate to return. - The house was everything we could have asked for. A big family holiday with 6 adults and 4 childen had all the space we needed. Two very minor problems were immediately resolved. Plenty of seating outside by the pool. Enough towels for everyone. Freezer was stocked up on ice. Location perfect; just a couple of minutes walk to the big pool. 10 minutes drive to the Disney parks. The sliding door to the terrace was not sliding well, and almost impossible to open from the outside.
