• Michal (9/5): - Super lokalizacja, łatwy dostęp, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, była klasyczna moka zamiast ekspresu :). Klimatyczne mieszkanie. Trzy oddzielne pokoje, dwa podwójne łóżka i jedno piętrowe, zatem mozliwe spanie w większej grupie. Łazience przydałby sie drobny remont ale nie wpływa to na funkcjonalność. Fajowe miejsce, polecam P.s. na zdjęciach nasz bałagan

• Ofke (9/5): Great stay, charming apartment and a fantastic location near the Vatican. - Fantastic location, charming old apartment and a nice neighborhood. Everything went well. The garbage disposal nearby is sometimes noisy, early or late.

• Jesús Ángel (9/5): Semana Santa 2026 - La ubicación perfecta. Muy ceca del Vaticano y Castell Sant Angelo pero una calle muy tranquila. Tuvimos un problema con la caldera pero la anfitriona enseguida envió un técnico para solucionar el problema. El apartamento y la cocina está muy bien equipado y las camas muy cómodas. Lo único malo, las escaleras pero eso ya lo pone en la descripción del apartamento
• Dominika (10/5): - Przede wszystkim idealna lokalizacja! Dosłownie pod Watykanem, z kolei pieszo dotrzesz do wszystkich atrakcji jak fontanna di Trevi, schody hiszpańskie, itp. Miejsce dokładnie takie jak ma zdjęciach, bardzo wygodny odbiór kluczy, właścicielka w stałym kontakcie, bardzo miła, pomocna i przychylna. Do wyboru aż 3 sypialnie, 2 mają podwójne łóżka oraz jest łóżko piętrowe, także 6 osób bardzo wygodnie się wyśpi. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Co prawda trzeba wchodzić wysoko na 3 piętro, ale to specyfika takiej kamienicy i ma to swój urok. Można poczuć klimat Rzymu. Bardzo polecam!
• Phillip (7/5): - Meget central beliggenhed og god plads i lejligheden. Vi havde udfordringer med manglende varmt vand men fik heldigvis hurtig hjælp af udlejer.
• Magdalena (9/5): - Fantastyczna lokalizacja. 5 minut spacerem do Watykanu i Zamku Św. Anioła. Bliziutko sklepy, restauracje, przystanek autobusowy i stacja metra. Przestronny apartament dla nawet 6 osób (2 sypialnie z łóżkiem podwójnym i jedna z łóżkiem piętrowym). Wygodne łóżka, czysta i przyjemna pościel i mięciutkie reczniki. Kuchnia wyposażona w czajnik, lodówkę, kuchenkę z piekarnikiem i kuchenkę mikrofalową. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Ferdericą - zarządcą mieszkania. Informację jak dostać się do mieszkania otrzymaliśmy po uregulowaniu wszystkich opłat i samodzielnym zameldowaniu. Małym minusem jest brak windy, gdyż mieszkanie znajduje się na 3.piętrze. Kolejny mały minus to fakt, że jest tylko jedna łazienka, co przy kilku osobach może być lekko uciążliwe.

• Marta (9/5): Situación perfecta - La situación, estaba muy cerca del Vaticano. El aseo, estaba oxidado el radiador que estaba dentro de la ducha. Eso da una imagen de poca higiene. Y podrían dejar más rollo de papel higiénico.
• Pilar (9/5): Excelente - Excelente ubicación, buen wifi, camas muy cómodas, muy bien equipada la cocina. Lo más destacable es la ubicación, muy cerca del vaticano y a 20 minutos caminando de la Fontana di trevi. Era sin ascensor pero eso ya lo sabía.

• Concetto (9/5): Great Location and Host - The location is amazing, and communication with the host was great! They were very friendly and happy to accommodate my requests. The only small downside was that the water pressure was a bit low, but everything else was perfect. Great stay overall!
• Vitalina (10/5): An Exceptional Escape in the Heart of Rome - Excellent location, just a few blocks from the Vatican. There are two grocery stores right next to the building. The check in instructions were clear and easy. I think the pictures are a bit outdated though. The unit was remodeled and has lot more sleeping arrangement. Would def recommend to a family with kids. more trash bags needed to be left

• MARIA (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο φιλοξένησε την οικογενειά μας για 4 μέρες και ήταν άνετο, πολύ ζεστό, καθαρό και βολικό σαν τοποθεσία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξυπηρετικός και φιλικός απέναντι μας..Μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

• Diogo (9/5): - Gostei da localização e do espaço amplo do apartamento. Eu achava que seriam dois quartos, mas há um terceiro quatro menor com beliches. A comunicação com o anfitrião também é fácil. Eu sabia que haveria escadas, mas não que seriam tantos lances a subir. Com malas pesadas é um pouco difícil. Pode melhorar o aquecimento também.

• Laurent (10/5): - Très grand appartement. Très propre. Juste à côté du vatican. Un locker est dispo juste à côté pour vos bagages 3€/h. Un carrefour pour vos petites courses et plein de restaurants. Un peu de bruit du centre ville, mais c'est très supportable.
• Ronit (7/5): דירה ברומא - 3 חדרים גדולים במיקום רגוע וקרוב מאוד לותיקן. מתחת לדירה יש סופר ובסביבה המון מסעדות דירה חשוכה מאוד, במקלחת לא היה זרם במים החמים והמטבח קטן מאוד וחשוך ( לא זימן בישול כפי שתכננתי). קומה 3 שהרגישה כמו 5 בלי מעלית.

Just one bathroom. One side exposed to traffic and ambulances (hospital nearby) - occasional sirens at night.

• Karen (7/5): - Location was great. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The shower jet was not strong and the water did not drain well. The a/c in the biggest room was not enough (we moved the fan from the kitchen and it was much better).
• mikael (9/5): Perfecto ! - L'emplacement est exceptionnel. Proche de beaucoup de points d'intérêts a porté de pas. Bel immeuble et appartement décoré avec goût. Quelques petits points à améliorer afin qu'il soit parfait: La douche: réglage et variations eau chaude et eau froide très imprévisible. Cuisine: manque ouvre boîte et tire bouchon cassé. Chambre 1 (côté rue) Isolation phonique de la fenêtre à envisager.
• CeceTV77 (10/5): Tutto ok - Bell'appartamento in zona centrale. Spazioso, pulito, accogliente. C'è tutto quello che serve.
• Phileeep (6/5): - Location is excellent! Very close to Vatican and an easy walk into centre of Rome. The Metro is 10 min walk so fairly easy to get across the city. The main bedroom is great and all beds were comfortable. The rooms were all clean too. Communication from host was excellent. The bathroom really needs upgraded and fell short for us - shower also needed reset for hot water with poor pressure.. Kitchen also - although we ate out every night so not so much an issue but if you like to cook meals then prob not ideal. Lots of stairs - not an issue for us but if you have any mobility issues then not for you. Finally, if you need to get to airport then organise yourself. We arranged one and it was 90€ - a white cab will cost you 40€!.
• Mary (8/5): Very good - Very private.The double bedroom mattress is really comfortable, quality pillows and towels. Location fantastic if you want to be close to the Vatican and St Peter's Basilica. Corner shop with all you need just a few strides away from the front door. Lots of restaurants close by. Really nice location! The apartment is on the third story. No elevator so you need to be fit! About 60 steps. Air conditioning is too loud to have on over night. Check out time is 10 am.
• Zelong (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, very close to the Vatican, with restaurants, a bus stop, and a Carrefour supermarket nearby. The house is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. There is air conditioning, so it's not a problem during hot weather. The only downside is that the house is on the third floor without an elevator, so it's important to note for elderly people or those with mobility issues. There are two minor issues: one is that there isn't enough toilet paper, and the other is that some utensils, like the bottle opener, are broken. We bought a bottle of wine and almost couldn't open it.
• Melisa (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment in a fantastic location close to the Vatican. The neighborhood was beautiful and quieter than other areas in Rome, which made it a nice escape after a long day touring the city. Easily walkable to the metro as well as the walking bridge. The self check-in was also great.
• Mr. (9/5): Cosy place in the heart of civilisation - Great place. Not only strategic position, but the streets around, restaurants. You can reach many key places in Rome just by walk. Very nice accomodation, comfortably and I like the style as well. Nothing significant. Some of the lights were not functional.

• Maria (9/5): Amazing place to stay in Rome! - Lovely, spacious, fully equipped and comfortable appartment in the heart of rome, in a pretty, historic building. Plenty of beds (can easily accomodate 6 people), fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Few steps to St Peters basilica and castel St Angel. lots of great restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood, also the supermarkets, bus stops - basically everything you may need. The area is safe and peaceful. Just few perks of an old bulidnig: 3rd floor (high one) with no elevator - not a problem for us, but I imagine it may be for some. Old, single glazed windows - one of the bedrooms is pretty noisy with the street noise (trash cans, cars, etc - all easily audible). Odd smell in the bathroom - nothing really bad, it didn't really affect our stay, but it's there
• Inesa (8/5): Very good - There was a lot of space, very nice apartment, very well located. All the restaurants and shops were nearby. The owner was very friendly and reachable. The boiler kept shutting off and there was no hot water. I contacted the owner, whom explained me how to fix it. However the boiler kept resetting and we had to fix it everyday, which was inconvenient.

• Antonio (6/5): Excellent location, clean and pleasant flat, good staff assistance, works on the facade disruptive - The location was excellent, the property was clean and pleasant. The Falstaff staff were good at communicating and dealing with queries. At our request we received a discount for the building works. We'd book again Falstaff notified us only two days before our arrival about the works on the facade of the building claiming that it started two days prior - in fact the works started in July 2023 until the end of November. The TV didn't work throughout the period of our stay
• Arthur (1/5): If could have been advised work was scheduled I would have never stayed here, that option was taken away. From the buil - Location Was not advised work would be done on outside of building. Shutters would not open fully due scaffolding on building exterior, leaving room dark and little natural light. Men working and climbing right outside window, started 7am and extremely loud. Netting was then put on exterior limiting light and air flow. Unable to have curtains open with workers. Bathroom in need of updating, felt not clean. Had issue with toilet a first day, advise management and said would look into it but no one ever bothered to. Air conditioner did not work in main area. Main bedroom had extremely strong mold smell making impossible to use bedroom. Pullout couch had issue, had to sleep with head at foot of bed. Internet stopped working last couple days. Management would only offer one night refund, but have yet to follow through. Booking.com support was terrible, no one would respond as promised.

• Anonymous (8/5): The apartment was an excellent base for our needs and a great location. I only wrote the above as possible improvements - The location and the apartment were both excellent generally. I was surprised by the amount of stairs and think this should be indicated in the property information. The bathroom was in need of some redecoration as there is quite a lot of damp on the ceiling and there is a bit of a leak from the shower onto the floor. The bathroom floor was not that clean. I also think that the kitchen has need of some work, and it has an unpleasant smell around the sink area. Finally, there was no signal on the TV and no instructions for it.
