Une partie du personnel très aimable, faisant même des efforts pour parler français, à l'accueil et au service petits dèjeuners (Mr. Mimouni) L'éxiguité de ma chambre avec une minuscule fenêtre. La propreté des lieux (énorme tâche sur le matelas) poussière très visible sur des meubles foncés. Ménage fait tous les trois jours. Les lits ne sont pas retapés chaque jour. Jamais vu ça ailleurs en Europe.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was professional and friendly. I did not like the soap dispensers in the bathroom. They were difficult to use. And the fact that they did not provide face cloths was disappointing.

• Sullivan (8/5): Perfect spot for a few nights in Amsterdam! - Location was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely small, we weren’t quite ready for that.
• Alexi (10/5): Great convenient stay - Staff were very nice and friendly and we were also able to check in early. The hotel was also located near a station (Waterlooplein) which was less than a 5mins walk and only 2 stops to Amsterdam central. Most places were walkable anyways. The area is away from the hustle of central but still lively with restaurant around the corner and near by the National Ballet and Opera. The hotel was very clean and also had a small shop (24/7) where you can self check out any items you need. The room itself was a little tight but space was well thought out (can push suitcase under the bed) but the stools/chairs were blocking the wardrobe doors and inconvenient to use. It could also do with a fridge and more bathroom hooks to hang towels.

• Lena (8/5): Okay - Die Lage ist super, man kommt überall in höchstens 20 Minuten zu Fuß hin! Wir hatten erst ein recht kleines Zimmer, das sehr dreckig war und noch Hinterlassenschaften von vorherigen Kunden hatte. Auch das Bett dort war wie als würde man auf Holz liegen. Nachdem wir Bilder gemacht hatten und diese dem Personal gezeigt hatten, haben wir ein besseres Zimmer, auch mit bequemen Bett, bekommen. Das war zwar auch nicht 100%ig sauber, aber eine Lösung mit der wir sehr zufrieden waren.

• Adriana (5/5): Enttäuscht! - Die Lage und das Personal war sehr nett. Kostenloses Trinkwasser . Bad ohne Fenster. Lüftung hat nicht funktioniert. Badtür war eine Schiebetür, die nicht richtig schließ. Zimmer war nicht richtig gesaugt und sehr laut von draußen, da das Fenster nur eine verglast war.

• Judy (10/5): Friendly and helpful staff and fabulous location - The location was ideal- just over 1K to Anne Frank House and Van Gogh Museum. Everywhere you walked was on a beautiful street with many cafes and restaurants. Easy metro ride to Centraal Station.

• Wendy (7/5): Supoer. - Excellent location within walking distance to most areas. Public Transport excellent. Loads of cafes and restaurants. Good vibes all round. Single bedroom too squeezy, not enough room to put suitcase.
• Ankur (10/5): Recommended - Excellent hotel. They gave me an automatic update to bigger room. The location is central and opposite the lake. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good too. Nothing to point as such.
• Nicole (7/5): Für 1-2 Nächte ausreichend - Sehr gute Lage und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer gebucht, was sehr gut geschnitten war. Leider lag die Matratze lediglich auf einem Brett, ohne Lattenrost-was sehr hart war- und es gab nur eine Bettdecke.
