- Ruben Luis Werner (7/5): Ein Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential - Zu Beginn wurde uns über eine "Special Woche" berichtet, daher bekamen wir kostenlos ein Zimmer Upgrade und konnten an einem Glücksrad etwas gewinnen, in unserem Falle ein Gutschein für ein Getränk an der Bar. Das Hotel sowie das Zimmer war sehr schick, die Aussicht war extrem toll. Wir hatten auf dem Zimmer sogar ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen, fanden wir gut. Das Personal war freundlich und die Möglichkeit mittags und abends im Restaurant etwas essen zu können war auch toll, das Frühstück war ausreichend und hat geschmeckt. Die Sauberkeit war leider sehr schlecht, die Wände waren voll mit Flecken, auch auf dem Boden war einer zu erkennen. Im Badezimmer am Seifenspender war Rost, das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nur sehr langsam ab, das machte in Summe keinen guten Eindruck. Zudem fanden wir eine Pizza Margherita für 20€ einfach zu teuer.

- Ahmet Sinan (1/5): Stay away if you need accessibility! - It has WiFi and room to sleep You can book accessible rooms if you're alone. Accessible rooms are just for one person! There are two elevators. You can't drive them upstairs, if you are not on the ground floor! Room was on the 2nd floor, building has 14 floors. Each time elevators run first to the top, collect people from each floor and comes at the end to the 2nd floor. You are praying for an empty elevator and it takes minimum half an hour, each time, if you want to have breakfast or go to restaurant or access to the exit or go to the accessible toilet! Because your room isn't accessible, because you need someone with you and in this case you can't book an accessible room! This was quite horrible and then one elevator ran out of order. You may only imagine it! On Sunday when everybody was trying to checkout, it took more than one hour to reach to the reception. Getting out of the hotel was like gaining our freedom back! Bonus: Room cleaning is done per request. If you don't ask for it you can't get it. In our case, you can't either, if you ask.

- Henrietta (8/5): Nice hotel wth a great view in a relaxed area - Fantastic view from the rooms, good location, it is not in the historical center but very close in a much more relaxed area, next to a supermarket which was pretty handy. Good-sized, nice, clean room, with comfortable beds. We tried the hotel's restaurant for dinner as well which was also pretty good. On the whole it was a good experience Breakfast could be a bit better and I didnt understand the room's cleaning process either, in 4 days the cleaner showed up once on the second day at 4 pm when we just got back from our day trip so we just asked him to empty the rubbish bins. We didnt need cleaning in the room every day, but they should have let us know during the check-in what you can expect about that,

Uns wurde zunächst ein Zimmer gegeben, das bereits besetzt war, da man uns gesagt hatte, dass kein Zimmer mit Doppelbett mehr verfügbar sei. Als wir jedoch wieder zur Rezeption gingen und mitteilten, dass das Zimmer bereits belegt war, bekamen wir plötzlich doch ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett sowie zwei kostenlose Getränke, was ich wiederum positiv fand. Trotzdem wirkte das Personal auf mich unorganisiert. Das Frühstück war an sich gut, allerdings könnten das Besteck und die Teller besser gereinigt werden.

- patrick (7/5): Aanrader !! - Het hotel lag een km van de metro en dan was je op 1 halte in Amsterdam centraal , ideaal dus !! Kamer , netjes , zaten op hoogste verdieping , 14 , leuk !! Auto onder parkeren , betalend maar wel handig !! Wel reserveren !! Het ontbijt , basic , en het was zeer druk , en in feite wat Ikea achtig , eten op je plateau en zoeken naar een plaats , rond half 9 /9 uur , dag 2 toch al 8 uur gaan eten !! En gezien de vele verschillende mensen die daar komen , er zitten toch grote varkens bij , het mag gezegd worden , verschrikkelijk sommige , triest !!

- Gilliams (7/5): - Ligging was goed en verbinding naar het centrum ook. Het ontbijt, weinig plaats om te zitten, het toast machine werkte niet goed en het koffiezetapparaat gaf enkel gewone koffiezetapparaat. Ik koos een cappuccino en latte en kreeg gewone koffie

- Sabine (7/5): Schöne Tage in Amsterdam - Beim Frühstücken war es meistens recht voll. Hatten einen Feuerwehr Fehlalarm und sind dann die Treppen runter. (9 Stock). Kommt aber öfter vor Keiner wusste Bescheid. Schlechte Infos. ☹️

- Yağmur (10/5): - The hotel and the rooms were very clean, staff was helpful and available all the time for any questions or support. The location was 15 min walking to ferry which is free and frequent to travel to centraal station. There is a big market close by that you can get all you need.

- Lutz (5/5): - Aussicht aus dem Zimmer Personal sprach kein Deutsch, trotz Beschreibung Zimmer sehr klein, keine Ablagen für Kleidung, Frühstück war Bahnhofsatmosphäre, keine voreingedeckten Tische, nur 2 Sorten Wurst.
- Hannes (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt in der City, andere wenn man gern läuft ist die City sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Inclusive einer kleinen Schifffahrt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad war nicht ganz sauber in den Ecken, der Teppich hatte einige Flecken und die Gardine war auch nicht ganz sauber.
- Cindy (9/5): Très bon hôtel - Hôtel légèrement excentré du centre ville - très propre, personnel accueillant ! Bonne literie, vu très sympa sur un petit port !
