• Christopher (10/5): Great little hotel - Very good staff, really helpful. Made sure to make sure you had info on how to get around, local sims etc but without being overbearing. Woke late for breakfast, they made sure to look after me with coffee etc before heading out. Cleaned room each day, generally just attentive and cared, really appreciated the service Rooms are basic, but given the price point no complaints at all, still clean, good comfy bed and great location

They spent so much time sharing with me informations about Istanbul and how is life there. This was definitely probably one of the best part of my stay in Istanbul ,having the chance to share so much with local people. ! Thanks Alper and thanks also to your brother !
• Faye (1/5): Good around the area but wish I had chosen a different hotel - Did not like anything about this hotel except for the location I didn’t like anything the room was very very small and very very uncomfortable bed and a small bed both ended up having bad backs because of the bed- the cleaning wasn’t done to any standard atall and it’s like no one cleaned the room atall ! Very dirty and would NOT recommend!!
• Bushko (10/5): - Ένα ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο κέντρο της πόλης και με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και μέσα μεταφοράς σε κοντινή απόσταση.Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και στην διάθεση μας για ο,τι απορία έχουμε. Τα δωμάτια είναι λίγο μικρά και ειδικά το μπάνιο αλλά δεν μας επηρέασε πολύ.

Имахме запазено паркомясто пред входа на хотела Стаята ни с едно двойно легло и едно единично легло е по-тясна от обявените 17кв.м, дори и да включим банята, която също е мъничка.

Можно позавтракать в отеле, сообщив персоналу накануне. Цена/качество вполне вполне. Номера маловаты, но это оправданно, т.к. отель расположен в старинном доме. Узкая, лестница, медленный лифт по тем же причинам.

• Jenny (8/5): - All the staff at this hotel were super friendly and went out of their way to give you the best service. By the end of the week, they felt like family. The breakfast was huge and the rooms comfortable. There were a couple of plumbing issues which were immediately addressed. The road could be difficult to access via car, but that is the old part of Turkiye and so roads are very narrow and busy.

• Lejla (1/5): Terrible experience - Unprofessional and overpriced - - We stayed at the hotel as a group of five. On the second day, we were informed about a small make-up stain on one towel and told that such stains are usually charged, and that we should be more careful in the future. He told us that he wouldn’t charge us. At check-out, the receptionist suddenly claimed that three towels had to be paid for, even though only one towel was actually affected. After some discussion, he said they would “meet us halfway” and only charge two. I decided to pay the full amount because I did not want to accept supposed goodwill when the situation was clear. They charged 30 euros for a single make-up stain. In my view, this amount is disproportionate for one stained towel. I also find it unreasonable that such a minor issue was even raised in this way. It would have been appropriate and professional to waive the charge altogether. Charging 30 euros for a single towel is excessive, especially given that hotels in cities like Vienna purchase towels for around 0.49 euros per piece. The entire situation felt unprofessional and left a negative impression. I was extremely upset about how the hotel presented the situation. With the amount of accommodation options available in Istanbul, you can certainly get better value for your money elsewhere. It was my first stay at The Camelot Hotel, and it will definitely be my last.

• Grig Giak (10/5): Very good choice! - Very good option. The hotel was simple but very nice. The room also was simple decorated but beautiful. The staff was perfect, kind and helpful! They provided us also with a free parking space which was very helpful for us. The location was good! 10 minutes walking away from Αγιά Σοφιά and the public transportation (railway) . The room was a bit small and in our opinion the price was a bit more "spicy". But not too much.

Les chambres étaient propres linge changé chaque jour, sèche cheveux, frigo dans la chambre. Chambres un peu petites , mais nous y restions que la nuit donc pas un réel soucis

В близлежащих ресторанах завтрак примерно такого же наполнения стоит немного дешевле, но надо ходить и рано они не открываются. Персонал старается помочь решить любые вопросы и рассказать куда пойти, что посмотреть.

• Laura Kravetz (5/5): Pensión muy muy humilde aunque decente a precio de buen hotel - Son amables, sobre todo los de la noche. La ubicación súper turística muy cerca de Hagia Sophia. Muuuuy muuuy pequeña tanto la habitación como el baño. A penas entra la cama. No tiene lo más básico, ni siquiera veladores, mucho menos una sillita o algo donde apoyar las cosas (como se ve falsamente en la foto). Todos los muebles son de mala calidad y algunos están un poco rotos, las sábanas son las peores, de esas que hacen picar. Toallas, todo de calidad muy baja. La supuesta terraza es un cuadrado pequeño y tiene arrumbados muebles viejos, no está para usar. No hay desayuno. La limpieza inicial es correcta aunque no limpian durante la estadía.

Le petit-déjeuner gargantuesque, varié et délicieux. Le petit frigo dans la chambre et la literie confortable. Le service de transfert depuis et vers l'aéroport. La chambre était mal isolée thermiquement, heureusement la climatisation fonctionnait, bien que très bruyante. Les rideaux qui n'occultent pas la lumière donc il fait jour très tôt dans la chambre.
