Veel extra dingen om uit te kiezen zoals pyjama's, shower gel, herbal sheets (geweldig voor zonnebrand!) maar ook een gratis bar 's avonds. Checkout is niet nodig, gewoon je kamer verlaten en het hotel uit wandelen. Heel proper allemaal. Enkel de kamers zijn redelijk benauwd (wij waren met 3 personen). Niets

Breakfast was unreasonably served early and they cut it at 0830 exactly, including the coffee machine. I find this way too early for a hotel breakfast. The staff were just okay, some not that pleasant for Japanese standards. The room was so dark, all windows in every room are small, they don’t open and they aren’t see through, so I felt very claustrophobic- esp on a rainy day. The room is tiny too, as well as the bed. Really not great for two people sharing.

- Roomie (8/5): 静かで快適な眠りの一夜。朝食も美味しかったです＾＾ - 噂通り、静かで眠る環境が整っていて、ホテルで基本的に眠れない私でも比較的良く眠れました。 コンビニやスーパーにも近くて、かつ観光スポットからも近いけれど、うるさくない距離で、とても落ち着いて過ごせました。朝食も色々な種類があって、結構満足行くまで食べられました。 ドアのカギが紙の番号だのみなので、これはスマホで確認できたらいいなと思いました。 紙をなくしたら一巻の終わりなので。あとは特になかったですね。

Asakusa subway line was a bit further walking distance than Ginza line. After a long walk from visiting places, it felt like a long walk back to hotel from subway.

They went above and beyond for me after my stay and sent me a picture of my passport - I had misplaced mine and needed the picture to check in at the next hotel. They advertised they speak English, but one receptionist sadly didn't. We communicated through a translator app, but it was still not as advertised.

- Valentina (4/5): Buena ubicación, mal desayuno - El Hotel estaba limpio y ordenado. Excelente ubicación, al lado del santuario y del barrio de Asakusa. Las amenidades eran de buena calidad. Nos habíamos hospedado en el Super Hotel de Alihabara, y honestamente este deja bastante que desear respecto al desayuno. El horario es bastante restrictivo considerando que es un hotel donde su principal público es gente de vacaciones. El horario es de 6 30 a 8 30 en día de semana, sin embargo, 15 minutos antes del término, no se repone la comida, e incluso comienzan a retirar las cosas cerca de las 8 15. De las 4 noches que nos hospedamos, solo pudimos desayunar bien 1 solo día. El resto prácticamente fue dinero perdido. Adicionalmente, el personal que atiende el sector tiene una actitud ruda y poco amigable. Cabe destacar que este problema no lo tuvimos en ningún otro hotel de nuestro viaje.

It failed in all areas the staff were not very helpful, the breakfast was poor to terrible but the worst part was the room cleaning It is hotel policy that if you want your room cleaned you must vacate your room for 5 WHOLE hours between 10am and 3 pm Absolutely ludicrous!!

- Claudio (4/5): Very disappointied with the hotel Totally dissatisfied!! - Only its location …nothing else impressed us Firstly we found the staff barely helpful..on our first night we asked about restaurant recommendations and they simply pointed to a hotel manual which was no help The breakfast was poor to terrible for western people ( we are Australian) and the hours were ridiculous 6.30 to 8.30 …when I’m on holidays I don’t want to wake up early to rush down to get what were morsels of food by at 8am The coffee was terrible and no fresh juice etc I did not eat breakfast after the first day The pillows were very uncomfortable and probably suited to a small child You were required to collect your pillow from reception and only one pillow per person !! The bed was also uncomfortable including the doona which had a synthetic cover so was uncomfortable!! There was no power point in the bathroom so had to shave etc in the bedroom Then our biggest gripe was the room cleaning which we complained about but received no satisfaction Room cleaning was done between 10am and 3 pm and UNBELIEVABLY we had to be out of our room for the WHOLE 5 HOURS !!!!!! This was so unacceptable to us that we ended up having our room cleaned only once !! We tried a second time but we got our notice out after 10am (approximately 10.30-11am ) and our room was not cleaned On the day it was cleaned I requested to be let in my room to collect items I needed for the day and I was refused!!! I was paying for a room for 24 hrs not 19 hrs !!!

Very helpful staff and many extras like pajamas and laundry machines. Fair price point for area. No view, but I knew that going in. You can crack the window open to let in some air though.

About booking- be aware the scam : I received 3 WhatsApp and 2 emails directly to my personal email (not via booking) from different number and email accounts after reservation asking me to confirm the booking, they knew the booking details inc the date I stay, my name etc - there is data leakage !!!

- Victor (7/5): Great location close to major attraction of temple and markets. - Superb location to the famous temple and surprisingly good breakfast. Love the lounge with Japanese wine options. Rooms are a bit small even for two people. Hardly any space to open luggage.
