- Christoph (6/5): - Probleme gab es gleich mal beim Checkin mit einer internationalen Kreditkarte (obwohl mir im Vorfeld ausdrücklich bestätigt wurde dass solche akzeptiert werden). Die Unterkunft selbst ist okay, habe von den Bildern aber etwas mehr erwartet. Die heruntergekommene Umgebung rund um das Hotel trübt den Eindruck schon bei der Ankunft recht stark. Die Zimmer selbst sind dann aber gut. Allerdings hat es vor den Zimmern unangenehm gerochen und das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch relativ klein.

- KEIICHI (4/5): - マカオ国際空港からタクシーで１０分程度で、便利。帰りの日の朝ご飯のために、フロントで前もって頼んでおいたブレッグファーストボックス、フロントでは朝６時２５分に3階へ行けば作ってあるからピックアップするように言われた。が、６時半に行ってもスタッフは聞いていない！頼まれていない！の一点張り。結局、慌てて用意してはくれたが、フロントマンがきちんと手配するから大丈夫と言ったのは、なんだったの？と。 部屋の掃除も遅く、3人で予約してあるにもかかわらず、カップやタオルその他、全て2人分のみ！ ただ、これがこの国のスタイル？なのかもしれないと思う。次回はなし。せっかくはじめてのマカオだったが、あまりいい思い出にはならず、残念。

The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast, very limited option of food such as jam and no honey. It's more targetted towards Asian clients, not for westerners.

- Yen Ling (10/5): Overall was ok but their double bed was too small - The hotel was quite busy and only allowed us to check in at 3 pm, even though we arrived an hour early. The double bed was very small (similar to the bed sizes in Japan), but fortunately, it was fine for us as we are of smaller stature. The breakfast options were limited, and overall, the cost of accommodation in Macau is quite high. I’ve heard from Hong Kong residents that they prefer staying in Zhuhai, as it is more economical compared to Macau.

Front desk staff also shared with us how to take bus to our target destination. We also enjoyed a good breakfast the next day. Overall the stay was a pleasant one. Will go this hotel again or recommend my friends to do so.

- Joseph (10/5): - This is my go to hotel in Macau. Though the rooms are a bit small, like at many other Holiday Inn Express’, they are super clean and look new. The staff is friendly and can speak good English. Also, the complimentary breakfast is decent, with an array of choices. From the hotel, It’s about a 10 minute walk to Wynn Macau and MGM Macau And McDonald’s is a 3 minute walk.
