• Kerry (4/5): Disappointed - Great location Future guests should be aware that the sleeping arrangements were not as advertised when we stayed. The listing showed and described a sofa bed in the living room, but in reality this was replaced with a mattress placed on the bedroom floor. If you are booking for separate sleeping spaces or expect proper beds for all guests, this property may not match your expectations. This was particularly unsuitable for our 19-year-old guest and was not what we believed we had booked based on the listing description and photos. We reported the issue immediately and provided evidence to the host and Booking.com.

• Dorota (9/5): Polecam, super stosunek standardu, lokalizacji do ceny. - Super lokalizacja, blisko do przystanków vaporetto, blisko supermarket, bardzo cicha okolica. Blisko również do stacji kolejowej. Klimatyzacja działała, ciepła woda, zapas ręczników. Bardzo pomocna pani, która przyszła i dała nam klucze. Bardzo dokładnie wszystko wytłumaczyła, zostawiła też do siebie kontakt. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Przydałaby by się większa, nowa patelnia :)

• Volga (8/5): Venedikte modern döşenmiş güzel konumlu mekan! - The house is bigger and more pleasant than I expected, with a living room side that has a canal view. The natural light coming through the sunroof is wonderful for waking up. It’s a 15-minute walk to the train station, away from the crowds of Venice, but still within walking distance to everything, and there are places to eat nearby. The house also has cooking facilities, but we didn’t use them. There is a Conad market nearby. Unfortunately, the house was very cold, and we happened to be there during a very cold period. It was hard to warm up. There was an extra blanket in the closet for the spare bed, so we used that too. There was a small but effective electric heater, which was enough in the bedroom at night, but it didn’t help much in the living room. There are air conditioners, but they don’t heat. When both the air conditioner and the electric heater were on, the main fuse would trip. We managed, but it could be challenging for families with a small children to stay during very cold times. If a few small blankets were added to the living area, it would make spending time there during winter evenings much more enjoyable.
• Kay (10/5): Lovely little apartment on a quiet canal - I booked this purely for the location on a canal, so it was perfect! The air con was in the bedroom and it kept flashing all night, which is the only thing I have to say, and equally it could probably be turned off! I just didn't need to touch it so not sure.
• Sue (7/5): Good location and comfortable apartment. - Good quiet location. Dining room table ridiculously wobbly and needs repairing with tools. Seating out area wasn’t as advertised. It was literally 2 scruffy chairs by the door next to an air con fan.

• Azhar (10/5): The Waterview Alcove is a great home for couples and small families. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone who - The accommodation was rather decent with the host being responsive and helpful during the check In and Check out process. The location was also great with accessible streets to the nearest shopping spots and attractions. The waterbus to the airport is also just a few minutes walk from the house. Perhaps there is no wifi or instructions to access to it.
