• Saud (1/5): بسبب صيانه بالفندق اخرجوني ولم يقدموا التعويض المناسب - موقع جميل وغرف جميلة للأسف اضطر الفندق الى اخراجنا في وقت متأخر في الليل بسبب صيانه وتم نقلنا الى فندق بجانبه طوال مدة الرحله، لكن للأسف قدموا لي غرفه صغيره جداً وغير مطله على عكس الغرفه الاساسيه ولم يتم تعويضي بأي خدمه اضافيه

Заселялись очень поздно, девушка на ресепшн говорила по русски, сделала бесплатно апгрейд на номер выше категории и бесплатно ещё включила завтраки, за что ей отдельное спасибо. Завтрак очень хороший, турецкий, в ресторане на 7 этаже с видом на Босфор! Однозначно рекомендую

• Mirza Majid Munir (9/5): - Muhammad Ali was an amazing host. He took care of my room and planned my stay in Istanbul. He not only suggested me places but made bookings for me as well. Miss Zehra, new entrant, was learning with enthusiasm. It seemed that she was wanting to help me and guide thru everything that she could. I wish her all the best and pray she grow in the industry. Hotel's location was amazing un-expectedly. Galata Mall, tram were few steps away. Hotel is situated at a prime location with sea view. Breakfast was very good and tasteful. I will definitely going to book again. Only thing that I didn't was the elevator. There was only one elevator which is insufficient. Sometimes had to wait 15-20 mins

First time in my life happened to me that sitting in the restaurant and spending money there (our group spend there like 600 eur) I was asked to change my place but not to better one..... Shame on them.

• Eren (9/5): Excellent location, excellent value, very comfortable bed - excellent central location, affordable valet parking was offered- this is very rare in this part of the city. bed was unexpectedly comfortable. staff were great and helpful. Zebra Bar upstairs is a nice place to hang out in the evening. Room and bathroom in general could have been designed to be a little bigger. Corridors looks old and tired, but I could see some renovations were taking place starting from the stairs.

• Zeynep (10/5): Mükemmel - Otel gerçekten mükemmeldi, hiçbir olumsuz yönü yoktu. Her şey son derece hijyenikti. Otele giriş yaptığımızda bize sürpriz bir şekilde suite odaya upgrade yapıldı ve oda gerçekten harikaydı manzarası büyüleyiciydi, oda geniş ve konforluydu. Konum olarak kesinlikle tercih edilebilir, her yere çok yakındı. Tüm çalışanlar bizimle son derece ilgilendi, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Hatta bir futbol maçı için bilet bulmamıza bile destek oldular. Özellikle Suat Bey, servis sırasında güler yüzüyle bize eşlik eden Fatih bey ve bizi odaya kadar götürüp tüm imkânları tek tek anlatan genç arkadaş Abdullah’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Kaldığımız süre boyunca huzur içinde, keyifle vakit geçirdik. Kahvaltı da muhteşemdi her şey taze, lezzetli ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Tüm çalışanların yüzünden eksik olmayan o sıcak gülümseme ve yardımsever tavır sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel, herkese gönülden tavsiye ederiz! -

• Gökhan (7/5): Gute Lage, sauber, aber laut - Der Empfang war herzlich, und das Personal insgesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, und die Zimmer werden gründlich gereinigt. Der vom Rezeptionisten bestellte Taxifahrer hat mehr verlangt als vereinbart. Durch die Lage an der Hauptstrasse ist es recht laut, und das Badezimmer fällt eher klein aus.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamers zijn comfortabel en schoon, en het mooie uitzicht maakte mijn verblijf extra bijzonder. Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan iedereen aan en kom hier graag nog eens terug.

• Muhammed (10/5): Super Lage und Hotel - Zum 4x habe ich Tonight Hotel besucht. Der Mitarbeiter Muhammed Ali von der Rezeption hat sich sehr gut um unsere anliegen gekümmert. Ausblick sehr gut. Die Zimmern sind kompakt und mit allen Hygiene Produkten kostenlos ausgestattet. Die Zimmern wurden jeden tag sehr fein geputzt. Die Fenster könnten verbessert werden. Nachts hört man manchmal viel Verkehr.

My children could not sleep and we had to move to another hotel today. I would like to ask Booking to solve this issue and compensate us for this terrible night!

• Nursun (10/5): Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder und wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. - Uns hat einfach alles gefallen. Von A-Z haben wir eine aussergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Zunächst ist Lage einfach perfekt. Man ist direkt am Meer, Galata-Port ist direkt vor der Haustür und man ist zu Fuß schnell bei allen wichtigen Attraktionen der Stadt. Da wir im von dort unsere Kreuzfahrt gestartet haben, war uns die Nähe zum Terminal sehr wichtig. Es liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Hotel selbst ist erstklassig. Die Zimmer sind groß, modern, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Hotel auch eine eigene Rooftop Bar. Wo man morgens sein Frühstück genießen kann und Abends mit einem DJ seine Drinks genießen kann. Das gute ist, man hört in den Zimmern nichts davon. Wir waren im 5. stock und es war absolute Stille. Das Frühstück ist auch absolut lecker. Das inkludierte Frühstück ist mehr als gut und ausreichend. Trotzdem kann man noch andere Dinge dazu bestellen. Das „Mihlama“ sollte man unbedingt probieren 😊 Von der Rezeption bis hin zu den Kellern waren alle so freundlich und herzlich. Wir können einfach nur Danke sagen 🤍

• Elizabeth (8/5): If we ever book another cruise from Galataport , we would definitely stay again. - The location was excellent...right across the street from the cruise terminal....Ali at the front desk couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We chose a room in the back of the hotel because we didn't want to hear any street noise , so we didn't have the wonderful view of the water , but we had a great night's sleep .
