• Susan (8/5): Wonderful place. I will stay there again. - In a quiet neighborhood with banks, supermarket, bakery, coffee shops right outside, and close to the Metro. The rooftop bar is especially nice. In my bathroom, there needed to be some tiles behind the sink to prevent unsightly decay of the wall.

• Florian (9/5): Sehr modernes kleines Boutique Hotel mit gutem PLV - Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool. Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, aber in Ordnung.

• Ivana (5/5): Geht so… würden nicht wiederkommen. - Die Zimmer waren optisch schön und sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Man ist in 30 min mit der Bahn im Zentrum. Wir sind mitten in der Nacht gegen 1:30 Uhr angekommen, weil unser Flug verspätet war. Nach dem Einchecken wollten wir nur noch schlafen, mussten dann aber feststellen, dass direkt neben dem Bett ein extrem lautes Brummen/Vibrieren vom Sicherungskasten ausging. Schlafen war dadurch unmöglich. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang damit: Wir mussten lange diskutieren und regelrecht darum bitten, überhaupt für diese Nacht ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen. Am nächsten Tag mussten wir dann erneut umziehen, weil wir das Ersatz-Zimmer nicht behalten durften. Zusätzlich bekamen wir später noch eine E-Mail vom Hotel, in der sinngemäß erklärt wurde, dass Geräusche subjektiv wahrgenommen werden und manche Gäste eben sensibler seien als andere. Das empfanden wir ehrlich gesagt als ziemlich unangemessen. Von einem „Upgrade“ konnte außerdem keine Rede sein – das neue Zimmer war praktisch identisch, nur auf einer anderen Etage. Die zweite große Enttäuschung war das Frühstück. Für ein angebliches 5-Sterne-Hotel war das mit Abstand eines der schlechtesten Frühstücke, die wir je erlebt haben. Die Auswahl war extrem klein, frische Eierspeisen gab es gar nicht, und selbst Basics wie Obst waren ständig leer. Es gab praktisch nur Wassermelone und Orangen, die permanent nachgefüllt werden mussten – egal ob wir um 10 Uhr oder schon um 9 Uhr frühstücken waren. Man musste das Personal jedes Mal darauf hinweisen. An einem Morgen hatten wir Magenprobleme und fragten, ob wir wenigstens etwas simples wie Rührei bekommen könnten – auch das wurde abgelehnt. Insgesamt wirklich enttäuschend. Wir waren schon in 3-Sterne-Hotels mit deutlich besserem Frühstück und besserem Service.

• Daniel (10/5): - Our stay at this hotel left us with only the most pleasant impressions! We really enjoyed the service — the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the employee named Janos! The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and housekeeping was done regularly. We would especially like to mention the delicious breakfasts. The atmosphere here is very warm and welcoming — we felt right at home. We will gladly return to this hotel again and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family!

• Nadia (8/5): elegant, but with features to improve - The hotel looks very good, the design is special, the rooms are very beautiful, the bathrooms are special, everything looks extraordinary. The bathroom cosmetics are of good quality. A 10 plus for the staff, starting with the receptionists and ending with Manos, as a special mention - an example for all those who work in this field. It is strictly a summer hotel. Although it has 5 stars, the spa area is very spa-like (a small sauna and a classic jacuzzi tub). On the other hand, the breakfast does not offer many options. And it is the first 5-star hotel I have been to where sparkling wine is not served at breakfast. In short, although the appearance of the hotel is 5 stars, it is actually a 4-star hotel with 5-star pretensions.
• Anita (7/5): Ne mérite pas les 5 étoiles mais sympa quand même - Le personnel est plutôt serviable et souriant. Les chambres ne sont pas énormes mais sont propres. L’emplacement est top juste à côté d’un arrêt de métro! Le roof top est sympa avec une jolie vue. Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre très loin d’un 5 étoiles. Les aliments sont laissés de la veille et le choix n’est pas variés. Les photos laissent paraître à des espaces plus grand ce qui n’est pas le cas. La piscine est toute petite et au milieu des tables, l’eau n’est pas chauffée

• Bernadett (10/5): Excellent Hotel - The Hotel staff is really professional and helpful. In the reception the 3 gentlemans work is outstanding (Ionnis, Alexandre and the 3rd getlemans name i don't remember). This Hotel has a good location, its close to underground station, ca. 5 min walk. Easy access to the city centre. The rooms are really nice, has a big terrace. The bed matrass is super comfortable, we could have slept all day long. The breakfast has a great variety of food. The rooftop bar and pool is nice spot to catch a little sun and just chill and enjoy the view. The Housekeepers doing a great job too the room was always clean. We hope to come back soon again and certainly we will advice all our friends and family to stay here when they are planning a trip to Athene. It's pity that the pool is not accessable before 10.00 am. Would be good to have a morning swimm before the breakfast. We liked the room amenites although it would be good to have within the room amenities a shoe horn aswell, as my 70 years old mom really missed it.

• Amie (10/5): It was pretty good. - The room is a pretty nice set up. Beds were comfortable. No complaints. OMG the breakfast was AMAZING!! They had this French Toast Bake!! That was incredible!! Everything else was also amazing! Property is great. It seems fairly new or newly renovated. Roof top bar was nice!! There is also a 24 hour Greek bakery down the street. Very tasty treats. Maybe the location. It’s about 20 mins away from where the Acropolis and other landmarks are, but not too bad. When we arrived, our Uber driver gave an impression that the neighborhood was sketchy. We were fine but that stuck with us. We did smell cigarette smoke in the hallway. Not sure if they allow smoking there.

• Agnese (8/5): Nice property but not 5* at all - Overall, the property was good, but my expectations—based on the reviews and its 5-star rating—were not met. The location is convenient, with a metro nearby and about a 20-minute commute to the city center. The property was clean, the staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable, with blackout curtains as an added benefit. The room also offered a nice view. Overall, the property was satisfactory, but several aspects did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star experience, especially given my higher expectations from the photos and reviews here. For instance, the shower head had some water outlets blocked, possibly due to rust or buildup, the sink did not drain properly, and while the breakfast offered some interesting options, the selection was quite limited. Additionally, the pool area, which appeared very appealing in the photos, turned out to be rather small and only opened at 11:00. As we planned to explore the city early, we were unable to use it at all.

They provided us a lunchbox when we had to leave early because of a day trip without any extra charge. Also they provided us with towels for the beach on our last day. The shower in the room was really nice and so was the breakfast. Coffee at the breakfast can be improved.

• Sandrine (9/5): - L'hôtel est situé proche des transports en commun, le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. Les lits sont confortables et la chambre agréable. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas terrible, malgré le choix.

• Kristian (7/5): - Styling, clenliness and staff was amazing There was a light on balcony that was realy bright at night and can nit be turned of. Double bed splited every night into separate beds and it was anoying.

• Magdalena (8/5): Wszytsko ok oprócz śniadań . Lepiej żeby ich w ogóle nie było - Nowoczesne wnętrza , codziennie sprzątane , taras w barze , blisko metra Okropne śniadania , wszytsko z proszku , nawet jajka, soki były tak słodkie że nie dało się pić . Był robak w pokoju
• Eleni Tsianaka (8/5): - Το προσωπικό ήταν ευχάριστο και εξυπηρετικό. Καλό πρωινό. Η βεράντα του δωματίου καλή. Μικρότερο δωματιο από ότι θα περιμέναμε. Αρκετά ολισθηρο δάπεδο δωματίου (απαιτεί προσοχή). Μικρό μπάνιο και χώρος ντουλάπας (αρκετός για ένα άτομο).

• Claudia (8/5): Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und insgesamt alles zur Zufriedenheit. - Die Betten war sehr bequem und das Zimmer recht groß und komfortabel. Zimmer inklusive Balkon. Schönes großes Bad und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr ruhiges Hotel, angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Insgesamt ist es in dem Hotel etwas zu dunkel. Schwache Beleuchtung im Frühstücksraum. Duschgel und Shampoo sind eher von minderwertiger Qualität. Das ist schade, bei einem fünf Sterne Hotel. Leider verschwinden die Mitarbeiter optisch hinter der hohen Rezeption, wenn man die Lobby betritt. Für eine Begrüßung wäre es schöner, wenn man den Mitarbeitern ins Gesicht schauen kann. Insgesamt alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die man evtl. noch verbessern könnte.

• Victoria (8/5): - The rooms were very nice. Spacious, clean…nothing to complain! The location is a bit further out from the city centre however the hotel is good connected with a metro just a few minutes away. Also the rooftop was great to have a morning coffee in the sun or in the evening to have a drink overlooking the city. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Whilst there was quite a variety of things to try it all didn’t feel too fresh, especially the pastries and bread.

• Stratis Tsigonias (8/5): - Cosy room. Cleaning excellent and polite staff. Breakfast in a box [because I was in hurry in the morning] very poor, if you emjoy thr breakfast in the GF dining room was descent. The shower very small. The TV I had to switch on & off msmy times in order to connect to the wifi. Matress not so hard as I am getting used to sleep. An incident during my first night in the hotel of extreme noise by some drunk foreign guests of the hotel [at 1:30am]. I had to call the reception after 30 mimutes to give them a strong notice for misbehavior.
