Большая, чистая квартира, свежий ремонт в спокойных тонах цвета, чистое постельное белье и 2 полотенца на человека, есть все необходимое для проживания: кухонные принадлежности и техника, стиральная машина, кондиционер, телевизор. В квартире автономное отопление, можно в любое время выставить комфортную температуру. Пишу, только чтобы написать хоть чтото, что можно улучшить - нет ночного светильника и розетки около кровати

- Deemonbl4 (7/5): Okay value for money, given it was booked last minute. - Location and price were the key points that have gotten my attention. Grocery store on the ground floor and a decent coffee point across the street are very handy. Hot water and heater were working well. Kitchen utensils were scarce and outdated - i had to buy my own frying pan to do the eggs in the morning, as the one provided was old and scratched (not safe to use).

The location of the apartment is super convenient - center of the city with a grocery store and currency exchange on the ground floor of the building. Hakob communicated instructions and advice well and organized a day trip for us.

The host immediately responding to whatever questions. No problems with taking keys and giving these back. The hot water is of unstable temperature.
- Iuliia (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment in the city centre. Great view - on sunny days you can see Ararat. A very friendly and ready to help host. The sofa was not very comfortable to sleep on. Heavy curtains would be nice for a living room as it gets really sunny early in the morning.

Хороший вид с большого балкона на город и гору Арарат , рядом супермаркет , множесто кафе и ресторанов. Надеюсь ,что скоро вернемся в прекрасную , очень гостеприимную Армению и обязательно остановимся в этих аппартаментах .
- Scott (10/5): Great Place - This was an amazing place. Not a hotel but an actual apartment that was bigger than most hotel rokms you could possibly stay in. The manager was great. Always responded to anything i needed and in a perfect location.
