- Sophie (9/5): Very good location for the o2 arena - Very clean rooms. Comfy extra large bed. The parking, very limited and tight spaces
- Annabelle (9/5): - Al adequate Pillows too soft
- David (6/5): -
- Kay (3/5): Did not meet expectations - Not much It was definitely not 4 star, poor service, limited customer service, non helpful staff unfortunately.
- Karen (2/5): Disappointing, dirty and VERY poor value for money. Not that great for the 02 either. - Shower was good. Air-con was good (but positioned in the wrong place as the display was too bright at night). Nothing else was good about this hotel. I arrived at 5pm and my room wasn't ready. I was asked to wait in reception 'for a few minutes'. I had to chase after 10 minutes. Very expensive for the hotel/room - I paid £376. I had booked a 'superior' room (I was given 605) and when I asked what was superior about it, I was told it was bigger and had 'more facilities' in it. Neither was evident. Was supposed to have extra toilet, longer beds, alarm clock, fan, dressing room, clothes rack - the list goes on. See Pictures. I also booked a twin room and was given a double (although I did complain so they did split the beds). This was a standard room in my opinion. Hotel corridors were dirty. See Pictures. Rooms either side of us had something weird going on in them. One had blue tape all around the door frame with some form of monitor outside the room and the other had the door ajar with pipes coming out of it. Pipes were left in the corridors - major trip hazard with no warning signs. See pictures. In the morning, the hotel reception had been mopped, but it had made the area stink so I assume the mop used wasn't clean. The shower shelf was unsecured on the wall and caused one of my plastic bottles to fall out of it and subsequently the plastic lid split. The shelf under the sink wasn't secure either. Just shoddy. Air-con was good but positioned in the wrong place as the display was too bright at night. See Picture of it lit up on the wall! Very disappointed with the hotel overall. I booked it thinking it was easy access to the 02, which, once you had sussed out the route, isn't too bad to walk (20-25 ish minutes) but when you come out of the Greenwich train station - and with all the roadworks going on, its confusing. I would not recommend this as a choice for the 02. The ones across the cable car are better and easier and FAR better value for money.

- spaghetti86 (8/5): First stay at Radisson Red Greenwich 🏨 - Stayed here last night as had a concert at the O2. Walked via millennium school (past Holiday Inn) and it took about 30 minutes for a leisurely walk to the O2. This way was also better lit and felt nicer than walking over the bridge/highway.
We had room 105 on first floor and on the front of the building (away from the highway).
Bed was comfy, shower water power was ok but temperature unable to be changed (spoke to Manager about this and he said it's preset at 15c which I said was too cold, he said he would get maintenance to look at it). Some grouting needed sorting behind the sink (Manager was made aware on checkout).
Loved having a small fridge in the room which we used to store our sandwiches.
Overall a pleasant stay.
- LeeL584 (4/5): Usual cheap Radisson. - It’s a basic hotel about 20 minutes walk from O2 arena through a not particularly great area.
No touches in room, eg complimentary water, electrics were poor, eg plug hanging off the wall.
Very slow usb charging
It’s somewhere to sleep I suppose
- Jason (8/5): Nice place but park elsewhere - Room was nice and clean and well set out Parking at hotel was very expensive
- Spamhead (7/5): First stay at Radisson Red Greenwich - Stayed here last night as we had a concert at the O2.
Walked via millennium school (past Holiday Inn) and it took about 30 minutes for a leisurely walk to the O2. This way was also better lit and felt nicer than walking over the bridge/highway.
We had room 105 on the first floor and on the front of the building (away from the highway) which meant it was nice and peaceful. Didn't hear any noise from the neighbours either.
Bed was comfy, pillows soft but manageable.
Loved having a small fridge in the room which we used to store our sandwiches.
Ambient lighting which I liked, had the option of full lighting if required.
Had a superior room which included a sofa and a small desk. Fair sized room for London.
Overall a pleasant stay. Shower water power was ok but the temperature was unable to be changed (spoke to the manager about this when we left and he said it's preset at 15c which I said was too cold, he said he would get maintenance to look at it).

- Kim (8/5): - Loved the decor. The toilet in our room, came away from the wall a bit so everything we would sit down it felt like it might come come off the wall .
- Peter (8/5): - Clean and good working facilities.
Good range of breakfast. The location is good and close to the O2. However the walk to and from the O2 is not pleasant. Althouhh Not far to go and quite straightforward but the industrial area is strewn with, litter, glasz and NOx bottles. couldn't recommend doing as a single traveller. I recommend Getting an Uber or a taxi. Or walk back as a group after a concert.
- Molly (8/5): Perfect place to stay for a concert at the O2. - Great location for the O2.
Friendly staff, room small but comfortable, shower was great with plenty of warm water and good pressure. Would definitely stay again.
Parking outside was sufficient and felt safe although the spaces are quite small. Corridors etc were a little scruffy and we couldn’t turn the heated mirror off in the bathroom and due to the small size it did make it very hot! But these were really only small things and wouldn’t stop us returning.
No water bottles in the room but there is a communal canteen of water at reception but would have preferred a couple of bottles personally.
- Heidi (10/5): Perfect location with welcoming staff. - How close it is to the 02 in foot. Excellent air conditioning.
- Matthew (6/5): Great near to the O2. - The hotel is close to the O2 which is what we wanted and able to use the local buses which was great. Unfortunately a window in our room didn’t close properly so the traffic noise interrupted our sleep.
- Isobel (8/5): -
- Caitlin (10/5): -
- Theresa (8/5): - Good location although a lonely walk for females from O2 to hotel

- Suzanne (10/5): - Loved the room, modern, fresh, and clean. The bed was really comfy.
The drink and food prices for London were great value too. Best was the food! We had the burger with cheese and bacon. Wow, amazing! My daughter had the chicken sandwick it was massive, fresh, and very tasty! We both slept very well. The black out curtains worked the best we have had in any hotel, and we stay at a lot of hotels. Well done and keep doing what you are doing. Would definitely stay again. Nothing.
- thegloversfam (8/5): A good business trip and a comfortable value for money hotel - Great staff, good food menu and very good location for London excel and o2. Good value … breakfast offering wasn’t great for the price but would stay again
- Bethany (9/5): -
- Maddie (5/5): Meh - Kettle and tea bags provided, mattress comfy and window opened fully for air. Fridge cold and ready for use, good sized room. Many things were broken (aircon, bathroom mirror light, shower door didn’t close properly or drain quick so water spilled out of shower. Needed to be cleaned better, floor was dirty and dusty
- Ewan (8/5): Lovely stay, shame about the shower issue. - Modern, Clean, Lovely Staff The shower was either blocked or designed to only have a 1 minute shower.
- Tilly (8/5): -
- Marinus (6/5): Search a bit longer - Not great! It feels as if it is very badly managed. Not well cleaned and the basics are not up to standard. It could be fabulous but feels unloved. Bad internet
Not very clean
It felt uncared for ie. The curtains in my room were wrinkled as if taken from a bag and hung
A bit sad really and way under its competitors
The name also misleading since its far from close to the O2
- Hicham (10/5): -
- Annette (8/5): -
- Mangar (6/5): Location and Breakfast was great, cleanliness leaves alot to be desired. - It's in a great location, just a 20 minute walk to the o2 Arena and Greenwich Peninsula (with step free access over Blackwall Tunnel Approach). The Lobby and restaurant area was well presented. Breakfast was wonderful and well worth the money, with the charcuterie and cheeses being a nice addition. The room was so incredibly dusty, every single surface had a layer of dust, including the windowsill and low hanging lights next to the bed. The bottom of the shower door had a very noticeable and thick layer of grime and limescale. Also, the tap handle, the tap itself and the toilet buttons were all quite broken, with it being incredibly difficult to turn on the tap in the bathroom without it either being a trickle or torrent.
The room was a good enough size but for a superior room it still felt quite cramped, though the bed was quite large.
Also I'm unsure if this is normal but the check in process took over 10 minutes.
- Kelly (10/5): - Perfect location 10min walk from the o2 arena.
Staff very friendly. N.a
- Madison (9/5): -
- Donald Franklin (4/5): - Decent breakfast but short time frame. Could call desk and heater wouldn't adjust.
- Maegan (4/5): Average. - The staff were very nice. Sadly my room had a leak from the shower (room 303) so when I walked in there was still water on the floor where I’ve taken the picture. You can see from the water marks this is an ongoing problem. . In fact, the room was a little musty which was obviously stagnant water. The A/C wasn’t more than a fan which you could turn on/off so I just had thr windows open instead. . I didn’t bother reporting it as clearly there had been a lot of repair jobs, clean ups so I thought they must not care. There was no access to streaming services on the TV for Apple devices- only android.
The only mirror was in the bathroom but the lighting was so dim it was hard for makeup: grooming. Staff were super nice. Sheets were clean and fresh.
- Tracy (8/5): Great, friendly and comfortable stay. - Location is near the O2. Good value for money and very comfortable rooms.
- Stuart (10/5): Nice overnight stay. - Nice smart clean trendy hotel. Bit of a strange location and about a 15 -20 minute walk to the O2.
- Toni (5/5): Wouldn’t stay there again - Light in bathroom was not full on was flickering all through, not cleanest room I’ve been in, towels stank, windows were filthy, was dark in the main room, hotel staff weren’t helpful What I put above
- becky (7/5): - Close to o2 only 18/20min walk. Comfortable room reasonable size.
- Courtney (10/5): Great location especially when visiting O2 - Great location within walking distance to o2 nearest tube about £6/7 uber if don’t want to walk.
- Kloe (9/5): -
- Kwasi (8/5): -
- Maryam (8/5): -
- Ough (6/5): -
- Adrià (7/5): Great location for The O2, not such a great area for else - Correct stay overall. The hotel is modern, new, and well connected to the O2 Arena.
The rooms are small but really functional and comfortable, the amenities were okay too. The only thing we didn’t really like was the area around the hotel. It feels a bit industrial and quite empty at night, so not the nicest atmosphere for walking around late. We also noticed that the cups in the room weren’t very clean, and we missed having a toilet brush and hand/face towels.
That said, the overall experience was positive and we’d still recommend it for events at the O2.
- Stephanie (10/5): -
- Arron (7/5): -
- Sophie (9/5): -
- Amy (10/5): An ideal stay - The hotel is a perfect walking distance from the O2 arena. It really saved us a lot of hassle being able to avoid the tube after a show.
It was clean and modern, the bed was comfy. The staff were friendly. Would definitely come again :)
- Reean (8/5): -
- Alice (5/5): - The location for o2 Bed was so hard did not get any sleep due to this
The room was very small and tight for space
The bathroom was small and couldn’t get out the shower if the door was open
- Jason (8/5): -
- Cameron (10/5): -
- Harry Bryant (9/5): - Clean and quiet The shower drain is slow or needs cleaning
- Madison (10/5): -
- BillieJo (10/5): -
- Kim (8/5): -
- Chris (8/5): -
- Rachel (7/5): -
- Donna (10/5): - Excellent location and had the best night sleep I've had in years, never woke once which is unheard of. Very comfortable and staff were lovely
- Ivonne (9/5): - It is very close to the O2 arena
- vanesa (7/5): Good location if you go to Arena - Location, mattress and towels I was allocated an adapted room which it was quite uncomfortable to wash my face and properly use the sink and mirror.
- Bohigas (8/5): -
- Juan (8/5): Convenient location, good room, ok hotel overall - Perfect location for visiting the O2. Nice clean room, very good shower. The art and decoration was a bit ugly in my opinion. Ok breakfast, very bad coffee. A bit noisy (located next to a highway)
- Edilio Jose (4/5): -
- Okomolehin (3/5): - I liked the ambience, the staffs. I booked a king size bedroom, but I got a bed with two single beds joined together. They kept splitting apart throughout the night. Making it very uncomfortable to sleep or cuddle. I then tried to shower, come to find out the tiles were very sleepy, I fell. Luckily, I did not hit my head.
- Narisha (10/5): -
- Garima Bhatnagar (10/5): -
- Qustephen (4/5): Expensive and too many issues - My first impression of the hotel’s location was disappointing. It sits on a road lined with industrial warehouses, ramshackle houses, and a noticeable amount of litter.
At check‑in, the reception staff seemed surprised by my arrival. I was given a key for what was supposed to be a superior room on the 3rd floor. When I reached the lift, I found the stair lobby being used as storage for dirty laundry and a vacuum cleaner, which didn’t create a great first impression.
The room itself felt small for a superior room. The next morning, I questioned this and discovered I had actually been given a cheaper basic room. I was then moved to a superior, quieter room on the 7th floor.
Throughout my stay, I noticed several maintenance issues in both rooms: the window wouldn’t close fully, making the room noisy; the shower door looked like it was about to fall off; the sink tap was loose; the shelf under the basin was slanted and unstable; and the shower fitting was loose.
The restaurant offered very limited choice, so I chose to eat out in Greenwich, which was just a short bus ride away.
Despite the £200+ per night price I chose this hotel because it was convenient for work, but based on this experience, I won’t be staying here again when I’m next in the area.
- Katie (8/5): -
- Josh Jamal (7/5): -
- Danielle (9/5): Great option for staying at post an O2 concert - Very quirky, great decor Location to walk from o2, was great in terms of being a reasonable distance to walk but the actual road it’s located on (being a female and young daughter) was a little uneasy to walk
along of an evening. Road is full of rubbish, abandoned cars. Saying that, it was only a brief walk along said road.
- Melissa (8/5): Lovely hotel and close to o2 - Loved the decor and tv and coffee supplies
Fridge didn’t work
Bed comfy
- Laura (8/5): Great stay would definitely consider staying here again if going to events in the area, - The location for the O2 was very good and within easy flat walking distance; nothing more satisfying than watching crowds of people head for the tube and very happily walking to our accommodation. the staff were very helpful and the facilities provided -aside from the room- were very much appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had an excellent selection of foods. Nothing, it was a very good stay. Due to the location (next to the A2) it could have been noisier but the insulation was very good. The continued development of the area could be looked on as a disadvantage, but not to us.
- Dawstours (7/5): - Location to the O2 and North Greenwich. It was a bit of a cold welcome.
- Neil (7/5): -
- Chiorescu (10/5): -
- Funmilayo (8/5): -
- Trevor (7/5): Convenient location - Convenient location, comfortable stay. Nice staff. Hotel a bit run down in places. Parking a nightmare although we had a stroke of luck finding a space.
- Suliya (8/5): -
- John (10/5): -
- Taylor (7/5): Decent, close to O2 - Decent distance from O2. Safe and clean. Shelf in bathroom hanging off. Shower plug not draining so shower tray fills up after a minute or so of showering and overflows.
- Hannah (7/5): Good for the O2 - The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was small but perfectly formed. Little shabby in places but had all the amenities that you need and even had a good selection of toiletries too, like shampoo, conditioner, lotions.
The location was good, about a 15-20 minute walk to the O2. It is in a weird spot, and a little dirty around the hotel itself but I am sure that will change over time!!
- Hadijat (8/5): -
- Dawn (10/5): -
- James (7/5): - Friendly staff.
Nice to have a fridge in the room.
Comfortable bed.
Decent bathroom. Location - not really in Greenwich but also not really near to the O2. Fine if you don't mind a decent walk to either (but I'm not sure I would want to do the walk from the O2 at night).
Floor unswept, apart from that mostly clean.
- Liam (3/5): Fine if you sleep through anything - The proximity to the o2 is good, and check out was easy Our room was alongside a very busy motorway and the window was broken and wouldn't shut.
There was an unexpected ramp in the room that caused me to trip and hurt my knee.
The cold water tap didn't work.
The air con didn't work.
There were no spare pillows in the room and one of them was basically air.
- Kiren (9/5): -
- TOSHI (10/5): The LONDON - 内装が Rock な感じで非常にクール。 朝食もイングリッシュブレックファーストで抜かりなし。
