- kloucha (10/5): Super séjour avec un personnel au top , en particulier Abdou qui était très avenant, et serviable. - Accueil exceptionnel avec un personnel au top. Ils sont tous aux petits soin avec les clients. Abdou est le point fort de cette équipe, très souriant et serviable. J’ai apprécié cet hôtel et son ambiance détendue. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être prolongé à 10h30 pour les lèves tard. Sinon rien.

Çalışanlar her zaman saygılı, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu da oldukça güzel; her yere kolayca ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Özellikle Abdo Bey, konaklamamız boyunca harika bir deneyim yaşamamız için çok ilgiliydi ve bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederim. From Murat who helped solved our problem from the airport and made sure our stay is comfortable up to.the last day, along with Bayram and Sukrat who takes care of the night shift. В первую очередь хочется отметить отличное расположение: рядом находятся и метро, и трамвайная остановка, что делает передвижение по городу очень удобным. До центра всего 5–10 минут на трамвае, но мы часто даже ходили пешком, по пути наслаждаясь магазинами и достопримечательностями. Отдельную благодарность хочется выразить персоналу. Нас встретил Азиз — очень внимательный и терпеливый, выслушал все наши вопросы и помог сориентироваться. Абду проводил нас в номер и угостил вкусным яблочным чаем — это было очень приятно и запомнилось. На кухне каждое утро нас встречал Азиз с улыбкой, завтраки были очень вкусными. Уборка в номере была на высоком уровне — Айка каждый день поддерживала чистоту и порядок, всё было аккуратно и комфортно. Также хотим отметить Максуд, которая очень помогла нам с обратной дорогой — без неё мы могли бы опоздать на самолёт. И Мустафа — он лично помог нам с багажом и проводил до метро, что было очень заботливо и ценно. Весь персонал отеля очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый и искренне старается помочь гостям. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова. Нам всё очень понравилось! Спасибо вам огромное! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and were left with only positive impressions. First of all, the location is excellent: both the metro and tram stops are nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. The city center is only 5–10 minutes by tram, and we often even walked, enjoying the shops and sights along the way. We would especially like to thank the staff. Aziz welcomed us warmly, listened patiently, and helped us with everything we needed. Abdu showed us to our room and introduced us to delicious apple tea, which we really liked. Every morning, Aziz greeted us with a smile in the dining area, and the breakfasts were very tasty. The room was cleaned perfectly every day by Ayka — everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. We would also like to mention Maksud, who helped us a lot with our return trip — without her, we might have missed our flight. And Mustafa personally helped us with our luggage and walked us all the way to the metro, which we truly appreciated. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about the guests. We would gladly return to this hotel again. We loved everything! Thank you very much!

Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht besonders umfangreich und die Auswahl war jeden Tag gleich.“ „Die Möbel im Zimmer waren mit der Zeit deutlich abgenutzt. Auf der Toilette konnte man nicht vernünftig sitzen, da sie sehr nah an der Seitenwand platziert ist. Für Personen mit etwas mehr Platzbedarf könnte das unkomfortabel bzw. problematisch sein.“

- Misha (10/5): - Расположение идеальное. Трамвайная остановка прямо возле отеля. Пару минут ходьбы до двух остановок метро. До основных достопримечательностей 20 минут пешком. Достаточно спокойное и тихое расположение отеля, хотя совсем рядом оживленная улица. Отзывчивый персонал. Жили в семейном номере на 3 человека. Номер был на пятом этаже. Уборка была каждый день. Номер достаточно просторный. Косметические принадлежности и тапочки все есть. Великолепные завтраки. Персонал всегда следил, что бы всего было в достатке. Отдыхали 6 ночей - завтрак показался достаточно разнообразным: яичница или омлет, колбаски, большой выбор выпечки, большое разнообразие салатов. В качестве пожелания не хватало кофемашины с зерновым кофе. В наличии был капельный кофейный автомат или можно было заказать кофе по турецки. Отель полностью удовлетворил наши ожидания. Обязательно рекомендую
- Bernd (9/5): a central hotel in the city with very nice staff who is carrying very much about you - staff: very, very friendly room: it was small but fine, I have missed a luggage rack, but when was checking out, they were saying, I should have asked for one :-( - communication breakfast: other country - other traditional breakfast - therefore it was o.k. for eating toast bread. There was only one jam, missing the varieties place: was brilliant, very central you can not expect European standards in an islamic state, therefore you have to live with points like, that in the bath closed to the door a cable is hanging out of the wall, and you not know for what, or that the sensor for the light is switching of when you are in the bath !

- Paulina (10/5): Great stay, lovely staff and great value for money! - Everything about the hotel was fantastic, from very friendly and helpful staff to the location itself. It’s located in the heart of everything, a lovely 30 min stroll from the main tourist attractions, ferries and bazaars. The staff were wonderful and very helpful from the second we stepped in. We got upgraded to the Suite upon arrival which was a lovely surprise! The breakfast was very tasty and so much variety, all freshly cooked with good ingredients! I would 100% recommend. The only suggestion from us is to maybe put some fly screens/nets in the windows/balcony doors. Not a deal breaker at all though, jsut a suggestion!

- Ena (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was small but very clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I have to mention Murat who was always there to help us and was always so friendly. The first night we arrived I had an isssue with my pillow that was too high and the stuff replaced it by more comfortable one the next morning. The location was perfect, close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Die Lage fanden wir ausgezeichnet, da man fußläufig vieles erreichen konnte und die Straßenbahn in der Nähe war. Das Zimmer war sehr laut und das Bad sehr klein sodass man Schwierigkeiten alles im Bad unterzubringen.

We were not very happy with the room and they managed to change it even with the hotel full. The position is perfect, 2 minutes from the tram, 10 minutes from grand bazaar. The breakfast has several sweet and savoury choices. The facility is a bit old and you could see from the rooms.

Es befindet sich in der Altstadt, fast direkt an der Tramstation, und die Tram führt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Frühstück wird auf der verglasten Dachterasse serviert und ist sehr gut. Unsere Zimmer befanden sich im Erdgeschoss mit jeweils einem kleinen Fenster in Richtung eines schmutzigen Lichtschachts. Sie entsprachen leider nicht den Fotos auf der Webseite.
- JULIEN (4/5): Ne mérite pas sa notation, emplacement ok mais prestations et standing bas de gamme - Nous avons aime la localisation et la sympathie du personnel. Check in et check out rapide. Photos prisent en grand angle, bien plus petit qu’imaginé, notamment la salle de bain. Douche dysfonctionnel, passe de brûlant à froid. WIFI qui ne marche qu’une fois sur 2 et capte très mal (du moins dans notre chambre). Spa non inclus dans le prix (pas spécifié) et quand nous avons voulu aller à la piscine elle était en travaux. Oreillers beaucoup trop haut. Le pire sont les nuisances sonores. Hôtel qui donne sur la rue, pas du tout bien isolé donc on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue à toute heure + aux étages. Petit déjeuner pas très qualitatif et il faut arriver tôt pour avoir du choix.

Speciaal compliment aan Abdul, elke dag heeft hij ons een glimlach bezorgd. Ook schoonmaakcrew is zichtbaar en vriendelijk! Kamerz Ijn schoon en worden elke dag schoongemaakt/ bijgevuld Locatie is goed, dichtbij tramlijn die je naar touristische attracties brengt. Zowel oostwaarts als noordwaarts. Buurt is aan buitenrand centrum. Wij hadden kamer aan de binnenzijde, niet straat lkant, weliswaar geen uitzicht maar ook geen oordopjes. ;-) Ontbijt eenvoudig, bedden OK, winkeltje tegenover, te bereiken met metro vanaf airport. Laatste stukje even lopen ca 300m. Makkelijk te doen Geen grote minpunten

Такое впечатление, что приезжаешь к хорошим знакомым в гости. Отвечают на все вопросы, вызывают такси и помогают во всем с удовольствием. Вот например, ситуация: я воспользовалась услугой вызвать такси от отеля до аэропорта со скидкой (рекомендую, такси приехало заранее и уровень VIP) и забыла в такси свой моб телефон, обнаружила только на регистрации на рейс; водитель привез телефон в отель, отель сообщил мне на email, что телефон у них и организовал мне доставку в мой город. Сервис лучший!!! Номера современные и очень чисто. Уборка каждый день!!! В номере удобные кровати, чистая постель, полотенца, тапочки, телевизор, мини холодильник, чайник, сейф и в отеле бесплатный WI-FI. Также в отеле есть SPA-зона: сухая сауна (финская), влажная сауна и бассейн. В теплое время года вода в бассейне не подогревается, только в холодный период года, но после посещения саун для контраста отлично тонизирует. Завтрак идеальный - есть омлет или жаренные яйца, снеки, свежие овощи. зелень и фрукты, салаты, хлопья, колбасы, сыры и конечно же турецкая выпечка. Можно отведать турецкий кофе!!! Ресторан находиться на последнем этаже и есть небольшая терраса, где если повезет можно сделать инстаграмное фото с бакланом. Месторасположение идеально, рядом остановка трамвая Аксарай - до основных достопримечательностей 3 остановки (трамваи ходять каждые 1-2 минуты) - Султанахмет; 2 остановки до Гранд базара; 5 остановок до Парка Гюльхане (особенно красиво, когда цветут тюльпаны). Преимущество расположение еще в том, что отель находиться рядом с трамвайной остановкой, но углублен в проулок, поэтому достаточно тихо. Рядом с трамвайной остановкой находиться недорогое сетевое кафе MADO там европейская обстановка для обеда, ужина и идеальные турецкие сладости; если хочется локальной обстановки 2 остановки до Гранд базара можно посетить Food Street.

- Coutelet (10/5): Coup de coeur pour cette hotel. - Personnel toujours présent, sympathique et attentionné. On se sent bien dans cette hotel. Le petit déjeuner cosmopolite est plus que correct. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. La piscine et le sauna sont un plus très appréciable après une journée visite. Rien à redire, nous séjournerons à nouveau dans cette hotel lors d'un prochain voyage à Istanbul. Rien, globalement tout était bien.

- Evgenija (4/5): - Месторасположение. В 3 минутах ходьбы трамвайная остановка, еще 5 мин - автобусная. В соседнем доме аптека и обмен валюты с очень хорошим курсом, минимаркет. В пределах 300 метров по улице недорогое кафе с европейской едой. Первые 2 суток жили в номере, отличном от того, что заказывали. Заказывали стандартный двухместный с 2 кроватями, на фото с голубыми покрывалами. По факту получили конуру, в которой даже чемодан некуда было поставить, еле засунули между 2 кроватями, тумбочка прикроватная, свет прикроватный и розетка были только у 1 кровати. Вид из окна этого номера - стена соседнего здания. На 3 сутки после претензии номер поменяли, но перерасчет стоимости делать отказались, объяснили, что конура - тоже 2 местный номер, тк спали мы все-таки на отдельных кроватях, хотя я показывала фото своего бронирования на букинге. Завтраки более чем скромные: даже сосиски были не каждый день, каш не было, в итоге ежедневно завтракали яичницей и тостом с колбасой.
