There’s also free breakfast and drinks at certain times of the day. I believe I read that their breakfast is made from organic ingredients and make efforts for sustainability.

- Vicente (8/5): Small room but nice & enjoyable stay! - This hotel is excellent in service, amenities, breakfast, location, cleanliness but the room size and room comfort can be better. If you are fine with a small room with a capsule bathroom then this is hotel is great. However, it was difficult for us( 2 people, my wife & me) to move around in the room especially getting in & out of bed if you are sleeping on the inside of the bed because one side of the bed is pushed right up against the wall. Thus, you have to climb over your partner to get in & out of the bed. In the bathroom, if one is showering, the second person cannot use the sink faucet because there is only one faucet for the sink & shower. If this arrangement is ok for you, then this hotel is fantastic. Despite these inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay here. Thus, we would still recommend it to our friends & family.

- ADAM (4/5): - This is a very small Super Hotel and we felt it was below average for a business hotel. The room design is strange with a square utility table taking up most of the space which makes it seem smaller than it is. Breakfast is very limited. The worst thing was the service - even asking for a towel in the morning we were told the front desk doesnt keep towels and they couldnt provide one to us. The whole impression was of a hotel trying to do the minimum and there should be better places in this price range. On the flip side it was generally clean except for some stray hairs on the bed on the first night, the lady on the first night we were there was friendly and it was quiet.

- HIDEKO (10/5): - 銀座線、日比谷線、JR東京駅、神田駅などどこかでもアクセスは良い。 三越本店、千疋屋本店、多くのレストランが入ったコレド室町、ホテルオークラの桃花林他、高級なものを食べてみたいならYUITOがあります。 環境は、横に公園、あとはマンションだらけで夜の8時過ぎになると近くで食べられる店は一軒もなくなります。ホテルは言うことなしですから、三越やレストランで買ったものをたべるか、銀座も近いので地下鉄やタクシーで食べに行ってください。コンビニはホテル前に一軒ありますので助かるかも。 ホテルはアメニティやドリンクサービスもよく、枕も好きな硬さを選べます。 また、フロントスタッフの方が最高に感じ良いです。 部屋は簡素ですが十分ですね。良いホテルだと思います。

Varje dag fick man ny handduk, vattenflaska och tandborste. Städning sker bara om man själv sätter en skylt på dörren innan kl.10 och städningen var okej, inte mer än så. Gratis dryck i lobbyn under eftermiddagen/kvällen. Frukosten åt jag inte av. Kodsystem för att öppna dörren.

Also there are great amenities that you can select every evening (5 per room) like masks, cream, serum, hair products etc. Only complaint are the pillows which were made of small plastics balls. In the lobby there are some other types of pillows available but its first come first serve and they seem to run out by the end of the night.

- Nathan (10/5): - The room itself is very basic and small compared to big chain hotels, however the price reflects it with its affordability. On top of this, the hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well as different cosmetics, lotions, shampoos, and other goodies for you to take free of charge. They also offer a sleeping gown and different pillows for you to choose from for hardness and height of the pillow. The washroom is also typical Japanese style with the toilet, tub,sink, and shower crammed into a small room but it is to be expected. Overall a great hotel and stay!
- FromMoonMan (10/5): Tiny but beautiful - The hotel is conveniently located near Ningyocho subway station in a quiet, clean, and cozy area, with 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores nearby, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants offering food for every taste. I really liked the hotel: it’s stylish, neat, and clean. Keep in mind that the rooms are very small. My mom and I stayed in a room with a bunk bed: a double on the bottom and a single on top. The toilet is equipped with a heated seat and a built-in bidet for intimate hygiene! We opened our suitcases at the entrance of the room. Many Japanese people live this way; it’s a characteristic of the city. The breakfast is amazing, though the selection is small, everything is of the highest quality. Even the croissants and rolls taste like they just came from France! The coffee is delicious, which is very important to us. The menu features dishes and ingredients from Japanese cuisine. By the way, it seems that the hotel is very popular among Japanese people who come to Tokyo for business trips. We noticed very few foreigners. I would gladly stay here again, despite the room size. It’s very convenient to reach any point in Tokyo from here, and you can simply walk to Tokyo Station in 15 minutes or to Ningyocho subway station in 10 minutes.

- Hermogenes Aaron (10/5): Tokyo Vacation on Sep 2023 - We chose Super because we had a very good experience when we stayed at Super Hotel Beppu. Mainly for it’s good price considering we get a good breakfast buffet and cocktails in the evening. Of course we enjoyed the cosmetic freebies and the choice for the pillows. Rooms were rightly sized, clean and as always, a very functional toilet and bath facility. Definitely will continue to patronise Super Hotels next time we visit Japan.

Pros: Clean room, clean hotel, centrally located, efficient place, 5 minute walk to a Metro station, seems to be at least one English speaker on staff at all times, Multiple Restaurants of every description-everywhere close. I did not eat breakfast so I cant comment on the food, though it looked good. Con's: It's Tokyo, so small rooms, but i'm out all day and just need the room to sleep and shower anyway. I would stay here again without hesitation, but I may try another location in the Super Hotel chain, just to get a feel for another part of the city.
- 702debbc (10/5): Helpful and friendly staff - Booked this hotel through the Super Hotel website and did not have any issues. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but luckily we were taking a taxi from Tokyo station and had the address with us. The hotel is a short walk (8-10 mins) to Ningyocho metro station, and there are a few 24 hour restaurants located near the station in case you're looking for food in the middle of the night. There's a convenience store directly across from the hotel as well as a 7 Eleven about 2 blocks away and has an ATM that accepts international credit cards. Make sure to get a map of the area from the front desk staff, as that will be very helpful. The free breakfast at the hotel was fresh and filling. The room is compact but that is no surprise given that this is Tokyo. Super Hotel provides a selection of different pillow types as well as complimentary amenities for women, so those are great bonuses as well. Since this hotel mostly caters to local guests, their employees are very friendly but only speak basic English. What was especially memorable though was the male supervisor who was very understanding to our questions and requests. - TheRiverHorse (10/5): Super hotel, super service, super price! - My wife and I stayed at the Tokyo Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi-mae Super Hotel for two months this summer. The employees are all very friendly, and they are there to greet you at almost any time of the day. The free breakfast is good should appeal to both Asian and Western palates. The rooms are small but cozy, and you aren't paying for a bunch of extra space that you probably wouldn't use anyway. We stayed in a "super room" which had a bunk bed, and we used the upper bed as a place to store my clothes and extra personal belongings. The hotel is extremely clean - it is much cleaner than a hotel that would usually cost $300 a night in a large American city. The hotel is also within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants, and it is easy to get to lots of train stations as well. I commuted to the Tokyo Station every day, and it was only about a 15 minute walk; however, there are other stations that are even closer. The Internet is free and fast, and is available both wirelessly and via Ethernet cable. Despite the small size of the rooms, we didn't hear a peep from any of our neighbors during our entire time at the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to stay in the area for any amount of time at a reasonable rate. The T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is only about 15 minutes away by foot (or just a few minutes by cab), so it is easy to get to/from both Narita and Haneda airports. Lastly, there is a playground next door in case you have kids or even if you are an adult and want to go do some stretches or simply eat outside. スタッフの皆様のお蔭で2か月間とても快適に過ごさせていただいたので、また東京へ行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。
- easytrip (10/5): A hotel deserved to re-book! - I book this hotel through their website, but there is no non-smoking room available. I call them to confirm the situation. They promise to give me a non-smoking room when I arrival. When I check in, I got the room they promised. Except room is small(Japan hotel's room normally is small), everything is fine. Room is clean(they clean your room everyday). Breakfast is tasty. Quiet nearby environment. You get clean sleeping ropes everyday.They also supply free small suff for female customers. Close to the hotel, there are several Japan restaurants with reasonable price and 24-hrs supermarket .
