• xandra (10/5): - Todo perfecto. Muy bien situado. Limpio, cómodo y con todas las facilidades. El desayuno es estilo japonés, si te gusta desayunar ese tipo de comida está muy bien. Pedí quedarme una noche adicional y sin ninguna pega me dejaron en la misma habitación. Si volviese elegiría ese hotel de nuevo sin duda. No tiene ninguna pega.

No breakfast (as stated on the website). Although Booking.com states that breakfast is included in the price, the hotel staff stated that breakfast is not provided at the hotel. We do not understand who is deceiving: the hotel or the Booking.com website.
• Christian (1/5): Stinks - Ok location Absolutely disgusting smell. Toilet smelled like cigarettes and piss. Bathroom smelled like sour sweat so much it gave you headache. Bedroom smelled like moist old socks and with a dash of vinegar. Amazing how every room smelled so terribly bad in each their separate way. Aircon on the hallway made insane tinitus sound all night. Elevator always stops on 2nd which is annoying but not that bad… Disgusting room. Don’t go there. Don’t be cheap. It’s not worth it. Pay more. You will get sick here. I fear I have lung cancer after sleeping there for two nights

• Javier (8/5): Excellent location, good hotel, small beds - Simple, but comfortable. The breakfast, very Japanese, very good. The only thing is that beds are very small, so if you go with your partner and enjoy space, it is better to book two rooms.

Auf Wunsch gibt's nicht nur neue Handtücher, sondern auch frische Bettwäsche, im Sommer sehr angenehm, wenn man viel schwitzt. Einfach zu bedienende günstige Waschmaschine und Trockner verfügbar Leider kein Eiswürfelgerät für kalte Getränke. Der Fahrstuhl hält immer an der Rezeption, auch, wenn man nur nach unten will, das ist etwas lästig.

However, I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay. I discovered that my AirPods went missing, and I strongly believe they were taken by someone from the housekeeping staff. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to file a police report, as I had an early flight to catch. I reported the incident to the front desk, and they assured me they would follow up and notify me in the morning. I sincerely hope that my AirPods will be found and returned. My advice to future guests: never leave your personal belongings, especially valuable items, unattended in the room. I truly hope the management will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action. Better safe than sorry.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Not okay... Just meh - For the price and all the past reviews i knew what i was signing up for. The hotel was exactly as described in the reviews. The cleanliness is ok if you are not to picky, the service is ok too, the room i small but it's normalbin tokyo. If you need a cheap hotel with a good location in shinjuku this i a place... Not a bad place, not a good place, its just a place. Only bad comment for me tough is that they could not accept to give me an extra pillow. I don't know if it's standard practice in japan to not have any backup pillow in storage but for me i think it says a lot about the service you are offering in a hotel, wich is basically in the service industry.

Itched the entire first night with zero sleep due to dust mites so we complained and were met with unhelpful staff, and we ended up taking the hit and just getting another hotel for the same price that was so much better. If there hadn’t been dust mites, we prob would have gotten over it and stayed due to the location, but how can you charge this much for a place that doesn’t even have clean bedsheets?!?! It’s literally what a hotel is for more than anything else. But it felt so gross as if it was the cheapest Motel 6 in the pits of Arkansas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We booked the rooms for an average nightly price of CAD 250 through Expedia, whereas after checking in as we were looking for alternate accommodation, we found the rooms in the same hotel for same dates to be much cheaper (CAD 150 per night) - which we felt was grossly unfair to us. We had booked this for two date ranges - we somehow managed for the first period and cancelled the second booking. Communication with the hotel staff was difficult as they could hardly speak English. It is very conveniently located in a nice area but not worth the price when it comes to comfortable stay.

Stayed here twice with small family (3 people) one room layout was fine, while the bathroom setup during second stay was workable, though not best. You could either use tap to take a shower or to wash hands in the sink. Which required extra coordination for all bathroom activities.
