El gimnasio es compartido con la torre residencial esta muy completo con diferenres secciones. El bar de la playa tiene ondita y la comida es rica. Pedi una ensalda griega.y orro dia un bowl y estaba espectaculares pero el Apperol no esta tan bueno. El personal es amable, manteniendo distancia, de hecho ni traen tags con sus nombres, lo cual no supe muy bien qué pensar. El único comentario que me pareció inecesario fue en el club de playa. En cuanto llegué y pedí mi toalla el mesero me hizo el comentario de que solo era una toalla por persona. A lo que le comenté sí solo te estoy pidiendo una y que no sabia a qué venía el comentario. Él me respondió queriendo arreglar un poco la situacion diciendome que bueno que al rato si quería otra iba a checar pero que tenían pocas en stock y que pues al rato creía que llegarían más. Miren parece una nimiedad, pero pagando ese tipo de hoteles lo último que quiero saber es si tienen stock de toallas o no. No es mi problema si les faltan. Y para el costo de la habitacion sí espero que en caso de pedir una extra sí me la den. En fin espero tambien mejoren la calidsd de las mismas porque ya se eatab percudiendo y eatan muy delgaditas. Hasta crei que ni en el Holiday inn me harian ese comentario.

- Muriel (10/5): Waanzinnig goed! - De kamer was magnifiek met een prachtig zicht. Heerlijk wakker worden in de hangmat op het terras met een lekker koffietje. De kamers zijn enorm groot en alle amenities zijn top. Absolute aanrader! In de late namiddag is er geen zon aan het zwembad maar omdat het zo warm is, is dat niet zo erg.

- Duerson (9/5): Great location, beautiful stay! - The property was beautiful and very clean. The staff was friendly and we felt very safe as the property and area had multiple security check points. There were great restuarants and shops that were a short walk away. The service could be a bit slow, and there were more than a few times we waited for towels. We also had items charged to our room that were not ours, which a few other guests had mentioned in their reviews, so keep track if you purchase any food or drinks.

ESO NO EXISTE AQUÍ !! Estás a Salvo de eso ! Que linda !! Internacional de un nivel alto buen vestida y el servicio de recepción sueño re el mejor !! Ah los productos de baño son excelentes Faltaría un restaurante para cenar más espectacular !! Aunque tiene su club de playa y restaurante mediterráneo muy buenos , sería pefecto algo muy especial y exclusivo que sea el diamante del concepto ! Pero bueno Cancún cuentas con tantos y tan buenos lugares que puedes manejar y en un radio de 5 a 20 minutos tienes todos

Si pedias un late, 10 usd, una tostada, usd 10. El restaurant, muy rico pero un pedazo de carne, usd 150. Y no te lo cobran a la habitación asi que no podes estar sin tarjetas en el hotel. La bacha, sin ducha. El beach club sierra a las 17... o sea que no hay servicio para el sunset en la playa. No hay piscina.

- Eric (3/5): Not acceptable for this level of hotel - Nice room and great gym Excellent food I spent last night at your hotel and I wanted to share some feedback on the experience The approach to the hotel was problematic as there is no signage for the SLS hotel. The valet parking was so unorganized with a pile up of cars entering and exiting. Reception forgot to take my credit card imprint when I checked in for incidentals I called for an ice bucket at 5pm and waited 1/2 hour. I called back and waited By 6pm the ice had still not been delivered. It never was. Was unable to access the wifi. I was however assisted in a nice staff member who had to enter a code SLS_CANCUN in order for me to register. Again, an unneeded problem. The more unpleasant thing was the sewage smell from the toilet in the bathroom. The entire room was permeated with an unpleasant smell. We then went to the bar after 6pm to redeem our “invitation” drink tickets. We were basically ignored while they made drinks for other people. Not a greeting, not a hello, nor I will be right with you. The happy hour issues started with the barman having no idea about any of it despite being advertised everywhere. He did know what I was talking about as he even said la hora feliz. Friends went to pay for the drinks and were told to wait until he had made other people’s cocktails. He then made them pay for the drinks and when I went to ask him if we got the next round for free, as this is wha his colleague had explained to me. He flat out said NO! Another colleague had to again step in to explain. The bartender told me he was on the job for only three days. I understand this but I would think the Happy Hour and other things would be basic training. I honestly think a hotel of this caliber should have. addressed some of these issues.
- Tanja (9/5): War ein schönes Erlebnis mit schönem Meer und schönem Ausblick. Sehr sichere Lage - Alles war super. Das Zimmer super toll und sauber. Das Personal super lieb und freundlich. Wenn man eine Tour mit Bus gebucht hat. Durfte der Bus nie in das Areal reinfahren. Wir mussten immer einen anderen (relativ) weiten Abhol Ort ausmachen was den gesamten Ausflug etwas mühsamer macht.

- ROSTISLAV (3/5): - Понравился, номер, большой, хорошая мебель, удобная кровать, просторный балкон. Очень высокая слышимость, постоянно слышно что в коридоре происходит, стены будто из картона. в отеле несколько раз отключалась электроэнергия, при этом персонал об этом не предупреждал. лифт не работал, приходилось выходить с 3-го этажа через эвакуационную лестницу, указателей нет, света в коридоре на этаже не было!!! В отеле требуют депозит 250 долларов США за каждый день проживания. Непонятно зачем и почему. При этом сотрудники отеля все время выпрашивают чаевые при паркинге и в ресторане, это выглядит чересчур нагло и убивает желание питаться в ресторане при отеле и на пляже. На пляже много водорослей, купаться фактически невозможно, также на пляже постоянно играет диджей - очень громкая электронная агрессивная музыка, некомфортно. у отеля очень маленькая территория: бассейн, пляж и все. Вся остальная территория жилых комплексов рядом - закрыта, туда не пускает охрана. Отель расположен при ЖК в микрорайоне, где почти нет людей и еще идет стройка новых ЖК, в итоге людей нет, инфраструктуры нет, гулять негде, все закрыто, везде охрана не пускает. Чтобы дойти до ближайшего ТЦ нужно идти пешком 20 мин., либо вызывать с валлет парковки машину. Депозит оплаченный по прошествии недели до сих пор не вернули! Вывод: при стоимости от 400 долларов США за ночь без питания, это чрезмерно дорогостоящий, неудобный и раздражающий вариант проживания. Не рекомендую здесь останавливаться.
- Shirley (7/5): We had a great stay at SLS because of the suite and view. But for a 5 star hotel there are points of improvement. - Excellent suite with a beautiful view. Nice pool clean beach. Comfortable beds and a clean beautiful bathroom. No daily vacuuming. No wiping of all surfaces. (Coffee tables, tv area, bed stands). No water cooker. We did get one on request but they were not prepared for it. Not everyone is a coffee drinker. For a luxury suite this should be standard.

- Alexandra (9/5): Empfehlenswert für kurzen Cancun Aufenthalt zum Start der Mexiko Reise - Das Hotel ist super gelegen, da nicht zu nah an der Party Area. Uber zum türkisblauen Meer super günstig. Tolles Fitness Studio. Bequeme Betten und ruhig zum Schlafen. Das Frühstück war wirklich seeehr lecker aber auch seeehr überteuert. Lohnt sich aber trotzdem. Der private Strandzugang ist auch toll. Unser Highlight war der super super freundliche Kellner am Strand David. Insgesamt sehr freundliches Personal. All in all ist es eine super Wahl für Cancun zum Ankommen für max. 2 Nächte. Dann sollte man schnell weiterreisen zu den tollen Orten Mexikos! Kleine Mängel im Zimmer, aber nicht schlimm für 2 Nächte. Foyer und Restaurant einfach zu kalt!! Insgesamt schon recht teuer.

- eyal (1/5): A hotel that will ruin your vacation – Stay away! - I have traveled to over 50 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, and without a doubt, this is the worst one I have ever been to. This hotel is only interested in squeezing you for every penny; it creates a very unpleasant atmosphere for guests and isn't even close to being a 5-star hotel. If your vacation and relaxation are important to you, here are no less than seven reasons why you must stay away. 1. The hotel clearly didn't invest in soundproofing. You will hear every noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms as if it were inside your own, such as slamming doors all day and all night long, cleaning staff and other guests talking, crying babies, and suitcases rolling by. After two nights of being woken up at 6 AM by staff noise, we were moved to a larger room, but it didn't help because the lack of insulation is consistent throughout the hotel. 2. At check-in, they demand a deposit of $250 USD per night! Yes, you read that correctly — $250 USD for every single night! 3. They force you to sign for amounts you don't owe just to squeeze a tip out of you. Our booking included breakfast, yet every morning when we left the dining area, they insisted that we sign a receipt for 1,200 Pesos (approx. $70 USD). When we asked why we had to sign when breakfast was already paid for, they claimed it was for "control". This is a complete lie. The real reason is that the receipt document includes a section to select a tip percentage (15% or 20%), which is then calculated based on that 1,200 Pesos. And even if you order something extra off the menu, they will add it to that base amount for a larger tip. For example, if you order something for 100 Pesos, they will demand you sign for 1,300 Pesos receipt, and that way your tip is taken from the 1,300 Pesos total, and not the actual 100 Pesos you spent. 4. Aside from the sauna, they charge extra for every spa facility, including the Jacuzzi. As for the sauna, if you want to enjoy it you must book in advance, and it closes as early as 8:00 PM. 5. The hotel is poorly maintained. We found hair in the shower, mold on the faucets, and broken wooden doors. This is not a 5-star hotel, it’s a 3-star at best. Note that the hotel’s photos are also very deceiving. Only the first four floors actually belong to the hotel, while all floors from the 5th and above belong to a separate residential complex 6. The light switches in the room are completely messy, making it nearly impossible to control the lighting. Even when we asked the staff how to leave only the bathroom light on, several of them didn't even know how to do it. 7. Be aware that the hotel mandates valet parking. This means long wait times for your car, and of course, every time you drop off or pick up your vehicle, the valet stands there, hovering over you, expecting a tip. Bottom line: Save your money and your sanity — stay somewhere else.

- Alison (6/5): Beautiful hotel but in a very quiet location away from any life. - Beautiful and stunning hotel Awful location. This hotel should not be classed as being in the hotel zone. It’s in the middle of a concrete jungle and whilst the area is new (Puerto Marina) it’s deserted. The hotel is beautiful but it is lacking something, it’s very soulless and has no character. We we’re disappointed to be over looking a very noisy building site. I booked an ocean view room not a construction view room. The hotel staff made no effort in apologising or making the situation better. Because the building work wasn’t in the actual hotel, there was nothing they could do and they didn’t agree with me that I should have been pre warned. They were unable to change my room due to the hotel being full despite it feeling empty.

- Danny (2/5): They took away my room for the night that I paid and $200 USD was missing from my belongings (not a huge shocker there, - Clean and on the beach The cancelled one of my nights and gave it to someone else, even though I prepaid for 2 nights! WhenI got back to stay for my second night, they told me that all of my belongings have been taken out of the room and they no longer have rooms for that night because they gave my room to someone else. I HAD NO PLACE TO STAY! I am 43 years old, and have traveled a lot. SLS Residences Cancun was the worst situation and the absolute worst time I have ever been in my entire life. I feel bad for anyone who books and will go through what I did. They obviously did that to make more money on the room. They got paid twice for the same night.

Volveré. - Es un hotel pequeño, y eso es un plus para las personas que, como yo, buscan tranquilidad. A lo que hay que añadir una maravillosa piscina y el club de playa. La oferta gastronómica para la noche se reduce a un solo restaurante. Si no quieres salir del hotel, es un inconveniente.

- Yankel (5/5): Déçu du personel. - La literie et la salle de bain sont très bien. La chambre est très grande. Le personnel n’est pas dutout attentionnée et les prix sont exorbitant. Apres 2 semaine au Mexique je n’avait jamais vue cela. On demande une bouteille d’eau, c’est une grosse bouteille d’evian à 12$ qui nous est amené sans nous avoir laisser le choix. Je reste à peine une nuit dans l’hôtel et on me prend une caution de 250$ qui ne m’a toujours pas été restituer alors que je comptais sur cette argent là pour l’aéroport afin d’éviter les frai bancaire de mon autre carte. En finalité, rien n’a été fait pour nous faciliter. Ça sera le pire hôtel que J aurai fait en 2 semaine incroyable au Mexique.
