Heerlijk elke ochtend speciaal voor ons ontbijt gemaakt en gaf ons veel tips over de omgeving en het land zelf . Ook goede communicatie en flexibiliteit tijdens onze aankomst en vertrek, we mochten zelfs later uitchecken omdat we nog naar t strand wilde :) Niks

Їх доповнював чарівний і майже панорамний вид на Ксаміль з 4-го поверху будівлі. Саме там сервірували сніданки. Під час бронювання попросили поселити нас у номер з зеленими ліжками. Наше прохання виконали. Дякуємо! Номер був чудовий. Білизна і рушники білі. Ліжка зручні. Є все необхідне, щоб приготувати їжу в номері. Сподобався балкон з чудовим краєвидом на гори, море і містечко. Є велике дзеркало в номері. До найближчого пляжу 5-6 хвилин пішки. Є поруч і громадський пляж, де можна відпочивати зі своєю парасолькою і килимками. Ксаміль комфортне містечко без зайвої метушні з чудовими пляжами. В ньому багато ресторанів, кафе, таверн, магазинів. Біля деяких ресторанів та таверн (рибних) ввечері біля входу стояли черги людей, які очікували на вільний столик. Смачно готують рибу та морепродукти. Є заклади, в яких смажать рибу та морепродукти for take away. Також ми відвідали острів Корфу. З Саранди ходять пароми. Поїздка триває 50-100 хвилин. Чудова мандрівка. Відсутність душової кабіни.

- Angela (8/5): El hotel está bien (pero recomendación: Intenta evitar Ksamil si no te gusta estar en un pueblo hecho para el turismo co - Tiene cocina, por si quieres cocinar algo y estaba limpio, la habitación bien. Tenía balcón y aparcamiento. Caminando estás a 15 minutos de la playa pública. Para lo que es Ksamil, un “pueblo” abarrotadisimo de gente y la altísima demanda que tiene, está bien calidad-precio, supongo. No tiene cancelación gratuita, así que cuidado cuando estés planeando tu viaje, porque si cambias de planes, te tocará pagar las noches que hayas seleccionado.

- soraya (8/5): Estupendo - Las instalaciones. Está a 5 m de la playa. Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. En el desayuno sirven café turco en lugar de europeo, extremo que no se entiende ya que en el país el café es buenísimo. Hay poca variedad en el desayuno.

Розташування гарне.Сніданки дуже смачні- шведський стіл. В загальному враження приємне 🥰 Номер дали інший, ніж ми забронювали, і душ не мав ані дверей, ані фіранки. Вода лилася просто на підлогу і унітаз. Дуже маленький туалет. Тримач змішувача поламаний, тому незручно було митися. Немає пральної машинки.

- Wojciech (10/5): - Świetne miejsce, bardzo mili gospodarze, pomocni i uczynni. Bardzo dobre śniadania na dachu budynku, schludne i czyste pokoje. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Szczerze polecam!
- Beatriz_Fonseca (9/5): Muito bom. - O quarto era confortável e tinha varanda com estendal, ótimo para quem vai à praia e necessita de secar a roupa depois. O pequeno almoço era variado e bom. Os funcionários eram simpáticos e prestáveis. O estacionamento privado estava cheio, estacionámos na rua - no entanto, os funcionários ofereceram-se para tirar algum dos seus carros (simplesmente não valia a pena, pois na rua estava bom também). O check-out não foi muito claro, tivemos de deixar as chaves na área da receção e esperar pelo melhor (pois não havia ninguém no local nessa altura).

- vasmatics (10/5): Very comfortable place, everything nearby - The rooms and the bathroom were really spacious, as a family of 5 we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and each day there was something different. The staff was very kind and helpful. The beach was 7 minutes by walk (private and public available next to each other), just harder on the way back as it was a bit steep. Restaurants and supermarkets were very near, almost next door. The mattresses might need to be changed soon. We could sleep well, they were not yet uncomfortable, but toward the edges the wear was visible. The internet was unreliable, sometimes going off totally for short times.

Ottima posizione vicina a tutto, possibilità di parcheggio interno al cortile La stanza non sempre pulita, la doccia senza ne piatto a terra, ne box, ne tendina, si allaga tutto il bagno e restano a terra sporco e capelli per tutta la stanza. Assenza di prodotti da bagno, nessun campioncino nemmeno di cortesia. Poca attenzione alla pulizia e rifacimento della camera.

Gazdele niste oameni foarte serviabili. Destul de aproape de plaje. Restaurante si magazine se regasesc la mica distanta. Per total, recomand Wifi slab, mobilier imbatranit. Dusul nu este separat de restul bai, lucru care se regaseste cam in toata Albania.
- 010661 (5/5): Chambre 201 à éviter absolument - Situé au calme, en dehors de la zone ultra bruyante, pas trop de circulation La maman et sa fille sont très aimables, souriantes et serviables. ( le père ne nous a dit ni bonjour, ni au revoir, ce qui n est pas ce que nous avons rencontré avec tous les gens du pays depuis notre voyage) Le petit déjeuner était copieux. La chambre 201. Vue depuis la fenêtre sur une cour en chantier. Pas de rideaux occultant, réveillés a 6h du matin.Tres vieux mobilier en très mauvais état, pas de shampoing ni savon à notre arrivée, serviette manquante, salle de bain + WC, total 1,2 m2...chambre vraiment pas agréable...manque de sécurité dans la salle de bain ; prise à 5cms du point d eau, fils électriques des appliques visibles et juste protégés avec un bout de Scotch, arrivées d eau déboitées...bref, nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis bien dans cette chambre. Dommage....

- Mateusz Charubin (1/5): - Najgorszy nocleg w całej Albanii. A zwiedziliśmy wiele hoteli w dużo lepszej jakości, w turystycznych miejscach, za dużo niższą cenę. Pokój na zdjęciach odbiegał od rzeczywistości, w gąszczu zdjęć znajdziesz jedno zdjęcie i to ten pokój ci wcisną. Ciemną norę, z starymi meblami, miską i łazienką do której nie chce się wchodzić. Raczej jak w ofercie jest 11 zdjęc i 10 innego pokoju to spodziewać się tego ! Łazienka tragedia!!! Mała niekomfortowe z prysznicem nad kiblem i to przypominam w cenie noclegu jak za pokój w samym sercu Wenecji!!! A to tylko szambo z prysznicem w ksamilu. Nie prześpisz też nocy jak trafisz na ten pokój bo materac byl zużyty do końca. Czuć było każdą sprężynę. Już dawno nie powinien być używany. Nie przespaliśmy ani 5 minut. Rano wściekła udałam się na śniadanie, partner nawet nie poszedł bo miał dość tego miejsca, a śniadanie to kolejne rozczarowanie. Kawa rozpuszczalna lub ekspres bardzo słabej jakości, 1 owoc do wyboru, jakieś jajko w bemarze i kielba. Kilka warzyw jakiś 1 ser i suche grzanki z pomidorem, na słodko jakieś suche ciasto, nie ma naleśników czy pączków, które są na zdjęciu hotelu więc to tylko zdjęcia na pokaz!!, bardzo słabe śniadanie i hotel. Pomimo zniżki 15 e którą wywalczyliśmy to nadal najgorszy hotel w jakim byliśmy i nikomu go nie polecę. Czysto też nie było brudna kuchenka resztki jedzenia po kimś jakieś okruszki i pajeczyny. Mieliśmy zmarnowane 3 dni urlopu, przyjazd, kolejny po nieprzespanej nocy i trzeci bo dopiero do siebie dochodziliśmy. Ten materac to już było poniżej wszystkiego, w najgorszym pokoju w życiu nie doświadczyłam czegoś takiego. Więc jak będziesz mieć pecha i wylosujesz te gorsze pokoje to zmarnujesz swój urlop. Wszystko mi się nie podobało

- Robert (9/5): - Soba je uredna, ima sve što treba, nije mala. Balkon je također super. Doručak je tipa švedskog stola, bilo je jako fino i dosta raznoliko, čak ima i pogled jer ste na zadnjem katu. Lokacija izvrsna. Jedino kupaonica. Tuš nije ograđen zavjesom ili staklom, a kupaonica je manja pa nakon tuširanja cijela bude mokra. Nije to veliki problem pa svejedno preporučamo ovaj smještaj jer se dosta dobije za dani novac.

Não gostei do colchão, estava fundo, precisa ser trocado, foi o único ponto negativo.

Algunas playas públicas a 15 minutos caminando (hay muy pocas en ksamill) Desayuno escasa variedad, para repetir café lo cobran a 1€ a pesar de tener el desayuno incluido. La ducha tal como se ve en las fotos no tiene separación con el resto del baño, así que el suelo del baño pasa la mayor parte del tiempo mojado y con mucha humedad.

La dolce gentilezza della ragazza che accoglie gli ospiti Comodo anche il parcheggio privato Il bagno è totalmente da rivedere: la doccia non ha il piatto e quindi è sempre tutto allagato. Ci deve essere qualche problema di scarico, perché in certi punti l'acqua non asciuga mai: questo rende molto facile sporcare ovunque. Considerando che il phon è in bagno, può anche essere pericoloso Il doccino era rotto, la tavoletta del wc di plastica e traballante Tutto il bagno è stato un disagio grande.

Presente anche il frigorifero in camera. Accettato pagamento tramite pos. Disponibilità di parcheggio nel giardino della struttura. Si potrebbe migliorare la colazione però è comunque fornita sia di dolce che di salato e la location dove si tiene il buffet è molto bella

- Lorenzo (9/5): Great position, kind staff, amazing breakfast - The position is great, enough far from the messy touristic centre of Ksamil (less than 10 minutes walking) and very close to many beaches. The staff is really nice and kind, always ready to help you with recommendations and tips. I loved the big breakfast on the terrace with the sea view, I already miss it a lot! I would definitely recommend this structure.

- Karyna (4/5): Зіпсовані враження - Номер був розташований внизу з невеликою терасою та видом на дерева, квіти, поряд гойдалки- для дитини і для нас було зручно. Дуже близько до пляжу. Наш рейс затримався, тому ми пропустили одну ніч (з двох) в цьому готелі, попросили хоча б прибрати вартість сніданку, нам знизили ціну на 10€ - хоч щось, тому приємно. Сніданок смачний, особливо овочі, кавун. Гарний вид на терасі. Не знаю, що саме займе перше місце, бо і те і те було жахливо: - через 3 години після пробудження, по всьому тілу де не було піжами зʼявились укуси від постільного кліща. Сьогодні третій день, це вже пухирі, що дуже чешуться, і ніякий гель не заспокоює шкіру. - господарі вирішили привітати свою родичку з днем народження, тому в 12 ночі з четвертого поверху на терасі вони запустили феєрверки. Це було жахливо, ми з України, і маємо травматичний досвід війни, вибухи, страх, серце вилітає, панічна атака. Донька прокинулась в сльозах і півгодини я ще не могла її заспокоїти, коли сама заснути не могла ще довше. Але найгірше, що коли зранку ми запитали про це, ми були шоковані, що це зробили самі власники, та не вбачають в цьому нічого поганого і страшного. Вони не могли навіть подумати, що на першому поверсі це буде чути… немає слів, в вашому готелі діти, дорослі, люди з різних країн, ви маєте хоча б орієнтуватися на це, та схоже, що базової освіти там немає, бо думати, що феєрверки буде «не чути».. серйозно? Я думала, що це все просто з нашого номера відбувається. - ну і це вже не порівняти з попереднім невдоволенням: брудно, павутина, пил, посуд був брудний та недокоплектований, гелю для душу/шампуню немає. Душ є частиною туалету, вода під ногами. Я розумію ціну, очікувано, що номер надто маленький, якщо перебувати цілий день на пляжі, то його достатньо. Але нажаль, загальне враження сильно зіпсували перші два пункти. - сніданок донесли вже коли прийшли нові люди і попросили їжу, тобто особисто мені не вистачило ні круасану, ні кавуна (кавун взяла у доньки), овочі та яйце забрала останні.

Una particolare menzione è da dedicare alla dolcissima Adele che accoglie gli ospiti con dolcezza e simpatia fuori da ogni standard di buona ospitalità! A lei va un GRAZIE particolare.
