- Hanady (3/5): اقامة سيئة - الموقع كان جيد مع العلم انه السياره تواجه صعوبه بالوقوف امام باب العمارة لانها سكة واحده للاسف لم يوفر ليي الموظف الغرف المتفق عليها كما طلبتها من بوكينغ حيث اني حجزت غرفتين واحده لشخصين والثانية لشخصين وطفل مع سرير صوفا وبلكونه وكان سعرها اغلى ولكن عندما وصلت لم يوفرونها لي بل اعطوني غرفه بدون بلكونه والصوفا لا تتحول لسرير وعندما طلبنا مساعده ساعدتنا العامله واكتشفتت انه هناك غلط منهم وتعطل المصعد وهاجمنا موظف الرسيبشن وغضب علينا وكانت معاملته سيئه جدا واتهمنا باننا نحن من خرب المصعد وحاول يعتذر بعد ان اكتشف انه ليس نحن من عطل المصعد ،،دخلت علينا عاملة الفندق بدون استأذان وهي تعلم اننا بالغرفه المبنى عبارة عن عمارة مجدده وليست فندق للاسف تبهذلت بالسكن بسبب عدم دقه تقييم للفندق لن اعيد التجربه ولا انصح به

Serkan at the reception will provide you with all the support you need, he speaks perfect English and very sociable, everyone loves to talk to him. The location is like no other, in the middle of Nişantaşi, everything is around you, clothes store, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, 500 meters walking distance from Osmanbey.

- Saud (9/5): راحة ونظافة وطاقم متعاون - فندق صغير مريح نظيف جدًا وفي موقع اكثر من رائع في نيشانتاشي مكان مخدوم بكل ماتحتاج طاقم خدوم ومتعاون و والغرف نظيفة جدا، شكرا لجميع الطاقم توجد لديهم مشكلة في أقفال الغرف اغلبها مكسور ولكن تم حلها بعد الطلب

- Alhanouf (3/5): اقامة جدا سيئة وماكان المكان نظيف - الميزة الوحيده ان الستاف كان خدوم فقط جدا جدا سيء المكان وصخ ماكو نظافة والحمامات قديمه مصديه والمرحاض عليه بقع والفوط نحتاج الف مرا نذكرهم يغيرونها لان بس يجون يصفطون القدم ويطلعون ويمر الايام بدون تغيير كنا ماخذين سويتيين كلهم واحد اسوء من الثاني مانصح كلش بالمكان من الوصاخه

- Areej (1/5): 🔴🔴الفندق غير آمن🔴🔴 - 🔴🔴الفندق غير آمن🔴🔴 🔴🔴الفندق غير آمن🔴🔴 الساعة 10 الليل فيه شخص فتح باب الغرفة علينا ولحسن الحظ كنا مقفلين بالسلسة الحديد ما انفتح كامل، الاستقبال قالو عادي هذا نزيل في الغرفة اللي جنبكم فتح عليكم بالغلط، طيب حتى لو بالغلط ليش البطاقة تفتح باب غرفتنا؟؟؟؟؟ طبعا من وقتها خرجنا ورحنا فندق ثاني، عندنا الفيديو من كاميرات المراقبة ولكن ماراح انشره لأسباب قانونية. ما تم تعويضنا بأي شي وقلبوا الموضوع علينا. ما انصح بالسكن في الفندق ابدا غير آمن 🔴🔴🔴

- EL HASSANE (10/5): Nous avons passé un très bon séjour - Emplacement idéal pour visiter et pour le shopping . Idéalement placé pour shopping car au cœur de Nisantasi et aussi pour visiter Istanbul : 25 min à pied de la place Taksim et à 7 min du métro Osmanbey . Le personnel de l’hôtel est disponible et très attentionné . Isolation phonique pour l’une des deux chambres réservées . Le reste était parfait .
