• Kamilla (10/5): Melhor impossível - Fica extremamente perto do Porto onde pega ferry pra Costa amalfitana e capri, fica também extremamente perto do ponto que passa o ônibus Alibus que vai pro aeroporto e estação de trem, tive que fazer o checkout às 5 horas da manhã e o metrô não estava funcionando ainda, então foi perfeito, tem restaurantes a uns 50 metros do apartamento,!o Diego foi muito legal, tem tbm um frigobar e microondas na área comum, ajudou muito Amei tudo
• BLAISON (10/5): - Très bon accueil de Diego ! Le b§b est très propre et confortable. Très bien situé près des différents secteurs et points à voir.
• Christophe (4/5): Chambre correcte mais expérience décevante avec un accueil froid, expéditif et peu chaleureux. - Chambre correcte mais vraiment le strict minimum en termes de confort et de prestation. Le point le plus décevant reste l’accueil : très froid, expédié rapidement, sans sourire ni véritable sens du service. Nous avons eu l’impression d’être davantage une source de revenus que des clients accueillis avec attention. L’ambiance générale n’était pas du tout chaleureuse. Nous n’avons pas vu le propriétaire, seulement sa sœur qui tient apparemment le magasin au rez-de-chaussée de l’immeuble.

• Jeremy (10/5): - We stayed here for one night on our way to the Amalfi Coast, and chose it for it's close location to the ferry, which was a very walkable distance with our luggage. The place was clean, spacious, accurately represented in the photos, and the bed was comfy. The self check-in procedure included photos, which made it very easy. The room is in an apartment, and the walls are pretty thin, so we were kept up by someone talking in another unit in the building all night long, and you could also hear the traffic on the street.

• RADKA (9/5): Thank you for the nice and relaxing stay. - Excellent location for our trip and great service received from the staff. The cleaning lady met us at the entrance when we arrived and although she as off work she took the time to take us to our room. Our host Diego was very attentive and accommodating. We found the shower space small and a bit difficult to move around.

• Stephanie (5/5): Il Porto was good value for money. - The location to the port was very good and I could just walk over the street to the ship. There was a nice coffee shop on the corner of the street for breakfast and outdoor seating The person who communicated with me on whats app was very efficient and quick in responding once we were on whats app. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment / B&B was not easy to find in the building. It is confusing as there are so many other things in the same building. I thought I was booking into a normal B&B. The room was adequate and suitable for my late night arrival and early morning departure i.e. one night. I think it is suitable for that sort of stay. It was good value for money. The apartment room had everything in it that one would need. The aircon worked very well in the heatwave whilst I was there.

The breakfast was simple but nice at a nearby cafeteria. The area is very noisy, and you can hear it all night through closed windows.

It is a bit noisy location, so for sleeping closed windows is needed, but we could not get the airconditioning to work right, as the temperture thermostat did not work, i.e. did not stop cooling at desired temperature.

• Frank (10/5): Excellent choice. - Good location. Easy to walk into centre of Naples and near Urban parking which is near the port if you are planning to visit or Capri or Ischia. Very clean and well run. Highly recommended for one or two night stay. Room 4 is the best. As above

• Nicole (9/5): Nice place - The room was very clean, the bathroom as well. It was well equipped and its located right at the port and is a great starting point for discovering the city. We did a tour of Pompeii and Vesuvius and the pick up point was very close to the apartment, which I found very covenient. The walls are thin. If you are a light sleeper dont forget your ear plugs.

• Moises (7/5): Great service and location. - the property felt secure and location was close to attractions, a metro stop, mini market and restaurants. The first time entering the property there was a slight smell of sewer from the shower. It went away after using the facilities.

• Elizabeth (7/5): The actual room was excellent but stsy was let down by a few issues with access etc - Location was excellent for the port and airport bus. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Despite having exact instructions no one was answering the outside bell for us to enter the building, another couple came along and let us in. There was no access to the advertised lounge where we could access a kettle and coffee machine. They forgot to leave the breakfast voucher for us to use in the cafe across the street.

The breakfast (coffee and a croissant) wasn't what we like for breakfast, but we understand that it is how the Italians do it :)

• Cristina (9/5): Perfect Stay! - What I liked most, was the room cleanliness, everything (from the armoire, till the linen) was extremely clean and perfumed. What's more, I found all the linen and accessories I needed for my stay. Finally, its location is perfect to get to the Harbour in a few minutes walk. If only they had offered me having late check in, it would have been perfect!. Even though, they had given me all the instructions I needed to have self-check - in, so having late check- in was easy!

• Kathleen (10/5): Very convenient for the ferries/cruise port. Short walk to the Metro and buses. - We've stayed at this B&B a couple of times. Staff is always welcoming, fast to answer any questions and so kind to call a taxi for us. Clean, each room has use of the small fridge which is supplied with water and juice box. There's a microwave, paper towels and kettle (with tea). Would definitely stay again when I return to Napoli. There aren't any cups for the tea (or instant coffee I use).

The owner was always available for what we needed! Recommended for the good value for money The breakfast only includes a coffee and a croissant (not all pastries) in a cafeteria right in front of the rooms. The cafeteria is very good but the variety could be better.
