• Shunpei (1/5): - 立地は結構よい方だと思います。一応個室のようにはなっていました。 ホテルは基本無人で、連絡をしても繋がりません。 鍵の閉じ込めなんかもしたらどうしようもなさそうです。 エアコンがカビだらけでひどかったです。 全体的に少し汚いです。 個室と入っても音が丸聞こえです。 値段を安く取れたなら泊まってみてもいいかもしれません。自分の場合1万2千円円以上していました。 防犯面は心配なので不安な人はネットカフェとか人がいるところのほうがよいかも。 冷蔵庫も壊れていました。 日中にスタッフのかたが来たタイミングがあったので行ってみたけどなかなか話が噛み合わず、諦めてそのまま過ごしました。 シャワーも混雑して時間帯によっては使えないです。

• Ester (5/5): Molt decebedor - L'atenció al client i la facilitat per fer el check in. Les escales estaven brutes, les habitacions semblaven com si fossin de psiquiàtric o una presó. No ens vam atrevir a dutxar-nos perque la dutxa estava com en un magatzem tambe molt brut. Els llits es clavaven totes les motlles i si et movies es calvava més. L'habitació era molt petita i no es passava per enlloc. Les parets molt fines, es sentien els altres hostes com parlaven encara que fos fluix. A Toquio he estat a llocs molt millors per menys de la meitat de preu que vaig pagar allà!

• 鄭祐承 (1/5): 就沒想過能被雷成這樣 - 爛透了 訂這家，你會完全找不到業者，入住辦理是自助的，要掃碼獲得鑰匙箱的密碼，我們當天得到的是錯誤的密碼導致無法打開，所以後來直接訂了別家，寫評論的當下已經聯繫客服，但還不確定會不會獲得賠償，也無法確認這是不是詐騙。

Changement d hôtel en urgence, j attends la réponse de booking.com pour un remboursement

• Caron (8/5): - The room was smaller than I expected but it fit my needs. The air conditioner worked, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and all necessities were provided. The manager is very nice and helpful. The showers could use some updating but they were clean and private. The location makes up for the lack of amenities and the price was very reasonable. I would stay here again.

• Alvaro (1/5): It´s a scam, don´t book this place. Abandoned prison look and feel. - Nothing, the place is a scam. The shared bathrooms are full of mould. The facilities are extremelly deteriorated. It feels like an abandom prison. We even saw a cockroach in the room. We had to book somewhere else because it was not healthy to stay. It should be closed down and removed from Booking. The place is a scam. The pictures don't show the real look of the shared areas. The shared showers and toilets are totally disgusting. There isn´t a door just a mouldy broken curtain so there isn´t any privacy. The showers are full of mould, there was even a rotten sponge in the bath. The remaining common areas feel like an abandoned car park. The place should be closed down and removed from booking. Neither booking or the property would give us our money back.

• Lily (5/5): Budget friendly - The location is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. Once you get past the size of the room, it’s almost cozy. The bathroom shower has good pressure and there’s laundry services. I’d recommend for solo travellers or budget travellers. The rooms are tiny, the mattress and pillows are very thin and the plaster is pealing on the walls. The bathroom floor is sinking in at some parts and there’s mold on the roof.

The place is still in the progress of renovation. There is are two shower locations. The showers need renovation. The toilet seat was initially broken but repaired during my stay.

• jeongjin (4/5): 신주쿠중심에서 가까운 숙소 - 와이파이 패스넘버를 알수없어 프론트에가도 아무도없고 버튼을 눌러도 아무도 나타나지않아 무료와이파이를 쓰지못했네요 체크아웃할때 물어보니 그제서야 프린트아웃해주는데 상황 끝이었죠 키받을때 와이파이패스넘버를 묻든지 방에 써놓으면 좋을텐데 아쉽네요 그냥 잠만자는걸로는 신주쿠산초메와 가까워 좋습니다 엘리베이터도 없고 공용욕실이니 참고하세요

I stayed with a friend and we had to share a bed. my room booking was for an 81sq ft room with bunks nd futons. I got 3 sq metres and a double bed we had to share as ther was no staff. it was dirty the bathrooms were dingy and one was dangerous with the floor being loose and almost not weight bearing.

• Kalle (3/5): If you value cleanlines at all stay away - location was superb, room was mostly ok - toilets very dirty - toilet had no seat in our floor - towels had blood in them - corridoors and stairs where really dirty - only two showers - one shower was clogged and water would rise 5cm and junk and hair would float on top - showers where in common are with see through curtain, if you lock the door you lock also the washing machines from other people - instead of fixing or cleaning staff would tell us to try another bathroom/shower. - staff would not reply on any booking messages - we left after 1 night of 7 nights. no refund.

Wallpaper peeling if in bedrooms. No hot water at all in any sinks. No kitchen facilities at all. Didn’t see a staff member over the week we stayed it even for check in.

• Alexander (6/5): You are paying for the Location, comfortable bed, ammenites not clean. - Let's be clear this hotel's highlight is the location, it is super close to bars, restaurants, you can go drinking and walk to the hotel, the beds are not bad, comfortable, and clean. The staff at reception was very friendly, he was super nice. The bathrooms are not what you expect for Japan’s standards, they were a bit dirty, and you are sharing 2 per floor, one for each gender, they don't have bidets. There are just two showers for the whole building located on the ground floor, next to the washing machines, awkward showers too, but not a deal breaker. If you are not too fussy, the hotel is fine, get yourself some ear plugs, as the walls are thin, and you will hear everything.
• SUNGBIN (2/5): 너무 더럽고, 관리가 안되고 있는 숙소입니다. - 사진으로 아주 조작을 많이하셨더라고요. 공용 욕실은 사람을 죽였던 사건 장소 처럼 매우 더럽고 청결하지 못하였습니다. 그리고 화장실에는 찌린내가 진동했습니다. 자는 곳은 그나마 깨끗했는데 사진과는 너무 다른 모습이었습니다. 숙소가 너무 들어가기 싫은 여행이었습니다. 그래서 밖에 오래 있었습니다.. 여기 대표님은 운영에 있어서 많은 반성과 발전을 위해 고민할 필요가 있어보입니다. 아무리 가격이 저렴해도 이 상태로라면 저는 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 그리고 방금이 진짜 하나도 안됩니다. 추가로, 더럽고 더럽고,시끄럽고 시끄럽고, 위치가 좋은 것 빼고는 최악입니다.

We stayed a single night as there were no hotel availability around the area that night and there must have been Deb bugs woke up with bites up both my legs. Don’t stay here, you will regret it

• Sk (1/5): Bad - Worst hotel I have ever stayed in so far. There is no attached washroom, no washlet, no soap! In the ground floor you can find a shower room which is very dirty. In the second floor you can find a basin but no water supply. I find the dirtyest toilet with no water facilities. If you travelling with your family better to opt other hotel within the same cost but little bit far from here.

• Kenjiro (6/5): - 男1人で泊まりました。チェックインはリモート対応でしたが、きちんと説明してくれるので大丈夫でした。 部屋も綺麗にされていて、寝る分には申し分ないです。 ただ、風呂場が汚く、清掃が行き届いていない状態でした。排水が詰まって流れが悪い状態だったので、恐る恐る排水溝を開けてみると髪の毛やゴミが。。。ゴミ箱がないので、取り除いたゴミを捨てる場所もなく。 あと、コインランドリーが脱衣所と一体化しているので、1人がお風呂に入っているとコインランドリーを利用できません。 立地や価格などはすごくいいと思うので、もう少しお風呂場周りをよくしていただけるといいなと思いました。
• Regyna (8/5): Convenient & peaceful area to stay in Tokyo! - I love how when I arrived the Staff especially Mr Kenichi gave a warm welcome & friendly despite my early arrival at the hotel. Storing my luggage & filling up registration were super efficient. The room I had was so super comfortable. Clean futon, great mini fridge & everything! The wifi was also really strong. Love it! For now, it may just be the cleanliness of toilet. After all, it is a shared toilet with others! However, they are planning to upgrade the hotel! So don’t be worry!
