• Alexis (2/5): Franchement Déconseillé - L’appartement ne correspond pas à l'annonce. Nous étions trois mais il n'y avait pas de chambre avec un lit comme annoncé. C'est une seule pièce, et le lit d'appoint était en carton et cassé. Tentative de la part du personnel (très sympa) de recoller le carton à la colle chaude (!). Tentative infructueuse, il a fallu dormir par terre. A partir de la 2ème nuit, un lit d'appoint (matelas gonflable de camping) a été installé

• Niccolò (8/5): A clean and well-located flat with great amenities, some minor details in service could be improved. - Everything about our stay was very good, and the flat itself was perfectly clean. The location is excellent, and we really appreciated the great free amenities like the dishwasher, laundry facilities, coffee, and gym. It made our stay highly convenient and comfortable. We noticed there was no bottled water provided in the room, and the tap water had a bit of a strange smell. Furthermore, when we asked for additional pillows because the ones provided were too soft and flat to sleep comfortably, our request was unfortunately turned down. It would have been nice to have a bit more flexibility with that.

I have booked queen bed however, we were given 2 separate beds and it was very uncomfortable. The owner said they can't do anything about it. The walls are not soundproof and we could hear everything going on outside. The wifi was not working properly and if you are planning to work or use internet you need to have your cellular internet.
• Stecy (8/5): Séjour agréable - Très bon emplacement, à 2 min à pied du tram et les métros ne sont pas trop loin non plus 8-10 min. Appartement bien équipé et propre. Il faudrait revérifier la combinaison de la boîte à clé pour l’extérieur car le code ne marchait pas et nous avons dû attendre dehors le temps qu’on nous ouvre. Les couverts sont un peu limité et les coussins ne sont pas terribles. Aussi, il faudrait mettre sur le lit une vraie couette car la température ne permet pas encore de pouvoir dormir avec le couvre lit léger qui avait été mis. Il y en avait une dans le placard mais il n’y avait pas de housse de couette.

Asistencia solo es por Whatsapp y de lunes a sábado 18 horas ,Cuando haces el check in te piden un depósito de 200 euros de garantía, te indican que si quiebras una copa te cobrarán 20 euro, copas que no existen, ver fotografía con los vasos de baja calidad que tienen, si dejas el departamento medianamente sucio te cobran 80 euros a pesar de haber pagado limpieza , y el polvo está por todas partes ver fotografía de lámpara, lado paredes están sucias ver fotografía , los muros con hongos ver fotografía, el aire acondicionado no funciona lo reporte y me dijeron que abriera las ventanas, pedí una escoba para poder barrer y un paño de cocina para secar la loza , lo cual nunca llegó. Baño olor a desagüe , lo reporte y me indicaron que esto siempre pasa después de la lluvia, pero el mal olor lo tuve 3 días antes de la lluvia. La basura y articulos en deshueso en pleno patio ver fotografía. Lo más insólito es cuando te retiras te llega un correo indicando que debes calificarlos sobre una nota 8 si no te eliminarán de Booking. El soporte que dan es ineficiente nunca solucionaron nada y tengo respaldo de todos los WhatsApp .Totalmente decepcionante por el alto precio que cobran . NO RECOMENDABLE.

Problem jest taki, że wiele rzeczy w samym lokalu było już zniszczonych. Na przykład Łe dokręcony kran w łazience, szafy w sypialni, które były chyba źle złożone, ponieważ się trzęsły. MY przemieszczaliśmy się na dworzec kolejowy i stamtąd to nad Como, to do Bergamo. Apartament bardzo fajny, przestronny- my mieliśmy ten na strychu- kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, łazienka czysta. Podstawowe przybory toaletowe dostępne. Kuchnia również ma większość niezbędnych rzeczy. Polecam zdecydowanie Może trochę porządku można byłoby zrobić w ogrodzie, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało, nie mieliśmy czasu żeby posiedzieć. Nie stanowiło to aż tak dużego problemu.

We are a group of 11 adults and 7 children, occupying 5 apartments in a building of 8 units booked through your platform. Below is a structured summary of the situation: ⸻ 1. Incident with Building Staff (Friday Night) On Friday night, the man supervising the building approached my children while they were playing quietly in the common area, trying to throw a paper airplane into a trash bin. There were no adults present at that exact moment. The staff member took the paper airplane, tore it apart, threw it into the bin, and said, “I close at 10.” This behavior was inappropriate and unnecessary. I can assure you this is not normal conduct. Had an adult been present, the situation might have escalated due to the disrespectful tone and action toward the children. ⸻ 2. Common Area Closing Time Confusion Last night, when we arrived, we found the common area closed. The sign had been changed to indicate closing time at 19:30. We had already purchased dinner to eat there, and as a result, we were forced to go out to a nearby restaurant instead. Shortly afterward, the sign was changed again to indicate closing at 10:00 pm (as originally stated). We have photographs of both signs if needed. ⸻ 3. Maintenance and Cleanliness Issues When we initially reported several problems to the staff member present at the property, he informed us that he could not assist and that we needed to contact Booking.com directly. We also asked whether the tap water was potable, as several people at the property told us it was not. We did not receive clear information until Sunday at midday. By that time, we had already purchased a significant amount of bottled water and had been worried because the children had been drinking the tap water for a full day. ⸻ 4.

• gary (6/5): Average, but not centrally located and I had my cell phone stolen in the "C" line near the Zara Stat - There was no ventilation-no window opened. Only a floor fan to circulate air. It became very hot at night even though it was not in the summer. The king bed had a seam in the middle and made ones body gravitate towards the center seam of the bed making it uncomfortable. These two answers are reversed in the order I have answered them. Quiet, clean, spacious and well equipped with downstairs laundry and exercise facilities and extra paper etc

In reality, there was no functioning AC only two fans, which weren’t shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, the temperature was over 30°C every day, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Because of this, I won’t be returning, which is a shame since everything else about the place was good.

• Victoria (7/5): In overall it was good. I would come back for next season. - Good value for money. Spacious and well lighted. Good location. Not crowded. I’ve been there for 6 nights and there was no cleaning or change of towels during the stay. Another inconvenience is that at the checkout you have to open the gate with the key and return it back to the safe place. My room was on the top floor and I had to leave all my stuff at the open gate and climb upstairs to leave the key. It would be good if there’d be some sort of lock downstairs for keys when check out.
