Would stay again. - Staying in the Golden Suite, we found the auto curtains, auto Japanese Toilet, the shower that can become a sauna, the 2nd toilet room and the staff all good points with this room. Balcony had no chairs. Golden sink missing gold lacquer which is a shame. A small plastic seat in the shower to help spending time there when it’s a sauna would help. Finally the external windows really needed a wash down. These are very minor points though

The team went above and beyond to make our experience special, and it truly showed in every detail. They surprised my husband with a beautiful birthday setup, complete with a cake and a handwritten card. That gesture alone meant so much to us and made the trip even more memorable. The room itself was incredible. We stayed in a beautiful suite that was both luxurious and comfortable. The bathtub had a stunning chrome finish, the toilet seat was heated and automatic, and the bed was unbelievably soft, the kind you just melt into after a long day. Their buffet was extensive and thoughtfully curated, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. They even had Indian dishes, a full dessert section, an omelet station, and freshly prepared pho made by chefs on the spot. One of the most unique highlights was the golden steak served at breakfast. The lobby itself was absolutely exquisite, setting the tone for the entire experience. The location is also a big plus, right in front of a beautiful lake and within walking distance to really good cafes. While it’s a bit farther from the Old Quarter, the trade-off is a quieter, more relaxing environment. There are cafes nearby that you can visit as well as a few restauramts that will surely satisfy your Vietnamese food cravings. Overall, it’s amazing value for money. Comfortable, thoughtful, and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Best place is the room is the bathroom😍 golden bathtub golden toilet everything golden. Bed is huge and comfy. Room very spacious- if you are packing for your next flight thatss so good. Maybe the location. It’s quite far from old quarter but grab is available anytime anywhere so why not get good rest.

Overall the hotel is very good and the quality-price ratio exceeds expectations. A bit of chaos at the hotel elevators some of mornings. Perhaps the ride system or algorithms should be adjusted to avoid traffic jams when there is a higher flow of customers.

Second, a really impressive hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, everything is modern and innovative. Breakfast is a separate language - you just don't know what to choose: a lot of various dishes for all tastes, and the golden beef is simply amazing. Also the pool was amazing! Of course, very high-quality and good food in restaurants, just maybe a little expensive, but in general it's definitely worth trying, especially the golden burger. Cabine de duche não estava devidamente limpa nem o chão do WC. O terraço com piscina panorâmica merecia mais atenção. Pouco cuidado, cadeiras muito degradadas e pouco acolhedor. É apenas um terraço vazio sem qualquer elemento verde. Plantas poderiam ajudar a tornar um ambiente mais agradável e acolhedor.. Mobiliário do quarto a merecer alguma manutenção. Marcas de uso.

Hat uns spontan ein 16 Sitze Bus besorgen können. Hat Tips zu Touren gegeben und Flughafen Shuttle organisiert. - Wir hatten Probleme mit Vietnam Airlines und das Personal hat uns geholfen dort anzurufen. - Pool ist dreckig und unattraktiv - Rooftop lädt nicht zum verweilen ein - Zimmer sind nicht so sauber wie 5 Sterne es vermuten lassen. Es ist unter den Möbel sehr viel Dreck und Fliesen sind fleckig. - Der Fake-Gold Luxus lockt viele Inder als Gäste an. Die benehmen sich wie Tiere. Fassen beim Frühstück alles mit den Händen an und legen es wieder zurück, drängeln sich vor und sind laut. - Man benötigt immer ein Taxi. In direkter Nähe ist nichts spannendes.

The front office staff and valet staff is super efficient and sweet. The morning buffet staff was a little unwelcoming and cleanliness could be improved as the property is very well built.

We enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool too. The water was a little cool in early March but the view is amazing! All good!

Breakfast brunch is delicious, coffee from self serving machine is the only average item. I miss the day where a barista makes my coffee from their espresso machine.

Amazing gold hotel, helpful and friendly staff & amazing gold steak! - I loved the interior decor, the gold mixed with the Christmas decorations made the entire hotel feel magical. Bad welcoming. For check out they told me to wait 5 min and I have to come to them to ask about it one more time. The pool should be open at 6a.m and today till 6:15 no personal came to open the door to the infinity pool. I just went back to my room. You can hear the conversation from the other room also at night.

Personal war sehr nett wenn gleich mehr an anderen Gästen interessiert als an mir, die vermutlich reicher aussahen 😅 ich hatte 4 Betten und 2 Toiletten als Einzelperson mit 4 Zimmer. Das ist echt krass. Die Lage: Der See trügt. Die Hauptstraße verpestet die Luft extrem, es ist laut und es gibt keinen Supermarkt in direkter Nähe.

Overall, it was a lovely experience that made our time in Hanoi even more enjoyable. During checkout, there was a brief misunderstanding at the front desk regarding an item on our bill. Since it was our first stay and we had checked in early, we weren’t fully familiar with all the room amenities. The staff addressed the matter promptly and courteously once we clarified the details, turning it into just a small moment in an otherwise very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

- manijitsingh1963 (4/5): Bad unpalatable food - Room stay was satisfactory but Indian dinners(part of package)were horrible despite informing them in advance.No Indian breads,watery dals,no drinking water available.The restaurant was a small room with our slot fixed without flexibility.The waiting staff was totally rude with poor communication skills and never tried to understand what we wanted. The food was sourced by them from an outside restaurant and served cold. Indian tourists should avoid this hotel or have dinner somewhere outside.

Special thanks to Anna that helped me a lot, she is very nice, super service ; ) Vivian, is very nice and fun (who likes food and got a Smiski from me...I hope) Tracy, she told me she is new but has lots of potential. KEEP HER ( likes to eat all the chocolate and also got a Smiski) Thao also made my day, super fun and perfect service (got a hello kitty that looks like her Dog ) They are super friendly and amazing, superb service, they are all very fun and a delight to speak to and have fun with. Send them to Denmark on holidays I made sure they all had chocolate as they deserve princess treatment : ) ♥ They should all get a raise of 10.000.000 and a month paid holiday ♥ I will be back in Vietnam and stay here again for sure
