Pokój jest nieco ciemny, ale jeśli ma służyć wyłącznie jako miejsce odpoczynku po całym dniu zwiedzania, jest w pełni wystarczający (pokój od strony ulicy).

• Aarti (6/5): Okay to stay for a night or two - The location was great, nice street with lots of cafés and restaurants around. The room was very clean and fresh. The online check-in was smooth. The bed and linens were comfortable and good room temperature. There are few things that can be improved - - We stayed for a night in room 6 and the WI-FI did not work at all, I messaged twice for help but the response was ‘Are you connecting to the right username and pwd’ . The issues was not fixed until checkout. - It was a bit noisy, there was noise I think from the pipes whenever someone was using the toilet or bathroom upstairs or room next to us but it was manageble. - There was no place in shower area to put anything like shampoo or soap, it would be nice to have a place where you can put your stuff while bathing. Th shampoo and shower gel was provided in pouches which is a bit messy, better would you place small bottles. Not big problem but just a suggestion.

• Mauro (9/5): Struttura ottima! - Locale situato in posizione comodissima, a 10 minuti di metro da Linate con la linea M4 e fermata vicino, a 10 min a piedi si arriva a San Babila dove c'è la M1, dall'albergo al Duomo 15 min a piedi. Struttura pulitissima, molto semplice il check in automatico. Presenti nella stessa via bar, pub, supermercato e luoghi per mangiare. Niente di grave, l'unica cosa forse la struttura è stata restaurata da poco e alcune mattonelle non erano ben incollate, il che causavano un po' di rumore e di notte può essere fastidioso. Per il resto ok

Apprezzato bollitore in camera. La mia camera purtroppo era al piano terra direttamente SULLA strada, quindi i passanti era come averli in camera... Inoltre le tende non chiudevano bene quindi filtrava luce dentro. Per questo il sonno non è stato dei migliori...

• Nikolay (8/5): Good option if you do not stay long in the room and do not have many requests. - Great location, next to the Metro and tram stop. Nice area close to cafe and restaurants. Room of the good size. Wifi was OK - perhaps because we were lucky to be in room 2 close to the reception area. Check-in was made possible a bit earlier than check-in official time. Overall great option to explore the city. Communication with property was somewaht limited. I received all necessary communication on the check-in and check-out but any extra questions/requests did not work - either stayed without answer or not fulfilled. E.g. there was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee bag... I asked for them and got a response that they will try to bring it but nothing happened. This is not very important but something that can be improved. Bed was not very comfortable but OK for the short stay.
• Żbikowska (9/5): Ogólnie ok. - Cena w stosunku do jakości adekwatna. W pokoju czysto. Brak personelu na miejscu - meldunek zdalny. Doskwierało to, że było jedno łóżko i jedna kołdra. W podróży była babcia z 13 letnią wnuczką. Gdyby była dostępna druga kołdra to byłoby to bardziej komfortowe, bo 2 noce były z tego powodu źle przespane. Hotel na moje pytanie odpowiedział, że tak jest we Włoszech. To przecież nie jest regułą. W innych hotelach nie ma z tym problemu. Nie było też wsparcia w sprawie bagaży, które za dodatkową i to sporą opłatą musieliśmy zostawić na mieście, bo od momentu wymeldowania do odlotu mieliśmy wiele godzin. W pokoju był czajnik, ale nie było ani jednej saszetki z herbatą czy kawą. Poza tym w porządku.

• Giannousis (8/5): Overall for the value and the location the ammenities and facilities are more than great. - I was pleasantly surprised on the fact that the room and bathroom was very clean, self check in was super easy and the location very convenient. 20 min walk from Duomo. We did not have any interaction with the staff, every day there was cleaning service and fresh towels. As our room was located on side walk level, it was noisy. You can hear people walking/talking passing by as and other guest from their rooms.

• MARIA ANGEL (8/5): Muy bien ubicado, limpio, nuevo, sin recepción y tasas altas (no incluidas) - Muy bien ubicado (25 min andando al Duomo), muy limpio, nuevo. Tiene una neverita y hervidor (pero llevad té, café...). Las tasas son de 9,5 euros por persona y día y se pagan aparte, en una web de ellos. Tenedlo en cuenta porque suben bastante el precio final. No hay nadie en recepción y si no tienes problema, perfecto, pero en fin de semana o noches, puede ser un problema. Era enero y al llegar a las 3 de la tarde no estaba puesta la calefacción. La pusimos, nos fuimos por el frío y a las 10 de noche, seguía haciendo mucho frío. Tarda en coger temperatura y debería estar puesta la calefacción para poder entrar.

• R (7/5): - Hotel dobry na krótki pobyt. Blisko stacja metra, na piechotę też niewielka odległość, żeby dostać się do centrum miasta i jego najważniejszych punktów. W hotelu brak osób pracujących w recepcji. Wszystko odbywa się online i poprzez wymianę wiadomości.
• Jose Antonio (7/5): Me deja frío - Dispones de parada de metro y tranvía muy cerca, lo que hace más fácil llegar al centro. El sistema de recogida de llaves es muy cómodo. Las almohadas son bastante finas, el tema del aire acondicionado que no puedas regular la temperatura es un problema, sobre todo si vienes en invierno como nosotros, esto te lleva al siguiente punto solo dispones de una sábana un poco acolchada lo que hace que vayas a pasar bastante frío a nosotros nos ha hecho temperaturas de menos uno menos dos grados y por la noche hemos pasado bastante frío luego si va jueves ponen un mercado en la calle la puerta de la ventana de la habitación da hacia la calle lo que hace que escuches mucho ruido y la ventana no es que aísles mucho. El mercado lo ponen a las 06 am.
• Angela (8/5): Qualcosa da sistemare, ma la consiglio e ci ritornerei - La posizione è buona,, a 2 fermate di metro dal centro, poi ottimo come posizione perche trovi tutto nelle vicinanze, dalla farmacia, al supermercato e a i vari locali che vanno dalla colazione alla cena. Una buona pulizia soprattutto del bagno Nella La nostra camera il lavandino perdeva da sotto e non c'era areazione quando facevi la doccia, per il resto piccolezza che sistemate rendono molto meglio la camera ( una pittata al muro e i mattoni dell'ingresso della Camera traballanti), ma ripeto nel complesso la consiglio e ci ritornerei.
