I also felt safe and comfortable despite the interesting setup of strangers basically living together in a multi room apartment/hotel. The only thing that bothered me a little the lack of dusting on the air conditioner and other areas of the place inside.

- Christine (8/5): - Overall a good stay. Plenty of restaurants and train station within minutes walk from the hotel. Cleanliness however needs some improvement as there was mold spots in showers, dust build up on exhaust fans in showers, long hairs in my room when both myself and brother have very short hair. Other than that it was a great stay hence the 4 star.
- Janae (8/5): - Really enjoyed our stay here. It was quite clean and we found it worked well for us. It is a little out of the way from central Tokyo, but there’s a train station a few min walk away so it’s still quite convenient. Checking in and out was also seamless.

- Minty (8/5): - I stayed for a total of 11 nights. It was a great experience. My only complaint is due to the other guests being too loud. Although that is not the property’s fault. The showers had mold issues due to poor ventilation. Otherwise, everything else was great for the price that and location. I would stay here again.

- NATSUMI (8/5): - 東京旅行の際よくお世話になっています。部屋が広くてテレビや冷暖房、クローゼットもあり、バス・トイレ・キッチンが共用でも気にならない方にはとてもおすすめです。ただ一点気になるのは、Wi-Fiがあるのですが機械が共用ダイニングにあるため、部屋によっては繋がらず意味を成していないところです。もう少し電波の強いものに取り替える等して頂き、どこの部屋でも使えるようにしていただけると嬉しいです。若しくは、Wi-Fi使用の観点から予約時に部屋を選べるようにして頂けると幸いです。

- ??? (10/5): - 綺麗な室内で、また使いたいと思った。最初は少しわかりづらかったけど、値段以上の価値があり宿泊してよかった。シャワールームもトイレも隔てられている。隣の部屋との壁は少し薄いけど、そこまで気にならない。

- JUNICHI (6/5): 一泊でした。 - 風呂、シャワーなし、洗面所なしでした。部屋は綺麗でした。泊まるだけでしたら十分です。
- あかり (2/5): - スタッフがいないのでチェックインチェックアウトの仕方があっているのか分かりずらい。 トイレは尿の臭いが染み付いてとても臭い。消臭スプレーも設置してあるがタバコの臭いを消すものでとても臭いが強くトイレに入るのがとても苦痛であった。 シャワーに関してもカビだらけで入る気が失せるような状態であった。 部屋は清潔にみえたが、次の日の朝、鼻の中がホコリで真っ黒になっていたため、寝る際以外利用しない＆室内で飲食しない＆寝る際はマスクを着用するを徹底した。 正直返金して欲しいぐらい酷かったです。

- Ryoma (6/5): - ワンフロアに部屋が5つ程度あり、そこにお客さんがそれぞれ泊まる形になります。 当然部屋は個室ですが、トイレ、お風呂、キッチン、フロアは共有となるため必然的に知らない方と出会う形になります。 カメラがあるためある程度安全性はあるとは思いますが、人によっては怖く感じる方もおられるかもしれないです。 総合的には、近辺のホテルと比較して圧倒的な安さがあるので上記で説明した部分で納得が行く方であれば推奨できます。
- Verified traveler (6/5): シェアハウスの一室です - 部屋も、共同キッチンもとてもきれいでした。部屋もツインの部屋だったのですが思ったよりも広く良かったです。 ただ、他のかたも書いていますが、シャワー室の大量のカビ、湯アカがとても残念でした。清掃のかたカビキラーを週に数回使うだけでも違うと思います。是非改善を期待したいです。

- tajima (10/5): - ルームシェアみたいな形で良かったです。 完全セルフで、トイレ、シャワー室は共同です。寝巻きは無しですが、タオルと歯ブラシはありました。 コンロや冷蔵庫、ポット、電子レンジも共同で、お皿やコップも共同で使ったら洗うスタイルです。他の部屋の声は聞こえるっちゃ聞こえますが早めに寝たので全然気になりませんでした。 ただ1点、シャワー室のカビが気になりました。

- Hiroyasu (4/5): - バス・トイレ共用は安い宿泊費のため承知していたが、シャワールームの床やドアが汚い。排水口が詰まり気味でくるぶしまで湯が溜まる。２つある洗面台のうち１つの排水口も詰まり気味。部屋に入ると独特の臭いがする。机は付いているが、電源が取れない。壁のコンセントがベッドに隠れていて使いにくい。夜中に何回も救急車のサイレンが聞こえて落ち着かない。
- Yuina (4/5): - チェックインするためのメールが当日の昼過ぎに届く予定でしたが、届いておらず、電話して対応してもらいました。しかし宿泊予定だった部屋の鍵がなく、「他のお客様が間違えて入っているかもしれません。」というだけ。他の部屋に通されたけど、希望の部屋とは違うし、全て電話だけでの対応だったので、不手際が多すぎました。シャワーは共通で2つしかなく、最後の方になると排水が溜まってて全然流れませんでした。 チェックアウトした日の昼過ぎに、チェックインのメールが届き、部屋がなかったのは他のお客のせいにしていたけど、ホテル側の間違いだったのでは？と不信感しかありませんでした。

- Verified traveler (2/5): ホテルではありません - 場所は蒲田の飲み屋街の路地にあり、夜だと酔っ払いや客引きを避けながらの到着になります。 指定されたビルの一室に行き、当日の入室直前にメールで教えられる番号を入力してドアを開け、勝手に入って勝手に出ていくことになります。事前の案内では不明点や不備があるので教えられた携帯電話に電話するしかないのですが、いつも不機嫌な男性がぶっきらぼうに対応します。 他人同士が一室のマンションに泊まって、各寝室に分かれて寝るといった感じです。各部屋のドアに鍵は付いています。部屋の中はよく清掃されています。TVリモコンの電池が無かったり、WiFiパスワードが無かったりしましたがそれはたまたまでしょう。壁は薄く、咳をしても寝返りを打ってベッドがきしんでも隣の部屋に聞こえます。 洗面スペースの共用が一番ストレスです。洗面台、トイレ、シャワーのスペースですが、男女兼用ですので、他の滞在者と鉢合わせになるとこの上なく気まずくなります。特に女性一人での利用はリスクを十分に考えた方がよいと思います。施設側の人は誰も常駐していないことに注意してください。 とにかくお金をケチって寝るだけ、という人向けの施設でしょうか。私にとっては「羽田が近い」という以外利点はなく、結果的に空港ベンチの仮眠でよかった気がしています。宿泊施設として体験したことがないカテゴリーです。

- Myles (10/5): Great place for a cheap stay - The hotel room was clean, had a good amount of space and the amenities were nice. The only downside was one of the beds seemed to have a support bar that could be uncomfortable in certain positions. Considering the price I paid, this was more than expected.
- ?? (8/5): - レンジや湯沸かし器や食器もあるので、設備は必要なものが足りる感じです。シャワールームは鍵はついてるけどフロアが女性専用というわけではないので気になる人はいるかも。外の音は割と聞こえますがさほど気にはならなかったです。周りにコンビニや飲食店もあるので食事も特に困りませんでした。駅から割と近いですが一階が飲食店で看板もそこまで大きくないので、少し探しました。

- HIROFUMI (10/5): - 駅から近い。周辺にはコンビニな手頃なレストランがある。部屋は清潔。ダイニング、トイレ、シャワーも共有で清潔。値段や都市へのアクセスのよさを考えたら最高。 It's close to the station. There are affordable restaurants andconvenience stores in walking distance. The room is clean. The shared dining room, toilet, and shower rooms are also clean. Considering the price and good access to the city, it's the best.

- たかゆき (10/5): - 値段も非常に安価で、駅からも近い、清潔感もあったのでイベント遠征等の際にはまた利用したいと思います。 ただ、トイレやシャワーは共同なのと、入口すぐのトイレは座ろうとするとペーパーホルダーが脇腹に当たるくらいの狭さだったり、シャワールームはそれよりさらに狭かったりとそこだけが注意です。 いっそ、お風呂は銭湯とか探して入ってきた方がいいかもしれません。

- Mai (8/5): - Affordable and handy place to stay. If you are looking for a quick stay after arriving at Haneda airport, it’ll be a great option. Taxi costs around ¥3,700 from the airport. Easy check in and out. The bathroom and shower are not the cleanest and I personally didn’t like sticky door handles. However, some amenities are provided and it’s comfortable enough to stay.
