- 하늘 (1/5): 3박 사용 시 수건 4장 - 위치적으로 매우 괜찮음 3박을 하는데 수건이 3장임 전화하고 라인 연락보내고 위챗 연락보내고 부킹닷컴으로 연락보냈는데 연락 씹음 호텔처럼 하루하루 청소를 해주는게 아님 결국 수건은 편의점에서 따로 구매를 한 후에 사용을 했음. 연박을 하는 것은 매우 비추 하루 사용한다면 추천

They later gave us a different code (it was two days latter) but we’d had to source alternate accommodation. They had very bad service and didn’t not help.

Space was tiny, and I was expecting a hotel, not an apartment type residence. Rules posted on signs in room read only 1 person per bed, but I reserved a room for 3 people, and one of the beds was a small double bed, so we ignored the sign.

- Lim (9/5): if you are quiet and take care of the property like your own, you will be fine. don’t be an annoying neighbor to other - good size for a family of four. that is the max people for this property as there are only 4 beds. lots of rules and fines if make noise or break one of the rules. towel fixtures are really not usable since the metal bars are barely held in place by plastic screw extenders. the fixtures are not bolted to wooden studs.

- Irene (9/5): Good stopover stay in Shibuya - Though it’s an unmanned property, there’s a small room to store luggages before our check-in time and after our checkout so that was very helpful. We were lucky there was just enough space to store ours. Another group who came after us didn’t have room for theirs as there were already other luggages there before ours. The bathroom is very spacious with a toilet with warm seat & bidet, washing machine and shower room with bathtub. The room itself is ok with a double bed and single bed and 4 armchairs and centre table so there’s not much floor space to open more than one luggage at a time. The location itself is good as there are many places to eat nearby but it’s a bit of a walk from Shibuya station to get here especially with big luggage, and having to go through Shibuya crossing too. With the human traffic, it’ll take more than the 9 mins down in Google map directions. The cleaner will come promptly at checkout time to clean out the unit so you have to leave this property promptly.

Rymligt hyfsat fräscht rum med pentry och tvättmaskin. Lite slitet och rätt opersonligt. För mjuk säng. Väldigt smal dubbelsäng om man är tre. Saknas möjlighet till bagageförvaring före incheckning och efter utcheckning.

- Sarah (1/5): Do not stay here. They do not care about your safety. - On our second last night staying here, a man in a blue hooded Jumper tried to access our apartment more than 6 times. We left a day early due to safety concerns. I reached out to the property to let them know and told them to check CCTV footage and there was no acknowledgement. This was the only place in Japan that I would give a -1 star review if I could.
- Rafael (9/5): Very good and convinient - Location is excellent, 5-7 minutes walking from Shibuya crossing. Many restaurants around, 7 eleven, Lawson and family mart. Local is quiet . The apartment can accommodate at least 4 persons comfortably. Bathroom is very good with good space. The apartment have all kitchen facilities The beds are very soft ( I personally don’t like, however my family liked) If you want a good location to stay, And move around Tokyo easily I recommend this place. All filters are very dirt, in the toilet, air conditioning and stove Stractor fan. Internet is very bad, if you need internet for work proposal, you will have a problem. The internet speed is low and is limited. I’m not able to access. I have contacted the landlord, but take long time to reply me. I also had an issues to use the drawer inside the bathroom, however as i stay short period and only used the apartment for sleep I can manage….
- Michelle (10/5): Perfect location. Great for 4-5 adults or family. Would stay again. - Amazing location. Walk to everything in minutes yet still quiet at night for sleeping. Easily big enough to accommodate 4 adults. Great shower. Easy to get into with instructions messages same day. No baggage storage is the only difficulty if you arrive early. We were really early landing at 5.20am and had to book our bags into the baggage storage. Se used Big Echo an easy 7 min walk and cost 800Y per bag for the day.

- Janneke (8/5): Top locatie en ruim appartement - De locatie is heel goed. In een rustig straatje in de levendige wijk Shibuya. Het appartement is groot voor Tokyo. Het is schoon en alles werkt. De douche is heerlijk en er is een klein bad. Airco ook goed. De Wifi is al snel traag, maar okay. De ruimte is kaal en grijs, net als de gangen; zakelijk of industrieel. De geur in het keukenkastje is erg vies. In de slaapkamer ruik je het niet als het deurtje dicht blijft. Nergens haakjes voor je handdoeken om te drogen.
- Jose (10/5): - This was a convenient place to stay at during our 15-day visit to Japan with at 3 different locations. We stayed 2 days here. This one was walking distance from Shibuya and very close to the train station. I was traveling by train so I don't know how the parking situation was. I did have an issue checking-in because the code wasn't working and to contact the person took quite some time (like 10-15 minutes) so for a while we were outside wondering what to do if the directions were not working. However, they were able to get back to us and explained what code to use to get in. It was a pretty normal experience after that. The place is quiet and honestly I felt pretty safe walking outside to the local store at night. Nothing special, but a great choice if you'll be visiting Shibuya with friends or family.

- Michael (7/5): God placering men negativ vært og slidt interiør - God placering i Shibuya Selvom lejligheden var af nyere dato var interiøret slidt. Endvidere var den kommunikation der kom fra personalet negativt præget. Det omhandlede meget hvad man ikke måtte og hvordan at man ville være økonomisk ansvarlig hvis man enten larmede, ødelagde ting eller lignende. Det kom sig sikkert af at de har haft dårlige erfaringer med tidligere gæster, men den negative kommunikation kom til at præge ens oplevelse af stedet. Det er ærgerligt at det bliver sådan når de fleste mennesker opfører sig pænt.

Ample space for opening up our suitcases and lounging around. Owner gave us the room we asked for so I really appreciate that. AC worked well the mattresses were very soft and springy. The larger mattress was dipped in the middle so my wife slept on the smaller bed. could have had an iron. the tub was slow draining. not "soundproof", fairly noisy night and day. more toilet paper available would be good.
- KIM (1/5): - No Everything about this place was disappointing. The bed was old and uncomfortable, the bedding was damp and smelled musty. The self check-in system felt cold and unwelcoming. There were three of us, but not enough towels were provided. No drinking water was available. On top of all that, the price was outrageously high for such poor quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

- The-Tu (9/5): - The location is great, real close to all the shopping’s in Shibuya. The room is relatively small but that’s expected in Tokyo, and having a washing machine in the unit is a plus. Some kitchen towels would be great. We tried the vacuum but couldn’t get it to work. The little bar next door can be noisy till 11pm or so.

The communication with the staff was in a tone which was more aggressive than friendly, always pointing out fines for whatever house rules you may or may not break, especially the "do not make a noise " one. What he is not mentioning are the 2 bars from the ground floor that keep the "atmosphere late" in the night. But maibe I missed the point and we were not supposed to disturb the bar guests:-).

Easy access with lift convenient for family with elderly people and kids. - Lindner (9/5): Fantastic and Charming Stay Near Shibuya's Best Shopping District! - A quick 5 minute walk from some of the best shopping in Shibuya! The area felt safe and the building was easy to access. We were exceptionally pleased by the bar below us for their customer service and advice when touring the city! Unfortunately the Wifi was very limited and despite trying to reset the router we mainly had to rely on 5G data.

- William (3/5): Disappointed in the cleanliness. - Good location and good size. The place was unclean (they had only changed the bedsheets and taken trash out). We let them know once we had checked in, there was mess in the fridge, sticky substance on floor, food crumbs and other rubbish in carpet/sofa. Brown marks/stains on walls and in bathroom. They sent staff to clean again between 6:40pm-8:45pm very frustrating as after a long day we just wanted to relax in the accomodation. Even after they sent staff the place was still dirty especially fridge (all he did was vacuum/clean floor), very disappointing. Staff spoke to us but as it was 9pm and we were tired we sent him away.

- Thanh (10/5): Salon Hotel is the best in town - We had an excellent stay at Salon Hotel! The property was impeccably clean, which made it all the more comfortable and inviting. The amenities were fantastic and well-maintained, providing everything we needed during our visit. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. What really stood out, though, was the staff – they were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention goes to their willingness to store our luggage during a gap between our stays. This thoughtful gesture made a world of difference and showcased their commitment to exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Salon Hotel and will definitely stay here again! Our stay at Salon Hotel was overall enjoyable, with clean facilities, a great location, and friendly staff who went out of their way to store our luggage during a gap in our stay. These thoughtful touches made a positive impression. However, we did feel that some of the house rules were communicated in a way that felt overly strict, with a focus on potential extra charges. While we understand the importance of setting expectations, the tone could have been more welcoming. Despite this, the hotel offers a lot of positives, and with a bit more emphasis on guest comfort in their communication, it would make for an even better experience.
