• Philippe (7/5): Last day in Japan - We could store our luggage for the last day . 8 h35 we went down for breakfast and there was nothing left ! Had to ask at the reception if they renew , so we could have 2 mini pain au chocolat . That was it . Bery disappointed paying, breakfast for nothing.

• YUWEN (4/5): The hotel felt very focused on cost-saving measures. 看起來是很節省成本的飯店. - 1. 離地鐵站很近，附近有Lawson，是安靜的地方。 2. 吹風機是pansonic的。 3. 房間內沒有椅子，讓空間比較大，可以放得下兩個打開的行李箱。 1. The hotel is very close to the underground station, and there is a Lawson nearby. The area is also quiet and peaceful. 2. The brand of hair dryer is Panasonic. 3. There were no chairs in the room, which actually made the space feel larger and allowed enough room for two fully opened suitcases. 1. 第一次住到不提供瓶裝水的飯店，一瓶要賣50元日幣。可以理解要環保，但連飲水機的水都不允許裝自己的水壺，只能用現場的紙杯喝，對於不習慣直接喝Tap water的外國遊客來說，非常不方便。 2. Check out時間是早上10點，沒遇過那麼早的。 3. 這次住了四天三夜，依照飯店規定竟然是不能協助清潔房間的，中間只會替換毛巾，中間是不會幫忙清潔的。若很在意環境整潔的旅客，請多加考慮。 1. This was the first hotel I’ve stayed at that didn’t provide complimentary bottled water. A single bottle costs 50 yen. I understand the environmental considerations, but guests were also not allowed to refill their own bottles from the water dispenser and could only use the paper cups provided on site. For international travelers who are not used to drinking tap water directly, this was quite inconvenient. 2. The check-out time was 10:00 a.m., which felt unusually early compared to most hotels I’ve stayed at. 3. We stayed for four days and three nights, but according to the hotel policy, room cleaning service was not provided during the stay. They only replaced towels and did not clean the room at all. Travelers who care a lot about cleanliness and room upkeep may want to take this into consideration.

• Jorge (7/5): Buena opcion !!! - La ubicación, la gente muy servicial. Te dan un servicio justo a la medida. No esperes mas. A pesar de incluir el desayuno que es bueno. La limitación de espacio en general es el "talon de aquiles", para familias puede resultar muy ajustada la habitacion. Y el restaurant le vendria bien mas mesas, donde tomar dignamente los alimentos.

• Winter (7/5): Overall, we experienced some challenges, but the staff’s kindness made a positive difference. - I appreciated that the room had a bathtub, as it was perfect for relaxing. The location was also convenient — close to Tokyo Station and more affordable than many nearby options, which was very helpful. The staff were extremely kind and communicated with us very well. They worked smoothly as a team and were very patient even though we were not fluent in Japanese. I also liked the magnet system for requesting cleaning or room service, and we really enjoyed the complimentary drink they provided. お部屋にバスタブがあり、ゆっくりとリラックスできたことを大変ありがたく感じました。立地も便利で、東京駅に近いにもかかわらず料金が比較的手頃で、とても助かりました。スタッフの皆様はとても親切で、私たちとのコミュニケーションも丁寧に対応してくださいました。日本語が流暢でない私たちにも、チームとして協力しながら親切に接していただき、安心して過ごすことができました。 また、清掃やルームサービスを依頼する際にドアに貼るマグネットが用意されていた点も便利でした。さらに、サービスでいただいたドリンクもとても美味しく、嬉しい心遣いでした。 We had booked the compact room, but when we actually stayed in it, the room felt smaller than we expected, and the beds were closer together than we had imagined. There was also a small mark on the bathroom door handle, so I gently wiped it off myself. In addition, what I thought was a refrigerator turned out to be a freezer, so the food I placed inside ended up freezing. コンパクトルームを予約しておりましたが、実際に利用してみると、お部屋の広さやベッド同士の距離が想像よりも近い印象でした。また、バスルームのドアノブに少し汚れのようなものが付いていたため、軽く拭かせていただきました。さらに、冷蔵庫だと思って使用したところ、実際には冷凍庫であったようで、入れていた食べ物が凍ってしまいました。
• LYN (7/5): acceptable and close to the station. - Breakfast was ok but would have preferred to eat in an actual restaurant. Loading our choice onto a small cardboard tray and carting it back upstairs to a VERY small room isn't my idea of enjoying my morning meal. The food, however, was good and the choices varied. Once we found our way, the hotel was very close to the B2 exit from Hatchobori station. Breakfast setup.

• Ellen (3/5): Rude and unfriendly staff. - Location and cleanliness. The staff were unfriendly to the point of being rude. This hotel seems to prefer serving a younger business type guest. Because we did not include the breakfast in our stay, we were”prevented” from serving ourself a cup of coffee in the lobby! Instead we were handed a packet for our room.

• Justyna (10/5): - The staff were amazing and very helpful. My husband forgot his IC card, and a front desk employee chased us to the crosswalk outside to return it. The location was superb, right across from the metro station. Be prepared for small rooms, it's usual in Tokyo.
• 鈴木 (7/5): 安くて清潔、狭い。しかし親切 - お手頃価格で清潔でした。観光のため娘の荷物を預かっていただいたのですが、「チェックアウトの後、しかも22時まで」という迷惑めのお願いにも関わらず、 「日付またがなければ大丈夫です」 と、嫌な顔ひとつせず預かっていただけて、とても助かりました。 ツインを依頼していたのですが、確かにベッドはシングル2つなんですけれども、その2つはくっついていて、もしかしたら寝具の交換で、「ダブル」としても運用しているのかな、と想像するほどでした。 イメージとしては少し離れていて、小さなランプテーブルでも挟んでいるのかな、と、ステレオタイプなツインを想像していたため、少し希望とはズレていました。 絶賛思春期の娘との宿泊だったため、ダブルを避けたくてツインを予約したのですが、狙いとはやや違う宿泊になってしまった感は否めません。 ただ、これは部屋の広さや条件をよく読み込み、自分で気づくべきことだったのかもしれません。

• Cristian (8/5): Lo recomiendo si es para vistas cortas y a lo mas una pareja por el tema de los espacios. Si se considera que es para do - Muy buena conectividad con el metro y central para llegar a todas partes. Sector muy tranquilo y seguro. Mini markets muy cercanos para comprar alimentos. El personal,si bien no habla ingles en general, si lo entienden y con el traductor ellos pueden comunicarse. El personal es muy atento y la poeza impecable y cómoda para dormir. El baño impecable. Muy poco espacio para guardar ropa. Pieza pequeña (que es común en tokio en todo caso). El desayuno podría mejorar. No hay mucho espacio para poder sentarse y trabajar en el escritorio del cuarto.

The lights were difficult to work and we ended up needing to take the card out to lose power to the whole room to turn them off to sleep, which made charging our devices difficult.

• Vívian (10/5): Estadia tranquila e silenciosa, atendeu às expectativas. - O café da manhã era saboroso, tinha o essencial como pães, ovos, frutas e café. O black out do quarto era ótimo e era bastante silencioso. A proximidade com estações de metrô ajudou bastante. O quarto era pequeno, mas não chegou a ser um problema pois estávamos com pouca bagagem, conseguimos encaixá-las nos espaços direcionados para isso no quarto.
