Questa è sicuramente la sua qualità migliore. Tuttavia, l’esperienza complessiva è stata penalizzata da alcuni aspetti negativi. La colazione non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, con poca varietà e qualità migliorabile. • Raquel (5/5): - Bastante diferente das fotos. Ambiente mais sujo e degradado. Estavam em obras, pelo que poderá ter influenciado. Ficamos num quarto duplo bastante amplo. Ambiente no geral sujo e degradado.
• Attila (8/5): - The accommodation is located in Zamalek, which is known as the diplomatic district. As a result, the area felt very safe, with a strong police presence. We often walked around in the evenings, as many shops and restaurants are open until midnight or even later. Even with children, we never felt uncomfortable or approached in a pushy way, which is not the case in all parts of Cairo. For this reason, we would especially recommend Zamalek to those for whom safety is an important factor. The accommodation itself was somewhat simple by European standards, but the kindness and helpfulness of the staff more than made up for it. In Cairo, buildings can appear somewhat worn both inside and out from a European perspective, and this is noticeable even in Zamalek. It took us a day or two to get used to this. However, since the area proved to be safe and there are many good restaurants and shops nearby, we eventually became comfortable with it and even grew to really like the atmosphere.
• Vilde (6/5): Fint sted for prisen, men dårlig renholdt. - Beliggenheten er super. Hotellet befinner seg i et sjarmerende området. For prisen var det et fint opphold! Det var ikke rent bad. Brukt såpe og skittent toalett. Frokosten var veldig begrenset, endte opp med å spise et annet sted. Resepsjonen var OK, men ikke veldig imøtekommende.

• Vivek Mahajan (3/5): Please avoid, poor reception, breakfast, who will make you wait as they check the room at checkout! - Location is outstanding, couple of more senior reception staff were great. 1. We were getting late for our flight and they held us back as someone had to go and check our room! Which age are we in 1990s? In my last 15 years of hotel stays never a hotel has asked me to wait to check their room, what would I steal a towel? 2. When you check in at 11 pm and night and request one basic water bottle, they say you their restaurant is open and go buy from the street! 3. Breakfast is included but please don’t pay for it. Really poor and passable breakfast. No milk for tea. They have falafel which will run out if you come by 9 am for breakfast, incests running in cheese! Service is very very poor. Staff at breakfast one lady was excellent rest everyone will look for why have you come here! 4. Lift has no doors on both sides! I have never seen such unsafe lift in my life! 5. You ask room to make your bed, and fill two tea bags as the two tea bags in the room have run out. The won’t even refill it and we ask reception, go buy your own from street! Overall very poor experience, waste of money. Just location is great.

• Anna Maria (6/5): - Zona carina e vicino alla stazione della metro. Camera molto spaziosa. L'entrata dell'hotel era in ristrutturazione, per prendere l'ascensore e salire in camera bisognava passare in mezzo ai calcinacci e alla polvere. Non so se a causa dei lavori, ma nel bagno della camera l''acqua calda spesso non usciva e bisognava chiamare la reception che provvedeva in qualche modo. Nella sala della colazione non c'era nessuno ad occuparsi del servizio. Già alle 8 di mattina, molti piatti del piccolo buffet erano vuoti e non venivano sostituiti.
• Octave (7/5): L'hôtel offre un très bon rapport qualité/prix et il est très bien situé. - L'hôtel New Star Zamalek est très bien situé, dans un quartier à la fois vivant et calme, avec de bonnes adresses pour manger, et beaucoup de boutiques de décoration, d'antiquité, de vêtements vintage. Le personnel est très sympathique et très professionnel, les chambres sont bien équipées et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner offre peu de choix et il n'est pas très bon. Certaines parties de l'hôtel ou des chambres ne sont pas en très bon état, mais ça ne nous a pas trop dérangé.

• Yasuyuki (3/5): 寝るだけなら不足なし。ロケーションも悪くない。サービスは期待できない。 - ロケーションは良い。 セキュリティボックスが機能しないのでスタッフを呼んだら部屋に来て動作を確認してくれたが、明日修理すると部屋を出ていったきり翌日も直ってなく、結局セキュリティボックスは使用しなかった。 浴室のタオル掛けに手をかけたらボロっと脱落した。建物が古く、浴室は排水溝からドブのような悪臭が漂っており換気扇は絶えず回していた。 チェックアウトの際に領収書の印刷をお願いしたら紙がないとか言われて大分待たされた挙げ句に、ツアーガイドが表で待っているので、急いでいるからと数回催促したら他のスタッフを読んでやっと印刷してくれた。チャックアウトにゴタゴタあり。

• Pauline (1/5): À éviter ! - Le gérant a été très malhonnête. Suite à une erreur de manipulation sur Booking, il y avait deux réservations. Il a facturé les deux et refusent désormais de rembourser. L’hôtel était en travaux : accès compliqué, bagages plein de poussière et travaux effectués en pleine nuit (jusqu’à 1h du matin et à partir de 4h…)… aucun respect pour les clients Fuyez !
• Leman (7/5): Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar ilgiliydi oda temizdi tek beğenmediğimiz kahvaltıyı aşırı özensiz ve bayat olmasıydı - odamız genel olarak güzeldi ve temizdi sıcak klima çalışmıyordu ama hemen ilgilenip odamız değiştiler resepsiyondaki çalışanlar ilgiliydi Tesisde biz gittiğimizde inşaat yenilenme vardı bu sorun olmadı bizim için Kahvaltısı aşırı aşırı kötüydü. Her şey bayattı. Bir kaç günlük dipte kalan meyvesuyu vardı ertesi gün de öyle duruyordu. Sanki kahvaltıyı kahvaltı dahil demek için koymuşlar..Bu konuda bir iyileşme yaparlarsalar çok iyi olur.

Mancanza di sicurezza nell’accesso alla struttura e alle stanze, lavori in corso con calcinacci e fili scoperti ovunque che rendevano pericoloso il passaggio. • Leonardo (8/5): Ci é piaciuto molto, se cercate un alloggio comodo e sicuro é sicuramente il posto giusto - zona molto tranquilla e non caotica (un eccezione per il cairo), hotel pulito e fornito dei servizi di base. personale molto accogliente e disponibile l'hotel é in ristrutturazione quindi abbiamo avuto vari problemi con l'ascensore ma é del tutto comprensibile. la doccia era bollente o gelata e la pressione non era ottimale, non so se sia anche questo legato alla ristrutturazione

• Ralph (7/5): für Kurztrip ok - Das Hotelzimmer in der 7. Etage war insgesamt ok, sehr gross, der Ausblick gut, die Ausstattung des Zimmers auch ok. Das Bett war recht hart, aber für uns bequem. Die Lautstärke des Autoverkehr geht für Cairoer Verhältnisse, da nicht direkt an einer grossen Strasse. Es wird generell nachts munter Auto gefahren und gehupt, auch die Boote vom Nil sind zu hören, das ist normal und nicht negativ zu bewerten. Wir wurden für Trips im Hotel abgeholt, das hat gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück war unterdurchnittlich, verglichen mit europäischen Standard. Der Kaffee (Nescafe) ging zu trinken, viel gegessen haben wir nicht. Das Personal war eher desinteressiert, wir hatten aber auch kein Problem. Die Gardinen sind optisch nicht schön.

• laurent (8/5): - Cet hôtel est le champion du calme : au Caire c'est un luxe inoui de dormir dans un tel calme. Bonne literie et en plus la chambre était jolie. Bien sûr le quartier de Zamalek est le meilleur pour un séjour touristique, il est très agréable de s'y promener à toute heure.

• ANNA (5/5): It could have been better - Close to the center It wasn’t working the air condition in one of the 2 bedrooms, we informed but they didn’t fix it till we left. Third day of our stay we asked them to mop and then the room had a horrible smell. I guess If they had used clean water for mopping, it would have been fine. However the staff was kind in general.

• Rieyaan (1/5): It took 30 minutes for our room to get ready and when it was it looked like nothing was done.The trash can was still ful - The location was very pleasant it was where all the businesses was happening and I enjoyed that very much The rooms were dirty the shower was clogged and did not drain the beds were hard as a rock and there were only 2 pillows and the staff don’t care when you ask them for a favor they never changed towels and you have to pay to iron your clothes
