• Maral (10/5): Чисто, уютно, прямо в центре , почувствовали весь колорит Флоренции благодаря этим апартаментам - Расположение, сами апартаменты прям в центре города , в 2 минутах от дуомо . И милая птичка в гнезде за окном в нашей комнате особенно придала квартире уюта Не было штопора для вина)
• Xiaoyan (9/5): Very convenient - Central and convenient location. Taxi stop, restaurants, sandwich shop, carrefour express are all next door neighbors. Short walk to most travelers attractions. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The stairs to the apartment are burdensome, especially the last flight.
• CHRISTINE (8/5): - Emplacement appartement avec deux chambres spacieuses et salle de bain bien équipées pour. Chacune des chambres. Salon et salle à manger de taille plutôt petite mais pas dérangeant pour deux personnes Équipement cuisine insuffisant Cafetière à l italienne peu pratique et de petite taille pas d essuie mains ni torchon et vaisselle à notre avis insuffisante.

• SARA (8/5): Perfecta ubicación - La ubicación es excelente, reformado y muy cuidado. Es un poco complicado de encontrar, porque si pones la ubicación (61 Via Ricasoli) en Google Maps te manda a otro sitio de la calle, concretamente a un local. Esto es porque en Florencia los locales tienen una numeración y los edificios otra completamente independiente, entonces va a haber dos números 61 en la misma calle.
• Vaia (9/5): Great for families - modern and beautiful apartment. - Great location - really close to the city center. Great for families and to walk to the city center. Beautiful apartment with all the amenities. There was a smell in the bathroom - which I guess it has to do with the old sewage system that Florence has got.

• Anne-Gaelle (10/5): Une belle parenthèse culturelle et artistique - Appartement à proximité de tout. A deux pas du tramway qui va à l’aéroport de Florence. Et sur un périmètre de 10 min à pied de tout le centre historique de Florence. Escalier un peu raide.

Todo limpiecito y organizado. La ubicación espectacular al lado de muchos locales y cerca del duomo

• Bianca (7/5): Ótima hospedagem, boa localização. Ponto de atenção apenas a água quente limitada. - De maneira geral, a hospedagem é muito boa. A localização é excelente e as acomodações são ótimas, a cozinha bem equipada. Tem uma questão com a água quente do edifício. No primeiro dia, como não sabíamos disso, 3 (das 5) pessoas do nosso grupo, não conseguiram tomar banho quente. Existe uma quantidade limitada por dia de água quente e se acabar, a água fica gelada e só reaquece após algumas horas. Acredito que se for apenas um casal, esse problema possa não acontecer, mas em um grupo maior como o nosso (5), fica mais complicado :(

• Anna (7/5): - Era una casa accogliente, spaziosa, avevo tutto il necessario, c'erano asciugamani per tutti, sapone per le mani e per il corpo in doccia, c'era olio, sale, bottiglie d'acqua, the e caffè. Il far entrare l'idraulico senza che noi ci fossimo in casa, mi è stato avvisato sul momento che sarebbe arrivato. Sarebbe stato giusto che la casa fosse in ordine al nostro arrivo o almeno che ci fosse stato un avviso.

• Francesca (10/5): Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! Florenz ist eine traumhafte Stadt, ma - - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. - Sie bietet genug Platz, wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und haben uns wohl gefühlt. - Es hat uns nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung war top! - Aufgrund der Kanalisation in Florenz, kann es zu unangenehmen Gerüchen führen. In einem Bad war dies der Fall. Doch wir haben den Abfluss der Dusche, als wir sie nicht brauchten, mit einem Tuch überdeckt und dann war der Geruch weg.

• Emily (10/5): - The location was great! Short walk to most locations in Florence. The apartment was just as pictured and was very roomy! Location felt safe and was right by one of the popular sandwich shops and grocery stores!
• Marjorie (8/5): - - Location was perfect and quiet despite being pretty central from all the sights. - Hosts were responsive, helpful and check-in was smooth. - Pictures are accurate. - Beds were comfortable and water pressure from bathrooms were good. - Low hanging lights which is a bit uncomfortable for tall people. Nothing serious. - No elevators but this is clearly stated in the pictures. We were able to bring our stroller and suitcases up despite this.
• Larry (10/5): - It's truly an exceptional place. Plenty of room, very clean, quiet, updated apartment, no issues at all, and perfectly located. We wanted to stay an extra day or two just to enjoy the apartment! Our expectations were exceeded. Fantastic wall art also! Thank you! This is not a complaint, and it is explained in detail for anyone renting the place. There is no lift or elevator, and a short climb is required upstairs. If you have elderly or mobility challenged members with you, this could be an issue. We had no issues with the 2 flights of stairs, so it's worth it!
• Vanessa (10/5): - Very comfortable and newly renovated unit which made us feel like home. It’s located in a convenient area closed to the major attractions. In fact, the museum is just in front of it. There are a grocery store to the right and best sandwich shop to the left. This will be our choice again if we visit Florence in the future. Highly recommend this place

• Kate (8/5): Comfortable stay in the heart of Florence - Loved the location- literally right across the road from the Galleria Academia (statue of David). 2 minute walk to the Duomo. Comfortable apartment with 2bedrooms and 2bathrooms. Has a washing machine which was great!

Fica muito próximo dos pontos turísticos na rua da Catedral, em Frete da Academia de artes de Firenze onde está o David de Michelangelo, em baixo do apartamento tem uma loja do famoso sanduíche All Antico Vinaio, tem Carrefour completo inclusive com comidas prontas!! Poucos metros dos principais restaurantes!!! Máquina de lavar roupa um diferencial muito bom!! 2 pontos q precisa ficar claro na descrição e não estão !! Apartamento fica no 3º andar uma escada muito íngrime e pode ser um problema para quem tem dificuldade e tb para subir malas!! Outro ponto o apartamento fica numa rua onde não passa carro então se tiver muitas malas tb terá uma dificuldade ao descer do táxi terá q empurrar as malas por 1 quarteirão !!!
• Rob (9/5): Superb - Clean, well appointed, Perfect location. Communication was good with the host. Answered all questions and delivered extra bedding that was required for the sofa bed. All good.
• Heinrich (9/5): Family stay - Very nice and newly renovated apartment. It was perfect and very comfortable for our family with 2 teenage daughters, especially with the 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as the furnished kitchen with a sitting area. Laundry machine was also useful - even though there is no outside area we could dry the clothes indoors on the provided clothes dryer within a day. Central air conditioning worked really well and was a much needed escape from the heat. Location is convenient in central Florence. It's directly across the street from the Accademia museum and there is a supermarket just downstairs. Apartment was quiet during our stay. None, only very minor nits: there are no outside areas and little natural light anywhere except the kitchen. A coffee machine would have been nice, there is a moka pot and a kettle but only instant coffee is provided.

• James (9/5): It was a great stay. I’m satisfied with the cleanliness, the space, wifi, TV, and most specially how it’s centeally loca - I love how it’s centrally located. Walking distance to everything. Clean, spacious, welcoming but not excited about the stairs especially with luggages.

• Luana (9/5): Great stay in Florence - The apartment is in an excellent location in the heart of Florence. It has a good infrastructure; everything was clean and working properly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. As clearly advertised, the apartment is in an upper floor with no elevator access. However, the only inconvenience is the narrow, steep stairs. If you are carrying heavy luggage or have family members with mobility issues, perhaps it can be challenging. Other than that, all was great.

• Tatiana (10/5): Great stay- would recommend - Nice decor Spacious bedrooms Location just in front La Accademia Supermarket next door Walking distance to every main attraction and train station Silent at night for a peaceful sleep Geat and famous sandwhich place right next door (We knew this before booking and we were able to manage even with big suitcases, baby and stroller) Apt is the third floor and no elevator. One of those set of stair are pretty inclined. Just to keep in mind when booking.

The central air conditioning system was a relief at the end of the day as we were facing a very strong heat weave. The instructions for the check were very clean. Amazing shower, washing machine, dishwasher and kicken appliances.

• Anonymous (8/5): Nice apartment close to attractions - Location was great. Easy walk to any attraction in Florence and easy to get into the property. Hot water was never hot enough. My family of 5 stayed comfortably in the apartment but only one of us was able to get a hot shower each day.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we need. Located close to all the main amenities, with just a short walk to the main attractions and shops. The lack of natural light/no balcony or outside space, however it wasn’t something that would put me off from staying here again.
• Dominika (10/5): Great place to stay in Firenze! - Great apartment for 4 adults + 2 year old baby. Clean and vert comfortable place, each room has a private bathroom so this is good option for 2 pairs. Perfect localization - few steps and you see all great restaurants and places that Firenze is famous for. Kitchen fully equipmented - i was afraid of empty kitchen based on previous comments, but everything was there - even glasses for wine :) when it comes to stairs - it is old town so that is obvious that there wont be a lift. We managed to go up and down with baby stroller (even in the evening with child who already slept in it) several times per day so it is not so bad as comments say. I really recommend this place All good

It’s close to everything you want to see and beds were actually very comfortable. Nothing really. Stairs near the top are a bit uneven but we got by. Nothing the owners can change.

• Shi (5/5): Passable - MAMO Florence is located at the heart of Florence city which is perfect. It was not made known that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no lifts in the building. The flight of stairs leading up to the apartment was very steep. We were given the wrong address and directions upon arriving. Apartment was not cleaned up when we arrived at the apartment 10 mins early to the check-in time 3pm.
