• Hui Ru (9/5): 我們三人住的很開心。房子前的小公園有盪鞦韆跟溜滑梯。我們出門前讓小孫女玩了一會，非常開心呢🥰 - 房間雖然不大但五臟俱全，餐桌跟小廚房讓我們可以使用前一晚買回來的食物準備早餐跟宵夜。有微波爐熱牛奶跟飯糰，有鍋子煮水煮蛋煎培根。晚上還可以喝個小酒吃點點心，讓人在行程上放鬆許多，非常喜歡💕 沒有澡缸泡澡有點可惜，但是浴室面積很大，洗臉盆也很好用，浴室還有加熱器！

• Henri (10/5): Wonderful accommodation - perfect location - great layout - love it. - Amazing location - 5 minute walk or 1 train stop to Shinjuku hot spot of stores, restaurants etc.. don't need to take the train to main Shinjuku station (very big and busy). Modern and spacious - well laid out. Perfectly located for train travel - short taxi ride from Harajuku as well (about 1100 Yen) - would stay here again!! Nothing - it was fantastic

• Helen (8/5): Very nice and would stay here again, great location! - Location to metro and very secure. Very clean I wish there was somewhere you could store luggage prior or after checkout. This facility is not manned.

Complained and was told the cleaner would come out the next day, but to be honest I don’t think the toilet was cleaned and neither was the floor when they said they would, a very strong toilet freshener was stuck in the corner of the toilet to mask the smell. The kitchen fan was caked in dust, the door was off the hinge, the ceiling air con looked precarious. There was no drying rack to dry dishes. And there was a missing cabinet door!?

• Marie (10/5): Excellent hotel - Everything. Automated check in was easy. Room was spacious and very well appointed. Lighting was very well thought out and kitchen area was a bonus. Close to the metro station and an easy walk to Shinjuku centre. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants around. The hotel seems very safe.

• Bilal (10/5): Fantastic for families of four. - Cocoshuku was a terrifically located place for a family with younger children. It’s close enough to walk to the main sites in Shinjuku but in a quiet location right across from a small park. There was even a small cocktail bar next door that we were able to sit in while our children played at the park. The rooms were comfortably sized with nice beds. We loved the bunk beds for the kids. The location also had numerous thoughtful amenities: access to laundry, a vacuum, games to play, etc. We would definitely recommend this location to any family with kids 4+. The first floor room had no windows. This didn’t bother us and actually helped the kids sleep in which was great for mom and dad. However, if you’re a person that needs windows, you may want to book the second floor or higher rooms.

Overall clean and well set up as a small “apartment type” rental for families with cooking and laundry abilities. Bathroom/toilet area has a musty smell and flies problem, with a bathroom ceiling panel missing and obvious bug zapper visible to exposed piping.

Not too far of a walk to nearest the metro or train station either. There was nothing I didn't like, perhaps just the ability to Chrome cast to the TV would be nice.

• Petra (8/5): Handy small apartment in Shinjuku - The apartment was small but there was everything we needed as a family with two children. The bathroom was especially handy, since the shower was separated from the bathroom by a door so it was possible to take a shower while someone was doing makeup etc. There was also a separate toilet. Everything was perfectly clean. Location is central and moving around Tokyo was easy. Check-in was a bit complicated due to the many different codes. This is a matter of opinion and depends on what you are looking for. This part of Tokyo is popular for nightlife, so it was a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, and in the morning there were hungover young people on the streets returning home from the bars.

I couldn't tell if it was a plumbing issue smell or if maybe a previous guest dropped food on the carpet and the smell is still lingering. There was a stain on the carpet that looked old. Also, there wasn't any detergent available to purchase to do laundry.

• Mathilde (9/5): Proche de la ville, agréable pour quelques jours ! - Location superbe à 15min à pieds de Shinjuku station, grande chambre, de la place pour nos 7 valises (4 grandes, 3 cabines), très propre. Le Check-in est compliqué, surtout sous plus de 30 degrés après avoir baladé ses valises pendant 20minutes. Le code n’a pas marché et je n’ai pas reçu celui de la porte : heureusement, une tablette est présente pour appeler quelqu’un ! Les lits sont durs, les oreillers également (un petit par personne ☹️)

• Vanesa (10/5): Todo perfecto, volvería sin duda!!! - La localización es muy cómoda, cerca de Shinjuku, zona muy comercial, puedes ir andando en 10 min o caminar 3 minutos y hacer un par de paradas de metro. La zona es muy tranquila, frente a un parque y con multitud de supermercados y restaurantes pista desayunar o comer. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario, estuvimos 6 días, todo muy limpio, check in online sencillo y rápido. Puedes depositar la basura fuera por la mala y te la recogen, tienes lavadora y segado secadora por un precio más que razonable y en el piso 4 hay una habitación con con cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar en tu estancia como jabones, aspiradora, plancha, etc… Lo único que no me gustó fue que no tienen servicio de guarda de equipajes por si tu vuelo sale tarde, aunque en todas las estaciones hay multitud de taquillas que puedes alquilar.

• Tatsumi (10/5): Home away from home actually better than my home - I loved this place. I want to stay for a week and make it my home. There were some people who were hanging out late into the night at the park in front.

Laundry facility in the building right next to our unit was convenient. Bathroom is on the small side but still comfortable. The park across the building is a nothing burger since it is just a playground.

• Andrew (10/5): COCOCHUKU was a great little hotel in a nice quiet location. I stayed there with my family for 5 nights and we all enjoy - The property was clean and modern and in a nice neighbourhood. Self check in was ok but a little bit of extra effort.

• Michelle (7/5): A comfortable stay for a family of four - The property was as advertised and the bedding was clean, mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Small fridge was adequate for daily supplies. Towels were fluffy and the property was clean. Windows could be opened for fresh air. It was conveniently located in Shinjuko next to a small park and walking distance from a train station. A great place to stay just outside of the busiest areas, but quiet enough to escape the city noise. The surface of the wet areas (toilet) was a weaved fabric making it difficult to imagine it could be clean.
