Das Hotel und die Zimmer sehr sauber! Die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist in einer Wohngegend. Sehr sehr ruhig. Mit Koffern und Metrofahrt ist die An- und Abreise etwas mühselig aber machbar. Die Station liegt etwa 10 min entfernt.

Train line goes right to the airport which made commuting easy. I found the lighting to be quite inconsistent within the rooms though it was beautiful everywhere else in the hotel. It was a bit too dark in the rooms, and lights were ensconced in areas that weren't the large, common-use ones? Just a design thing.

Er waren drie soorten bagels, maar na vier dagen waren we er wel op uitgekeken.

- David (10/5): Magnifique séjour très confortable dans une ambiance un peu branchée, juste ce qu'il faut! - Je n'espérais pas trouver un hôtel si agréable, avec autant de caractère, pour ce prix à Tokyo. Par ailleurs ils ont quelques chambres pour 4 (mezzanine très bien faite) ce qui est rare à Tokyo. L'équipe est très agréable sans être obséquieuse, ils prêtent des parapluies, des kimonos simples d'intérieur, le wifi est nickel.. Le coffee shop des petits dej est très agréable. Il faut penser à réserver son petit dej la veille avant 22h pour le lendemain et choisir son heure et son type de bagel. Le plateau de petit dej nous a bien plu, si on veut un truc plus classique ils ont des très bons croissants et un expresso de qualité. Sans parler de l'espace commun au sous-sol, avec une grande table où on peut s'installer pour travailler ou manger un morceau acheté au 7/11 si on a raté la fermeture des bistrots, le tout en faisant une lessive (sechoirs) au même endroit, et dans ce décor de stockage de galerie, très réussi. Enfin, tout en étant 5' de l'autre côté des ponts par rapport à Asakusa, on reste très près de plusieurs lignes en moins de 10 minutes de marche. Et finalement, nous avons très vite ressenti le calme du quartier comme un gros avantage après les bains de foule sympathique mais épuisants. Rien! j'espère juste pouvoir y revenir sans que les prix aient doublé d'ici là.

- Sergio (9/5): - The concept of the hotel is amazing. This chain has several concept hotels, and they are worth a visit. Our room was big enough (in Japan you won't get huge rooms), and the bathroom is great: you separate rooms for the toiler + the bath. The location is great if you are exploring asakusa / ueno / sky tree, and it is super easy to get there from Narita. You don't need take the express, you can just take a regular train. It is not great if you want to explore Shinjuku or Shibuya, just take that into account. Metro is 10 minutes walking, but you have several other bus options nearby (for example, if you are visiting the Museum of Contemporary Art).

Location is a bit out but if you don’t mind the walk to the train station it’s absolutely fine and great value for money. The travel didn’t bother us at all and had a 7/11 on the way so ideal. Room was small for 4 people, not loads of space for our cases

- Maja (9/5): Pleasant stay - The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa that was nice to rest on rather than just beds. Very big shower with bathtub. The hotel has nice clean design and the art pieces scattered around the property add an interesting touch. It’s rather new so it feels fresh and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful and felt very approachable. There’s an option to rent bikes for a reasonable price, we loved cycling around Tokyo for one day, although the bikes could use a bit of maintenance (my seat kept sliding back down even after locking). There’s a cafe at reception level, but sadly if you haven’t bought an option with breakfast you cannot buy coffee in the morning until “official” opening time which is 10:30. There’s also a “at least one drink per person” policy if you want to eat in. Coffee is nice though. Location is about 10 mins walk from metro station, which we didn’t mind at all as it’s quite a nice walk across the river. Thanks to that the area is more quiet and allows for better rest, but there’s not that many restaurant choices in close proximity. Can’t open windows in the room, which I prefer rather than blasting AC. There’s washing machines in the basement, but it’s difficult to use them during busy evening periods. We managed to do it one day after coming back to the hotel earlier than normally.

- Valentina (10/5): AMAZING hotel for people who are coming to Tokyo not for the first time. - The location was great, 10 min walk to the Asakusa station! What's most important is the space of the rooms! For Tokyo, the room I had was extremely spacious which is something you really come to appreciate. Its in a very residential area so there is not much around! However, one or two blocks away you can find a seven eleven which is pretty convenient

- TAKIGAWA (9/5): おしゃれな浅草旅になります♪ - ずっと泊まりたかったホテルだったので嬉しかったです。どこもおしゃれで、楽しかったです。お部屋も狭いとは思いませんでした。トイレとバスが扉で仕切られていたところも快適でした。母と滞在しましたが、来れてよかったです。朝ごはんのベーグルがとても美味しかったです。

Il y a également une grande salle de bain et toilette séparées Les lits sont très confortables et il n'y a pas de bruit Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir acheter de quoi déjeuner dans un des nombreux Seven Eleven et le prendre à l'hôtel dans une salle réservée et équipée de micro-ondes, bouilloire, Grille pain . Le personnel est très sympathique, discret et poli. C'est un hôtel que je recommande pour un séjour à Tokyo

- Thomas (9/5): Beautiful, minimalist hotel in a quiet neighborhood - Beautiful, minimalist hotel in Sumida. The lobby is set up as a gallery space, and it's so cool to be able to exit your room and see interesting modern art from Japanese artists. Great laundry facility with three washers and three dryers that you can pay for with a smartphone app. The cafe in the lobby makes excellent coffee (didn't try the food). Would definitely stay here again. If you want to be in the middle of things, Sumida might not be the place for you. It's a quiet, older residential neighborhood. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Asakusa station. We actually liked Sumida the most of all the neighborhoods we saw in Tokyo as it's calmer and not touristy, so you feel more like you're able to experience what life is like for your average Tokyo resident.

- Karsten (10/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt in stylischer Einrichtung - Sehr schönes Zimmer. Wir hatten ein traditionelles Zimmer mit Tatami gewählt. Zudem hat uns der Aufenthaltsraum im Keller sehr gut gefallen. Hier kann man warten, während die Waschmaschine wäscht oder gemütlich einen Tee trinken oder auch etwas mitgebrachtes essen. Zum Erwärmen stehen auch eine Mikrowelle und ein kleiner Ofen bereit. -

Ich finde das Konzept, dass auch viele Locals zu Gast sind total toll. Auch die Lage etwas mehr in einem Wohngebiet fand ich super angenehm. Besonders positiv fand ich das Personal. Super freundlich und sehr am Wohlergehen der Gäste interessiert. Ich kam. Das Hotel nur empfehlen. Mir hat eigentlich alles gefallen, bis auf dass manchmal die Laundry sehr lange belegt war, weil Gäste teilweise Stunden ihre Wäsche nicht abgeholt haben.
- Gurj (10/5): A distinctive spot to stay in a solid location for a reasonable price 👍🏽 - Very warm and welcoming staff who were happy to help with our queries and assisted us across the length of our staff, great amenities, lovely atmosphere, a nice location that was fairly close to a variety of attractions, points of interest and transport links that was more than reasonably priced, a clean, cozy and spacious room. All in all, a wonderfully unique vibe with the inclusion of art pieces across the premises, would stay again
- Constantin-Adrian (9/5): - We liked everything about the hotel itself: spacious, quiet, well maintained and great staff. The rooms are large, comfy and very well laid out - I could work comfortably from there. There is a good cafe on the ground floor, a common area where you can work from and you can wash laundry directly at the hotel. Overall great value for money! The only downside for us: it's a bit far from shops and subway (12-14 minutes).
