We tend not to eat large breakfasts and did not include a breakfast plan. We had a full breakfast one day; we found it tasty but too much food and very expensive. The fourth floor hallways everywhere are very dark. Lighting needs to be improved.

Both times it was excellent, not too crowded. We had dinner once at the 4th floor and it was very good as well. Easy walking access to Omotesando, Nezu museum, etc. Subway station is right under the hotel. The rooftop was also fun! Really not much to complain about.

Every single thing in the room was carefully considered and there was not one thing missing (gowns, speaker, adapter, toiletries, PJs) the list goes on. The staff went over and above for even the smallest request, they were the height of professional. It felt luxurious. We really loved it We loved it all. The neighbourhood didn’t have as many eating options as we would have liked but it was well connected to wherever we needed to go

- Sylvie (10/5): We will come back! - Our three-day experience at this hotel was fantastic. First, the location is perfect, just a short walk from a metro station. Lots of convenient stores, bakeries, restaurants around. The property is incredibly clean and modern, and the staff was always welcoming and helpful. We were pleased with the generous size of our room, which was also very clean, and the great shower. Plus, the free minibar was a nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful, especially with that amazing French toast, and our dinner on the 4th floor restaurant was excellent. We highly recommend this place!

Staff was exceptional, room and design curation is mid century mod and it feels like a warm home. The fridge is stocked each night with great drinks and snacks. Still close proximity to the main city area but outside of the crazy crowds. We stayed in the Standard Garden Room with the breakfast and mini bar included. The staff were exceptional and friendly and took great care of us. Our room was very stylish functional and most importantly functional - we also enjoyed all of the amenities provided. The mini bar is amazing! The breakfast is AMAZING great buffet spread with a choice of a hot main, great coffee, topped off with amazing staff. Will definitely be back. NOTHING.

- ALBERTO (10/5): Espectacular - Sobre el desayuno tienen varias opciones, hay uno tipo bufet con vistas espectaculares, pero si no comes tanto como es mi caso, en el restaurante de la planta 4ª hay una opción con una carta pequeña pero muy rica. El único problema lo tuvimos para encontrar la recepción, entramos por unas escaleras mecánicas que no daban directamente al hotel, pero con paciencia lo encontramos. Unos metros más allá hay una puerta con entrada directa, pero no la vimos.

- rebecca (9/5): Wonderful, modern hotel in a great location. - The hotel was sleek and modern with a lively feel in the wonderful Belcomo restaurant. The food was so good there that we ate at The Belcomo two nights. The room was small but had a large shower and bath room that was very nice. The toilet, with its heated seat and warm water bidet was a treat but seems to be very common in Japan. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a nice variety of options. Highly recommend the French toast. I was upset I didn’t choose a room with a view! It would have been worth the money!

- Lucy (10/5): Perfect - The king room was outstanding, the bed comfy, temp control perfect, amenities are great and mini bar is a plus!
- TAL (10/5): - We stayed in a beautiful corner suite — spacious, stylish, and beautifully designed. The staff were outstanding and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended! The only minor drawbacks were the lack of a closet and limited storage space in the room. Also, the third bed did not have a reading light, which would have been helpful.

Astonishing customer service, amazing rooms (suites?!), phenomenal views and a great breakfast. This was comfort on another level. If I had to say something the restaurant in the lobby is a bit distracting.

- Marianna (10/5): I would definitely stay there again, this will become my home away from home - The staff was amazing, very helpful with all our needs. The location of the hotel is very easy, in a very nice area of town with a lot of shops and attractions. Subway is a few meters away. The room was very very nice with everything to make your stay a wonderful one. We enjoyed the bufet and Japanese breakfast, both were the best ones in our trip. I can´t think of something that could have been better.

- Lewis (10/5): Brilliant- I’d recommend highly and go back again in a flash - Everything. The view from the room was exceptional. The staff were lovely. The mini bar was complimentary and the roof was so well designed. Both the room and the hotel was a great place to spend time in. There was nothing we didn’t like. If I had to pick straws, id suggest some Velcro or similar to be used on side cushions on the sofa because they easily slide off when you lay / sit down on it… it had no negative effect on our stay
