- Ricardo Humberto (6/5): Falta de compromiso comercial. - En primer lugar las fotos que proponen en internet no tienen nada que ver con lo que te dan al momento del alojamiento. Además respecto de la tarifa nos cobraron más caro que lo pactado a través del Hoteles.com aduciendo que si hubiéramos contratado el alojamiento directamente con el Hotel iba a ser más económico. Por último si bien la tarifa era u$d 50 nos cobraron a una cotización de $180 por dólar cuando el valor del dólaroficial en el momento del pago cotizaba a $ 150!!

- Diego (2/5): - Hotel viejo, objetos rotos, oxidados, toallas con agujeros ! Muy RUIDOSO !!! Entre las 4 y 6h30 de la mañana rodeo de motos ! Ventanas que no cierran... Una vergüenza de hotel !

- maría gabriela (4/5): Decepcionante - Habitaciones aceptables, baños viejos y descuidados, pisos viejos, solo un ascensor para 2 personas, nadie cumple el protocolo anti Covid los empleados de recepción no usan barbijo, el desayuno es impresentable! Tienen wifi sin acceso a internet, no tienen estacionamiento, las toallas son viejas muy finas, todos los accesorios del baño oxidados, muy pocos enchufes en la habitación, dentro de las habitaciones falta lugar para apoyar la ropa, no me parece de 3 estrellas como estaba calificado ni las fotos se corresponden con la realidad, realmente me sentí estafada!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Buena opción en el centro de Mercedes - Buen hotel, aunque falta un poco de mantenimiento en algunas zonas del edificio. Al hacer el check in, nos atendió una señora mayor de trato correcto pero un poco frío. Las habitaciones estaban listas, resultaron cómodas y de buen espacio. Se puede estacionar en la calle, y hay una YPF y un supermercado Dia a pocos metros.

- Marcos Raúl (6/5): Faltas - No estaba preparada la a habitación a la hora que figuraba en la reserva Tuve que pedir muchas veces las toallas, que tenerian que estar antes de entrar en la habitación y ni siquiera me pidieron disculpas.
- Mirta (10/5): Una estadia de tres dias excelente. - la verdad q es la primera vez que lo visito al hotel. la atenciòn muy cordial la limpieza excelente con todos los cuidados a tener en cuenta por la pandemia. la verdad me senti junto a mi compañera muy pero muy comoda. gracias por su atenciòn. como ya decidimos vamos a volver.
