• Elena (8/5): Will definitely go back - Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Everything was provided, including that really nice face cleanser, which did a good job with my skin. I spent a week and everything was just perfect. However, today, at exactly 6:30 in the morning, some selfish, inconsiderate person turned the hair drier ON and used it for exactly 14 minutes !!! How is that possible? Everyone was fast asleep trying to get a bit more rest before a long journey. That continuous noise gave me a headache and stressed me out for a long time after that. Please, please remove those driers from the sleeping area. No one should go through that ever again.

• GONBATA (1/5): 快活クラブのが快適だと思います。単価も変わりませんし - 路上タバコがダメな地域なので、灰皿、喫煙スペースがあればいいと思ったのと この日はめっちゃ天気が良くて気温も高く ベットフロアは昼間窓だけを開けて灼熱でクーラーは入っておらず 1階だけはスタッフがいるのでクーラー入ってましたが 夜になってもそこそこ暑くクーラーはなし 1階もスタッフが帰った後は電源切ってました 外の方にいる方が涼しいので遅くまで戻らず これでも暑くて寝れないならここを出て快活クラブに行こうと 思ってました

• HARUNA (7/5): チェックイン前荷物預け入れ出来ない - よくあるカプセルホテルの1.5倍の広さがあって、荷物をたくさん置くことができた。 部屋も清潔で照明も良かった。 チェックイン前に荷物の預け入れが出来ない。booking.comの質疑応答には「出来る」とあるのに、実際に宿を取ってからメッセージで「出来ない」と送られるのはハシゴを外された気持ちになる。 男性の方の接客はハキハキしていて良かったが、女性の方の接客は必要最低限の対応という感じで、対応にバラつきあり。

• Devin (2/5): - Clean and quiet. Great location with easy access to everything via train. Easy to get in and out & no issues with accessing or using utilities. My reservation cancelled for some reason so I contacted them to confirm & then rebooked immediately. I was charged a cancellation fee so they were contacted to waive it since the cancellation was remedied. They've ghosted and now blocked me from sending messages to them. Really disappointed in the service, or lack of it, since my stay was overall good. Atleast would've liked to get a response instead of being completely ignored when requesting something I think is reasonable.

• PO HUNG (7/5): CP值高 對住宿沒有高規格要求，只是睡一覺這間很適合 - 整體算蠻乾淨的，備品也很足，基本上能滿足所有最基本的需需求，CP值蠻高的 大行李基本上還是只能找休息區才能開，不過膠囊飯店本來就是如此，遇到很吵的客人是沒辦法的（第二天遇到狂咳嗽、鬧鐘叫不醒卻把大家吵醒的）

• Renaldo C.J.R. (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix. - Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment super. Les femmes disposent d’un étage pour elle avec douche et toilettes. Pour les hommes il y a deux étages mais les douches et toilettes sont au rez-de-chaussée. Tous les équipements et serviettes sont fournies. L’espace dans la capsule est plus grand que ce que j’imaginais. Vraiment très bien, je recommande. Il existe également une cuisine et un salon partagé au deuxième étage. Peut-être le fait que les douches des hommes soient au rez-de-chaussée, juste dans le passage de l’accueil et de la porte d’entrée.

• AIRI (6/5): - ユニット内の照明の明るさを微調整できたり、立って着替えるスペースがあったりと、カプセルながらも過ごしやすい環境になっていました。 作業机があったのはかなりうれしいポイントでした。 シャワーや洗面台など、共用スペースが近いため物音などは常時聞こえます。お互い様ですので私は特に気になりませんでした。 価格に対して充分な設備と環境で、女性フロアという安心感も感じられました。 遠征や仕事など、ホテルで過ごさない予定の人にとっては不便の少ないお得なホテルだと思います。 強いて言えば、ゴミや髪が落ちていたりシャワーブース利用時に排水溝が溢れてきたりと、利用者数に対して掃除頻度が少ないのかも？とは感じました。 共用スペースということもあり、タイミングの問題かとは思います。

• Ritsu (6/5): 夜中に火災報知機の誤作動とかで1時間ほど起こされた形だが、消防車2台に消防士4人程が駆けつけて1階から5階までしっかりチェックしていかれたのて、ある意味しっかりした所だと思う。スタッフさんもお騒がせしてすみませんときちんと言われていた。 - 女性専用の部屋のセキュリティがしっかりしている。一室に10人程は泊まれる感じで、二段個室スペースのそれぞれのサイズはセミダブルサイズで広々していた。テレビは無いがスマホで事足りるので問題なかった。シャワールームはひとつだったが トイレは3つあった。 秋葉原の駅から近くはない。お天気良かったからてくてく歩いたが、雨だと大変
• Keisuke (3/5): 中途半端うんち - 安かった。最低限のリノベはされてる感じ 物騒な事が起こり、夜中起こされました。 おかげさまでクッソコンディション不良で朝を迎える事ができました。 あと、入退室の案内文雑すぎ&コインランドリーが使える時間が指定してある？＋荷物を預けるロッカーなど存在しません。全部埋まってます。いや、ロッカー増やせよ！ とにかく、自己防衛ができる兵とハングリー精神を養いたい方へおすすめです❤️

My floor had its own fridge, and available soap and lotions smelled really nice and did not irritate my sensitive skin. Mattress was a little bit hard or thin, I had to climb a 4 step ladder to get to my room / capsule. Facility did not provide face clothes only towels. The walls between rooms were very thin

• Najmi (8/5): Good place, definitely for backpackers or small luggage. Would love a place to hangout and socialize - i like how cozy it is, and how welcoming the staff are. I also like the feeling of community in the space, enabling me to talk and socialize with other travelers, even if its for a little while. I don't like that there is only two showers for Men, and it's located on the first floor, which is also the main entrance. I also don't like that we don't have a space for luggage, making the walking space tight and sometimes hard to navigate. But this can be mitigated if you're a backpack traveler, or just bring small luggage. I would also like to have a common room where I can sit and socialize with the residents, since doing it at the first floor is too crowded/tight, and doing it near the beds would anger anyone's sleeping in.

• Shawn (9/5): Unito CHIYODA - much recommend - The location was really nice and peaceful, but it was still close enough to a busy train station in Akihabara. A few restaurants nearby and if you don't mind the walk there was a shopping centre not too far away from it. Can easily walk from there to Ueno Park within a decent amount of time. I liked the lounge area and thought there was plenty of space for me to eat my food and talk with others in the hostel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want to use the LUUP e-bikes, then there are several parking spaces close by to help you get around. Slightly inconvenient for the men's bathroom/showers to be on the ground floor, but you get used to it.

• christelle (7/5): Bonne situation et calme - L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme à moins de 10 min à pied d'une station de métro et à 30 min de la gare de Tokyo. Il n'y pas de service de garde de bagages avant et après leurs horaires d'entrée ou de sortie. Dans la mini chambre, il y a 3 rangements possibles mais un seul pouvait s'ouvrir et pas de possibilité de le fermer à clé, pas de cadenas, rien. Donc il faut espérer qu'il n'y ait pas de voleurs. C'est de la moquette partout donc pas très propre.
