- Olivia (9/5): Estancia muy agradable y cómoda - La calidad-precio muy buena. Estancia agradable y cómoda. Un poco lejos del metro Ikebukuro pero zona muy tranquila y autóctona. No hay ascensor para subir con las maletas. Ya estábamos avisados, así que no ha habido sorpresas. Los vecinos un poco ruidosos, es algo que no se puede elegir.

- Heimgartner (7/5): Okay voor deze keer. - De locatie was redelijk, een kleine 10 minuten vanaf de metro. De communicatie met het personeel was snel en erg vriendelijk. Ik vond dat er best veel stof was. Waar het precies vandaan kwam was me niet duidelijk, maar ik had er iedere dag een verstopte neus van. Wat ik vooral lastig vond was dat ik de buggy steeds omhoog en naar beneden moest slepen. Op zich was het verder voor deze keer prima, maar ik denk niet dat ik het nog een keer zou boeken.

- Alessandra (9/5): Ottimo compromesso - La struttura è confortevole, c'è spazio per 4 persone + bagagli ed è dotata di frigo, microonde, lavatrice con asciugatrice. La casa era luminosa e vicina a diverse stazioni metro, nonché a 20 minuti a piedi da Ikebukuro. La gestione del check in è un poco scomoda per i codici e le chiavi, però la struttura invia una guida completa per gestione del check in e degli elettrodomestici. Unica pecca è stata la mancanza di uno specchio nel salone.

- Lee (10/5): - This quiet and efficient apartment in a residential area of Ikebukuro was clean, well appointed and convenient to many local restaurants and shops . The train station is a short walk away and there is a 7 11 family mart, York mart and my basket nearby for groceries. The apartment instructions were easy to understand and presented in multiple languages. There was plenty of towels and bed sheets and 3 futon style blankets. Plates Bowls and cooking utensils were available as we're pots and pans and knives in the kitchen. A bidet equipped bathroom. Deep tub and shower and washer dryer completed the amenities. Free wifi was cable based. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it .

- Pips (5/5): Average - The amenities were clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. All of the facilities were working well. Location is situated pretty near (walking distance is about 10 minutes) to convenient stores such as 7 Eleven and Family Mart. There were also umbrellas placed outside the veranda - hence making it useful for sunny and rainy seasons. There were no elevators (only a narrow staircase), so it was difficult to carry our big luggages up as we were situated on the highest level (the third floor). The sofa should not be counted as a bed as it was not a ‘sofa-bed’. It is more of a couch. Thus, the room supposedly suited for 3 may be too small and not very comfortable for guests of 3 wishing to stay together. It is hence not a value for money. We requested for washing detergent but only received it the next day after - hence, the room service should be more efficient and versatile with our needs and concerns. Further, the checkout time is way too early - 10:30am. We requested for permission to store our baggage within the unit but was denied. Hence, we were put into inconvenience as our flight was only late during midnight, so we had to lug our heavy baggages around with us for the rest of the day (there were no lockers available for us anymore at the train stations we went to). Moreover, during our week-long stay, there was no sight of any staff members, which made it difficult for us to make fast enquiries. It would have been better if customer service was placed within the unit so that keys can be handed over to the guests.

- Ghazi (4/5): An experience I do not recommend - Room space for the price The insulation inside the rooms is weak, so that you cannot sleep after 6 am due to the noise of the street. Also, any movement of a person or furniture in the upper floor will be annoying the Internet is weak the door a metal key and there is a fine of up to 20 thousand yen if it is lost no. Providing two ironing machines check-out is at 10:30 am and refusal if an extension is requested there is no place to store bags if you arrive early or leave

The cons were we had to log out heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator), it was a bit of a walk to the train station & services. The worst was there was no spare toilet paper so we had to purchase more. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

- Alexey (9/5): Superb - Absolute gem if you can secure a good deal on this apartment. Quite big one bedroom with sufficient space for luggage. Very clean and fresh, we felt comfortable with all needed amenities provided. Everyhing is exactly as on pictures. Located in a quite neighborhood, 20 mins walk from Ikebukuro or 7-10 mins from Itabashi station. If you arrive to Ikebukuro with luggage, I recommend take Uber which is just 1000 yet to get to the apartment. There is beautiful shrine just 50 meters near the property.
- Nicola (7/5): Quiet street and clean well equipped apartment - It was a compact apartment with everything you need in a really quiet area. And communication with the host was fine for an unmanned place. Six nights without rubbish collecting and fresh towels was long. I would have cleaned them but with no replacements we would have struggled for a day as there's no dryer. Mostly the annoying thing is it says Ikueburo on the listing when it's not... This means you have to have a change of train and another two stops which at the end of the day eugh two kids is exhausting on the back end of two other trains. Round the corner we also saw loads of hotels advertising cheaper rates and hourly rates too which made me wonder again about the area. The street we were in was very quiet and nice.
- Mitza Priscila (10/5): - Todo estuvo excelente, nos quedamos 3 personas y no nos sentimos apretados. Los departamentos en Japón de por si son pequeños pero este no tenia ningún problema. Contaba con estufa y todo los platos y utensilios para cocinar incluyendo tetera. La estacion esta a menos de 10 min caminando, por 160 yenes llegas a la estacion de Ikebukuro en 5 min para transbordar a la linea Yamanote :) Inclusive si no quieres pagar, la estacion de Ikebukuro está a 30 min a pie. La limpieza del lugar estuvo excelente, volveria a hospedarme ahi sin duda.
- Yoonki (5/5): once experience is more than enough for me. - spacious, domino pizza downstairs clearness and staff support what an aweful soundproofing between floors. i don't think this is the problem of this facility, a general problem of Japanese housing from mid to low price range housing. I could hear pretty much every word what guests from upstairs were speaking. and you guys need to find a reasonable price for this accommodation. It is overpriced. I stay Mitsui Garden Yokohama Minatomirai Premier deluxe king room slightly cheaper than this facility before staying here. the bed was too soft and my back hurt the same goes to strange sofa. finally, the stairway was soooooo narrow that I could almost fit in. I am not one of the bigger guys around.

- Vasiliki (9/5): Superb - Really liked the neighborhood as it was really calm. The staff was really helpful and patient with us having to register our passports. It's a 30 minutes walk from Ikebukuro.
- Leo (9/5): A convenient and comfortable stay near Ikebukuro - We liked the quiet neighbourhood, and the amenities included in the hotel. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. The temperature of the room was good and everything was clean. The self check-in was very convenient. We would have liked to have mugs for hot drinks. There was also a smell of sweat in the bedroom. It was also a bit closer to Itabashi than Ikebukuro, meaning we had to take another train to Itabashi to reach the hotel with our big luggage. If you packed lightly this shouldn't be a problem though.
- Krystin (10/5): Well worth a stay! - Lovely style. My friend and I loved the neutral colours and apartment size as it resembled what you'd expect in a Western flat. We did a photo shoot for my birthday and the lighting in the living room made a perfect scene, along with the couch and other furniture. The bath was also fantastic! Very clean and modern.
