• Kelly (9/5): - Staff were lovely. The buffet is in total disarray. they really need to put all food items/ cutlery / plates etc in a ‘logical’ order. Example, No plates near the toaster / pastry section. Milk for tea is not near the tea or the cereal. Cutlery only near the hot food. Very hard to manage, everyone getting in each others way going back and forth to find everything.

Gençlere yönelik dinamik yapısı sebebiyle 17 yaşında ikizlerimin de seveceği bir otel olduğu için konakladık. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Odaları çok dar valiz açmak zorlayıcı. Lobideki oyunların çoğu çalışmıyor buna üzüldüm. Çocuklar langırt masası ve diğer oyunları oynayamadı.

• Patrick (6/5): - Everything is clean and well presented, I stayed here with my teenage son who chose the location for it's quirky vibe, specifically the arcade games in the lobby caught his attention. It's also very affordable, and has a laundry for your convenience. The rooms are quite small and valuable hanging space is taken up by unnecessary items (at least for our stay) like a foldable table and chairs. Which really don't make a lot of sense regardless as there's barely enough floor space to use them comfortably.

• Ann (8/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable stay with lovely staff - The decor adds a lot to this hotel, quirky, fun, not what you are expecting. The rooms require a bit of thinking to store your stuff. And the disco ball in the lift - excellent.Additional free events that were advertised, such as the DJ. The meeting room facilities are available to book, and the air hockey table is free to use at any time. There are separate areas in the dining and reception that cater for all needs. The breakfast is comprehensive with both Japanese and European options (see Pastry note below). The location is quite nice, within walking distance of the Omeda Tower and the Osaka and Omeda train stations. Some nice local dining is close by. The breakfast coffee via the Nespresso machine was limited to two types: very strong and decaffeinated. Nespresso has a huge range. It is a pity that a medium option is not available as well. Any other options were an extra purchase. The other interesting option was being offered, and an "upgrade" to twin beds. For a couple, this is not ideal, and the double bedroom has more "space" than the twin rooms, especially when the bed is in the middle of the room. Laundry facilities are very much shared, and getting time to wash and dry is challenging. Unlike other hotels we stayed in, we could not see the progress of our wash via the TV. The breakfast pasties are dry and possibly "yesterdays". Heating them up doesn't change that state very much.

• Ksenia (9/5): Great stay, highly recommended! - The property was sensational. Close to everything, main bus lines and train station. Main shopping close by on foot. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful and were always happy to see you when you left and returned. The room was well sized and the bathroom was extremely clean and roomy. The self use laundry in the hotel is a great help and very cheap to use! The bar was always welcoming and the staff kindly let us keep our bags all day until our flight which was lovely and helpful! Nothing.

The rooms were a bit bigger than some of the others we stayed at (rooms are notoriously small in Japan) . Close to metro and convenience store literally opposite . Staff were really friendly and helpful . Breakfast was good with lots of options available.

• DAniel (10/5): Excelente Hotel - El personal es bastante amable, de hecho nos permitieron ingresar a nuestra habitación mucho antes de la hora del check in, nos ayudaron con diferentes indicaciones para transportarnos en Osaka y las atracciones que se encuentran cerca del hotel. la habitación super cómoda y amplia. el desayuno muy bueno y sobre todo las bebidas que preparan. de seguro regreso! el frigobar que se encuentra en la habitación es bastante pequeño.

• Дарья (8/5): Отличный вариант для остановки на 1-2 ночи - Очень красивый стильный номер. Есть все необходимое. Приветственные коктейли, очень приятно :) Очень тихо. Симпатичный вид из окна. Расположение отличное. Персонал прекрасный! Завтраки не сильно разнообразные, но что перекусить найти можно. Уборка не каждый день, но об этом предупреждают.

Também gostamos do drink de boas vindas, foram atenciosos conosco. O café da manhã é bem abaixo do padrão dos outros hotéis da categoria. Ovos mexidos artificiais, grande parte do cardápio composta de “alimentos” ultraprocessados.

• AKIRA (7/5): 異次元のホテル滞在 - ホテルの一つのあり方としての可能性が感じられました。チェーン店のホテルは安心感はあるが、寝る為の施設としか感じられなかった。 派手過ぎない、シックなセンス。 遊び心のある装飾。 一歩間違うと、ただ派手なホテルに成りかねないが絶妙のバランスで回避している。 高級ホテルは私のような庶民は緊張して楽しめないと思うが、このホテルは自然な感じでリラックスできる気がします。 一階にドリンクは販売しているものの、部屋の冷蔵庫は大きくして欲しい。 恐らくインバウンド向けかも知れないが、日本人にとってバスタブは欲しいところ。
• Roberta (9/5): Great stay in Osaka - Breakfast was very good, with many Western choices including donuts and good espresso. Room size is above average size for Japan. Staff was very professional and kindly accomodated an early check in when in many other hotels where we stayed they refused us. Very conveniente that they have a restaurant. Room was very hot, also when heating turned off.
