- Syan (9/5): - The location was really ideal, being by the train station. The staff were really friendly and chatty, which made me feel comfortable and welcome. Our room was also unexpectedly upgraded from what we booked, which was a great surprise to especially since I had booked to stay here for my boyfriend’s birthday. The room was big and looked so good, oh and the bathroom! I would recommend and stay again.

- Emily (9/5): A lovely stay in a well located hotel - Great location right by Stratford international station and 2 minutes walk from Westfield. Room was a great size - comfy bed- with a little sofa area in the corner where we could have breakfast. Such a quiet room as well which was perfect for a light sleeper. Massive bathroom which was well appointed with lovely products. We used the cafe downstairs for breakfast as we heard terrible reviews from our family on the actual restaurant breakfast- the coffee was lovely and pastries fresh. Roof top bar was great if a tad pricey but you would expect that given the height and views. We didnt eat at the restaurant but the cocktails were lovely and the staff very kind. Paid for parking at the hotel which saved us money - very grateful for that insight in the welcome email. As someone who travels a lot- the lifts were so badly signposted. Only the far right hand lift would take you to the roof top bar- despite all of them being signposted to do so and no advice on how to do it anywhere at all. Our elderly relatives got stuck a few times as they were slow moving to get in and out- luckily a kind guest saw them and helped as the staff didnt seem bothered. It was the one thing mentioned by all the people we saw in the foyer and lifts that the signage was useless. Our relatives paid for breakfast and said it was cold and inedible - so we didnt bother and just used the coffee shop. Wifi was a bit hit and miss.

- Grief (9/5): We are glad to say that we made the right choice. We’ll be back! - Very close to Stratford International Station. Very clean and comfortable with pleasant and helpful staff. Didn’t stay long enough. There was nothing we could complain about.

Generous-sized room. Very good, ample breakfast. You need the key card to go up in the lifts, which is fine. You also need it if you want to go down the stairs. I just wonder what would happen in an emergency?

We used the union bar and sat on the balcony - food and drink really good and reasonably priced and again really friendly people looking after us. - Dami (6/5): Good location but poor experience - The hotel location was very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and transportation. Good neighbourhood to walk around and parking very close to the hotel. When we checked in, we were told we were upgraded but the room given looked same if not worse then the King room we booked. The worse part was the toilet had been used and wasnt cleaned properly, there was a block in the toilet probably due to use of wipes and therefore the toilet was broken. The room should have been closed off for repair rather than given to guest. We finally got a staff to check and fix, and when he did the whole room stunk. This is probably one of the worse experience I have ever had in a hotel, and as a Hilton honors member this is the worst Hilton I have ever visited.

- Yousuf (9/5): Worth a visit - Very attentive staff, excellent customer service, incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows, bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and a very large bathtub for taller people. No smart TV options, couldn't cast a movie or use smart TV apps such as Netflix, sofa was not that comfortable.

Chaotic restaurant! The steak restaurant was closed for a private party. The other restaurant option only had half of the menu available. NO Salads, NO Sandwiches NO Pizza NO bottle water in the room Limited tea & Coffees in the room. Very disappointing for a Hilton

- Blades (8/5): Overall and excellent hotel - The character of the hotel, it was unique. Most of the staff were amazing and very helpful. Live music was amazing but sometimes a little loud! Dinner staff were not very accommodating and understanding of our need for gluten free mood. Breakfast staff by comparison were amazing.

- Leach (4/5): Sewage Smell and Inadequate Facilities - The union bar is drinks and location. The room smelt like sewage, which meant I did not sleep well. The television was not a smart TV and only had terrestrial channels, with no ability to connect to any apps or Bluetooth. I raised the issue with reception, but I was informed that there were no alternative rooms available for me to move to
