- Matt (10/5): Excellent location, great facilities, competitive pricing, and outstanding cleanliness. - Great location, with spacious rooms (especially for Japan), excellent facilities, friendly staff, and outstanding value for money. It was only ever a couple of train stops to the places we wanted to visit, and we still managed to do around 20,000 steps a day while traveling as a family of four with an 11-year-old and a 9-year-old. Our room setup worked perfectly, with a queen bed for us and bunk beds for the kids. Having a washing machine in the room was a huge bonus and made the stay even more convenient. The hotel was also only about 200m from a train station, making it very easy to get around. If we didn’t feel like navigating public transport, we could easily use Uber with our Aussie app. Many attractions, including Team Labs, were within walking distance, which made exploring the area simple and enjoyable. We had no negative experiences at all, which is exactly why I’m writing this review—so other families can share in the same great experience. We stayed in late February to early March, and as with most destinations, the time of season can affect pricing.

- GlobalRover (9/5): Great location. Plenty of space, warm, welcoming and fresh. - The location and facilities are excellent. The room is spacious and fresh in design. Fantastic set up with fold-away bunk that is also a couch. The room is equipped with clothes washer/dryer, microwave, rice cooker and a small hob. Everything you need to a stay in town with two adults and a couple of kids. In easy walking distance to Daimon Station and Tokyo Tower, it's just a stop from Roppongi and a short ride to Akihabara and Ginza. Cafes and restaurants are all around and a convenience store is 50m away. Getting to Haneda/Narita by train is easy too. It's hard to fault. Everything is new and fresh, door staff are great, location is ideal. The area is quiet at night and it's not a party area. But I wasn't there for that.

Size - large by Tokyo standards, lots of space for the kids to move around in. Staff - welcoming, friendly and very accomodating. Special kudos to Yu, who went above and beyond. Amenities - washing machine was a great extra, coffee machine and kitchenette although unused, were wonderful additions to have. Coffee/Tea - facilities were there, but had to purchase coffee & tea from front desk.

Washer dryer in the room is very handy if you are in a group, although you might need help with the Japanese controls. Well designed room with lift access, although entry corridor inside the room is a little cramped. Friendly staff, and the sell bottled water on reception for ¥50 which is the cheapest you'll find anywhere. Close to several konbinis and numerous restaurant options around Daimon Station, including several good breakfast places like Matsuya, Fuji Soba, Dennys, Precious Moments and other coffee shops. Beware that the hotel does NOT handle luggage forwarding, so you will have to use the 7-11 a few mins walk away. Price for the room was great value too. TIP: They have special "TOSO double window blinds" in the room. You'll need to watch a Youtube video to figure out how to operate!

There's quite a few convenience stores around the area too. The room was nice and more spacious than I thought it would be. The washing machine was nice to have in the room.

- Jamie (10/5): - We loved this hotel it’s not in the heart of the hustle and bustle but it was close to the train station and some dining. It was about a 15mins walk to the Tokyo Tower. The room we had had two beds and a bunk bed with a small dining table area perfect for our family of 4 enough space for our luggage and still walk around. Staff here was very friendly and spoke some English. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Best part, the in-room washer/dryer met our needs. The proximity to Haneda airport with just one train ride was a bonus. Lots of eateries and Tokyo Tower within minutes of walking. Multiple train lines within 5 minutes of walking made other parts of the city easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

- Silvano (9/5): would stay here again for a trip to Shimbashi - Very spacious and good location within walking distance to Tokyo Tower, Ginza, Tsukiji Outer Market and Shimbashi Station. It's exactly the location we looked for to discover this part of Tokyo. The apartment itself is spot clean, great for families with toddlers and comes equipped with everything you need including a washing machine. We would have loved if the bathroom had a decent drying / dehumificatino function as it's found in other japanese style bathrooms for drying clothes.

- Jonathan (10/5): A lucky find - I looked up a hotel in the neighborhood after our flight got cancelled. I wanted to find something big enough for the five of us. This was the first one to appear in the list. The room was very spacious and clean with modern amenities. We arrived after surrounding restaurants had closed, but there was a convenience store very nearby so we brought a feast back to our room and sat around the dining table to relax.
