- Guy (3/5): My Intowne Suites disappointing stay. - Location. I took 57 photos of things wrong in the room. I had been told by the office (on the day I checked in) that maintenance would be at the room to repair something, but they never showed up. A week+ after being there the manager showed & said he was putting us out. He said he had received complaints & claimed someone in our room had stolen from another room. He claimed to have video. I asked why no one from the office came to me to complain at first & he stated that he was on vacation & his staff does not do that if he's not there. I said if they had told me of the complaint I could have prevented it's repeat & that I did not need the complainer identified, just the complaint. He still would not tell me the complaint! As to his claim of video showing me the theft & who did it, he would not show me it. I advised him to therefore call the police so they could determine whether a theft happened & who to arrest. The manager refused. Under Florida law, if a motel kicks a renter out, the motel must refund money paid for days not used. It took 4-5 days & 2 phone calls to receive the refund.

- Angie (1/5): If you’re a single mom do not go to this hotel. - The hotel was infested with roaches not to mention infested with Mold and there was a lot of weird perverted man walking around couldn’t even enjoy my morning with my baby boy because random guys kept approaching me I felt unsafe the worst experience ever. The roaches, the mildew and all the perverted guys that were walking around the parking lot.
- Jose (7/5): Great location and convenience, but loud neighbors. - It was a 30-40 minutes walk to the Valet Security entrance for CityWalk and the parks. There were many evening with guest in the next room were very loud and obnoxious. The noise went on from midnight to 5:00 AM. On one night the police were actually called 2 times. I had a total of 4 nights of quiet.

When i found out my room was supposedly sprayed the week before my arrival, i figured i wouldnt see any pests. I felt like i was being stalked by cockroaches. The whole place felt dirty. Like, the shower doesn't leave you clean, just ... greasier. There was a large gap in the door and i ended up buying cans of RAID to keep the bugs away but the last straw was when i woke up with one on my bed, running away from me. Even after going through an entire large can of Raid. I even bought my own cleaning supplies but it was such a losing endeavor i booked another hotel entirely and abandoned this one. Never again. Long stay rentals in the orlando area are DISGUSTING. literally everything was terrible except the staff tried to be nice and the location was convenient. Pretty sure i got mold sickness from the room, along with the fear of cockroaches crawling in my mouth while i slept.

- John (2/5): - The property was as clean as you'd expect at this price point, so not very (dirty elevators and outside common areas/walkways/stairs). The hotel overbooked and did not have our room available, the room they offered as a replacement smelled like mildew mixed with body odor with a very loud air conditioner positioned in the wall very near the head of the bed. We were asked to check it out and see if it would do, we returned to the lobby and asked if there was anything else available. She indicated there were no other rooms but we could try again tomorrow. We said we were opting to cancel as they did not have the room we reserved. She said it was fine and, when I asked, assured we would not be charged. Two weeks later, Im reviewing my card statement, and sure enough they charged us for the first night of our stay.

- Chloe (2/5): - Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Infested & Unsafe We stayed here for one night before being forced to leave due to absolutely disgraceful conditions. Our first room was crawling with cockroaches. When we complained, we offered to be moved to another room, but when taking a look, it was just as bad. The hotel itself was filthy, reeked of drugs, and had very dodgy individuals hanging around the premises. We did not feel safe at all. The smell throughout the property was disgusting, and the general condition was completely unacceptable for any paying guest. We had to spend over £500 on alternative accommodation at short notice, which ruined our holiday and ate into our spending money. This place should not be listed on any booking site. It’s unsafe, unhygienic, and should be avoided entirely. Do NOT stay here !!

The manager was very arrogant and prepotent, rude and misleading.. 3rd.. no room cleaning (supposed is on the brochure that never was handled to us) No towels, only 2 towels per room ( thanks God im always carry and travel with our own towels! 4th dirty hallways, trashed and smelly. 5. The only reason why I keept my reservation is because was already paid, and I didn't want to lose our $954.00 payment.. 6.. please if you are looking for a good hotel, stay away from this property and his manager that is good for nothing but to show up his big body with a small brain.

The mildew smell is nauseating to the point that you can't sleep and there are a lot of roaches. There are people smoking weed in every corridor. The bathroom was the worst. Blood was smeared across the bathroom curtain and stains from human excrement running down the walls. If you have read this far and are still considering it because of the cost, RUN.

Photos are intentionally deceiving - these are not photos of the actual property. Property feels unsafe. Screaming can be heard from the rooms. Stains on the walls. Floor coming up.
- Pedro (1/5): The worst experience of my life, Terrible. - The location is excellent, close to Universal Studios, ONLY The room cleaning was terrible, in 15 days there was no cleaning, the room had cockroaches walking around at night, the toilet clogged and I requested a service, they gave me the sump pump to do it myself, they didn't change the bed linens, I had to wash them. In short, TERRIBLE.

Very poor experience and would love to find a corporate number as soon as possible to tell them to find new staff for this place.

My partner tried to pay (he arrived earlier) but they refused (his name was in the message in Booking.com) There was not pans and pots to use in the kitchen (I have to buy some) I arrived about 10 pm (which I informed by leaving a message when I booked) Nobody was waiting to give me the key, so I was left out the first nigh and I have to arranged another hotel at 10pm (which I was not happy with) despite this the staff was friendly the day after and sorted my payment due to the inconvenience (but this was not the point). I think it should be staff 24 hours in the reception to avoid problems and bad reviews. There were other people trying to reserve and book a room but the opening/closing times in the reception are crazy (they could do a lot more if they are interested to give a service and sell their rooms). Be aware of the opening and closing times as you may be left out like I was.
- Acevedo (1/5): It was a very stressfull experience. - The only thing I like about the property is that is the location I went on vacation to relax but it was a bad experience first What they showed you in the internet is nothing compared of what they give you. The room was dirty it looks like you came from the beach and leave all the sand in the floor the carpets was full of stains the lamp didn’t worked and they where full of dust the amount of dust it was like no one dusted since they where put. The stove didn’t work either, the room also have cockroaches ,the bed where so uncomfortable that you couldn’t sleep i wouldn’t recommend this property to no one

Looks like people actually live at this property. I would not stay there again. The pics are the ad look way better than the room given. it was the last room available so I had no choice.

- Vaishali (4/5): - The photos versus what I saw in the room was totally different. Online it’s says new update rooms. Definitely didn’t look that way. Customer service was horrible. Some employees acted as if you are in their house staying for free. Never even smiled. Lots of things to improve starting with friendlier stuff.
- Shelley (2/5): Not What You Think - I was here for a week and every time I wanted to use the swimming pool, there was intermittently a padlock on it. One time the staff said that Covid was the cause. Then I was told "there was an incident in the pool." Then the staff said that some safety device was missing from the pool area and would not be in place for at least another week, so I was unable to use the pool at all during 90° weather. But that was less disconcerting than the discovery I made upon settling into my room. While all of the advertising I saw for this hotel touts a "fully equipped kitchen," I discovered that the kitchen is, in fact, bare. There are no pots or pans, no plates, cups, glasses, silverware, a can opener. There is not even a coffee maker! And I can't remember the last time I stayed in ANY hotel that did not have a coffee maker! So... 3,000 miles from home, I discovered that I had no way to prepare meals and now had to go out and buy pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, with money I don't have for things I just had to throw in the garbage at the end of my stay because I couldn't take them on the airplane home with me. That was nuts! And having stayed in about a dozen extended stay hotels throughout the country in the last couple years, this is the FIRST TIME EVER that I've arrived to discover that a "fully equipped kitchen" had no equipment whatsoever! I was also told that there is no maid service at all and that I would have to provide my own toilet paper and soap.
- Marina (4/5): Baratas!! - Baratas nos quartos. A janela dava para o corredor, então a Cortinha tinha que ficar fechada... Precisamos por uma emergência ficar mais, mas o valor cobrado para os dias extras foi cerca de 50% a mais. Felizmente arranjamos uma hospedagem melhor a tempo. A equipe era simpática.
- Kelly (10/5): Great Stay Near Universal - Barbara at the front desk was very nice and helpful when checking-in and throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The air conditioning and fridge/freezer were amazing to have in the Florida heat during the summer. They also had a guest laundry room and a decent looking pool that was never very loud. Nearby, (5-10 minutes walking distance) there are fast food, restaurants, Walgreens, and liquor stores. Uber and Lyfts to Universal are about $7-$10 each way. I thought it was really nice for $50 a night. The only drawback is they only provide one roll of toilet paper, one little bar of hand soap, and one plastic cup. I would advise bringing or buying toiletries and utensils because they won’t give extra. But, I would definitely stay here again.
- Martin (4/5): In need of definate improvement. - The bed was horrible. The pillows smelled like sweat and bad breath although the pillow cases were clean. The hotel should wash the pillows if they don't want to replace them because the covid virus can definitely be transferred from people who have it to those that don't. The room smelled bad and sparked off allergies like crazy.
