• Dani-L (8/5): Clean, comfortable and a great location. Well equipped for families. - The room was well equipped and setup for our family. Easy to find and great location near train station and shops. We have stayed at Minn hotels before and have been very happy with facilities and service. Customer service - I needed assistance with booking a tour to Mt Fuji and when I contacted the virtual agent (no staff were around to discuss) I was disappointed that they weren't interested in helping me. They didn't offer for me to search other ways or make suggestions on who I could use. Staff were absent from the property most of our 3 day stay.

• David (5/5): Small, clean apartment, like a hotel. - The rooms are very clean but very small and cramped. It is located near the subway station and offers smooth check-in/out. Issues included an unpleasant odor, insufficient cleaning, and uncomfortable beds with insufficient pillows and not enough towels. As a couple, we paid $1262 for a five-night stay, finding it expensive.

• 洋彦 (6/5): Minn京都の素晴らしさを改めて感じる - 無人チェックイン機の前で一瞬メールを探していたら、カメラで捉えたか奥から女性スタッフが駆けつけてきて、何か手伝いますか？と⭕️ 部屋の通常の錠前が不良で施錠出来なかったので、引っ掛けフック的なロックのみで夜を過ごした。また、乾燥していたのでケトルにて加湿していたところ、煙感知器が作動して夜中にアルソックが駆けつけ、ドアを叩いてきて起こされた。

• Acacia (10/5): - For a family of 3 it felt just perfect, we were right next to a Lawson and a few stores from 7/11. Nishikasai station was right at the end of the block making it easy to hop on a train into the city. There's a laundry room with 3 washer & dryers, there's hardly ever anyone at the front desk, they use cloud check in services most of the time but you can occasionally see workers come through. You use a keypad to enter your room and the general area was very quiet and safe. The only thing I'm a bit picky with is the pillows, they're a bit on the harder side so I was waking up with a stiff neck most of the time but that's not a crazy deal breaker for me. For our first stay on our first trip to Japan it was excellent!

• Lennart (10/5): - Es war für 2 Personen recht groß und günstig. Es ist naher der Bahnstation und in einer guten Gegend. Es gibt keinen Roomservice, der Mülleimer war nach 4 Tagen sehr voll.

• junk (7/5): - 駅からもコンビニ、スーパーも近く、施設も素敵でした。チェックインもチェックアウトも無人で利用できスムーズでした。このタイプのホテルは初めてでしたが、キッチンと洗面台と水道が二つありレンジも使えて快適でした。 お風呂の浴槽に髪の毛がいくつもありそこだけが不満でした。清掃がちゃんとなされてるか不安になりました。
• Lim S.M (9/5): Beautiful location ; wonderful rooms. - Wonderful location. Stones throw from the Japan Metro. Especially with all the food available under the train station; and all the conbini located nearby. Extremely convenient location wise. There's at least 4-6 conbini's within a 5 mins walk if the Lawson next door isnt enough. BUt the metro station area itself is worth the walk for food. Room wise; its a mini apartment; great for us (family of 2xAdults + 2xKids). You have all you need for a basic kitchen cooking for instant noodles; etc. There's even enough room with a table for 4. Cramp; but suitable for travelers. the dryer in the laundry room *(at the time) was not hot enough. So expect long queue for the communal dryer. There is an coin laundry shop nearby ; BUT entire shop & instructions are in japanese so Google translate working is a must. Only plus is that the hotel laundy can use an app to pay via Google wallet; so you dont have to dig for coins.

• Tim (3/5): - It was only a short walk to the train station. Good shower. The beds were hard. We arrived 10 mins before check-in time but with their virtual check-in we weren't able. 10 mins later when we could check in the room was not made up, 4 people in the room, only 2 beds made.

• Christina (9/5): We loved our stay! We would go back - We loved that it was a private apartment with a small kitchen. We were near a shopping center, lots of food around, parks for our son and near the station by foot. It had 2 bed and one bunk bed. The apartment is bigger than most hotel in Japan. We had lots of space It wasn’t well soundproof, we could hear everything outside. It’s a bit far from the central city. It would take us an hour to get to shibuya, shinjuku, etc.

• Ryan (10/5): - The room I booked was incredibly spacious for the price and had everything a family would need. If you’re planning to stay here to be close to Tokyo Disneyland, I’d say it absolutely works and is a great value. I’d only add that the time it takes to get to Disneyland is a little longer than it may be at other places simply due to the nearest train station. I’m sure a bus, Uber, taxi, etc. could remedy that though. All in all, would absolutely recommend.

• Ricky (10/5): - This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a bit far from the major sightseeing attractions, so it may not be the most convenient choice if you rely on public transportation. However, we find the apartment-style room very suitable for our family of four and as we travel around by rental car, the location is not a major concern for us.

• Manaka (8/5): すごくよかった - 冷蔵庫が大きくて良かったです。 部屋も綺麗でした。 トイレとお風呂が別れてたのも良かったです！ 浴室も綺麗でした！ キッチンがあるのでお箸とかわざわざ買わなくてよかったので便利でした。 ソファの上のベッドが汚れてたみたいです、シーツとかかけたら問題なく使えました。 タオル交換無しでもいいんですけど、もう少し多めに用意して貰えるともっと便利だなと思いました！ エアコンのリモコンがたまに反応しなかったです、、
