- Antonetti (2/5): - era rotto lo scarico del bagno e nessuno ci ha aiutato dato che lo staff ci minaccia di essere denunciati, voglio specificare il tutto. siamo entrati i stanza e abbiamo comunicato immediatamente che lo scarico non funzionava ci è stato detto che il manutentore sarebbe arrivato solo il giorno dopo alle 8 nessuno ci ha detto come avremmo potuto cavarcela senza poter utilizzare il water quindi abbiamo provato a trovare noi una soluzione e siamo riusciti a scaricare il water (eravamo in 4 comprese 2 bambine, quindi senza scarico non avremmo potuto cavarcela) nessuno ci ha chiesto nulla, nessuno alle 8 ci ha mandato il manutentore, nessuno ci ha chiesto scusa vergogna!

J’ai fait le check-in avec un ami qui ne logeait pas dans cette villa, il voulait monter pour aller au toilette et il a été interdit d’accès malgré que je dise au réceptionniste que c’était uniquement pour utiliser les toilettes et qu’on repartait dans 5 minutes. J’ai effectué 2 nuits dans cette hôtel et je n’ai pas eu le droit au service ménage, un oubli? Je ne le saurais jamais. J’ai demandé à la réception s’il était possible d’avoir un petit déjeuner à l’emporter étant donné que les deux jours, j’avais des rendez-vous tôt (avant l’ouverture du petit déjeuner) la réponse a bien évidemment été négative.

The old guy in the front desk was so rude. I was just asking which one is better to take, taxi or an uber. He answered: “You haven’t checked in yet. Your check-in time is 2 o’clock and you are asking me about taxi. I still got a lot of things to do here.” 2. There’s no shampoo and conditioner. 3. No electric outlet for I-phone (120 voltage) neither a converter the front desk can lend us. 4. Breakfast starts late at 7:30am, should be 6:30am 5. The bathroom smells old sewerage. And the shower floor is slippery which is not safe during its use. No bars to hold for safety. 6. No one helped us bring our luggages out of the hotel.

- Vladislav (9/5): Rozhodně doporučuji. - Ubytování deset minut chůze od Vatikánu. Hotel je pár desítek metrů od autobusové zastávky a pár set metrů od metra. U metra je obchodní centrum s restauracemi. Snídaně dobré, na recepci příjemní lidé. Poměr cena/výkon je výborný. Hotel leží na velmi rušné silnici Via Aurelia. Kdo je zvyklý často větrat, bude mít v pokoji hlučno. Se zavřenými okny je to ale v pohodě.

- Michael (7/5): - Die Pforte ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Das Bad geräumig und modern. Duschkabine und Sanitäreinrichtung fielen besonders positiv auf. Die Lage an der Via Aurelia ist relativ laut. Leider sind die Flure und Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Trotz besetzter Pforte gibt es keine Bar nur ein Getränkeautomat.

- Trávvi (8/5): Ótimo custo benefício. - Funcionários muito prestativos e eficazes nas funções. Janna nos orientou muito bem sobre o deslocamento e pontos turísticos da cidade. Natalie foi muito eficaz, prestativa e atenciosa no serviço de café da manhã. Instalações e localização muito boas. O hotel está localizado em uma área de muito tráfego e, consequentemente, ruído nas dependências. Mas o hotel dispõe de janelas anti ruído, o que minimiza o problema.

Lo staff non è dei più gentili conosciuti. Inoltre le camere non sono ben insonorizzate per quanto riguarda il versante delle porte verso il corridoio (per rumori di chi si muove in corridoio e per le altre stanze).

Unlike any other hotel we stayed in in Rome and Sorrento, they didn’t provide basics like fresh olive oil, black pepper, much hot breakfast nor any vegan options other than warm soya milk. Everything else about the room, stay, facilities was perfect.

Mi március végén voltunk, hideg volt, de volt fűtés, nem fáztunk. A wifi jó, folyamatosan működik. A mi szobánk 2 személyes, franciaágyas volt, amiben van külön kis gardrób és fürdőszoba. A szobában van egy kis hűtő, vízforraló és van hajszárító is. A közelben vannak kisebb élelmiszer boltok is, mi ott vásároltunk reggelire valót. Az Aura bevásárlóközpont sincs messze, a domb túloldalán, ott lehet a nagyobb vásárlásokat megoldani. A belvárosba a 46 és 49 buszokkal lehet eljutni, ami a hotel bejáratától kb. 30 m-re áll meg. Talán egyetlen ami említhető, hogy a szobaajtó egyszerű beltéri ajtó és nem bejárati típusú (pl. hangszigetelt) így mindent hallani, ami a folyosón történik. Ez csak akkor zavaró, ha zajos a többi vendég.

- Dowling (4/5): - Cleaning of room and breakfast were excellent. Traffic noise in room and mattress on bed was dreadful. I may as well have slept on a plank of wood! Very uncomfortable. I was woken last night by guests arriving at 11pm. For next 2 hrs they spent the whole time going in and out of each other's rooms, slamming doors, arguing and moving furniture. Nightmare. At 12.45am I finally went down to Night Porter who dealt with it straight away and never heard a peep from them again. Well done to Night Porter!

- Astrea Silca (10/5): Segura, confortável , passamos dias tranquilos e muito divertidos, sem preocupações - Localizada em local seguro e tranquilo, excelente s acomodações, próxima ao metrô Vale Aurélia (cerca de 500 m), e com 2 linhas de ônibus (46 e 49) a menos de 50 m do hotel, que facilitam o acesso a todos os pontos turísticos de interesse. Ambiente limpo e bem cuidado, café da manhã excelente. Funcionários cordiais e atenciosos, se comunicam também em inglês. Excelente relação custo benefício. Voltaremos com certeza. Não tenho nada a reclamar
- Szymon (10/5): Niezapomniane chwile spędzone w Rzymie - Na portierni byl Pan który mówił po Polsku. Bardzo miły sympatyczny Pan. Serdecznie go pozdrawiamy :) otrzymaliśmy mąkę jak i gdzie dojechać cz to metrem czy autobusem - rewelacja. Pokuj miał być sprzątany co 2-3 dni a był codziennie. Super miejsce super personel POZDRAWIAMY SERDECZNIE ;) Śmiało można rezerwować :) Brak

- Zoran (10/5): - My wife and I stayed for four nights and we are impressed by the hospitality and the service. These people were so kind and helpful, giving us a warm welcome and sharing important informations on neighborhood on perfect English. Rooms are cleaned every day, and in general everything is clean and cozy. 10/10 We would highly recommend this hotel.

- Ana Maria (10/5): Excelente hotel. - La habitación estaba impecable, la cama , almohadas comodísimas. Todo nuevo, suelo, baño, ventanas con persianas motorizadas, ideal y en una zona tranquila, sin ruidos y bien comunicado. Su personal, excelente. Nos ha encantado.

- Patricia (8/5): Estuvimos encantados - La cama es muy cómoda, la habitación limpia y el personal muy amable. La estancia se hizo muy agradable. Está un poco alejado del centro aunque hay una parada de autobús muy cerca del hotel. La zona donde está ubicado por la noche es bastante oscura y con muy poca gente. Eso sí, es tranquila y queda cerca del Vaticano.

- Stanisław (9/5): Bardzo mi się podobało - Czysto, schludnie, wszystko co trzeba było + bardzo miły Pan z Polski na recepcji Śniadanie bardzo dobre, jesz ile chcesz, wszystko super, chociaż z dań na gorąco i słono mogłoby być trochę więcej opcji niż tylko jajecznica z boczkiem (np. mogłyby być jeszcze frankfurterki), ale poza tym wszystko super z dań na gorąco i słono tylko jajecznica z boczkiem, ale bardzo dobra
- Nahomi (8/5): 可もなく不可もない - ごじんまりしたホテルながら、フロントスタッフが大晦日〜元日も一晩中いて、安心だった。そしてバス停が近いので、バス利用には便利。 ベランダ付きの部屋を予約。想像以上に広いベランダだった。 ただ周りの建物からは丸見えのエリアも有り。 部屋の天井が高いので、実面積よりも部屋が広く感じた。 水、お湯の出が良い。 周りに飲食店が無い。 無料の水はなく、フロントで購入。スーパーマーケットと同じ程度1リットルで1.5ユーロ、約300円（泣）
