Va bene per famiglia con bimbi piccoli ma per due adulti ( ho due figlie di 23 e 21 anni) non và bene. Sono stati gentilissimi nel cercare di rimediare mettendo qualcosa sotto il materasso ma non è stato sufficiente. Se lo avessi saputo prima avrei prenotato due camere da due persone

( small disclaimer) during the time of my visit, they were / had construction going on in the front and side. But inside the hotel. BEAUTIFUL to say the least. i really would recommend it to anyone. Also, the wifi is really good here. I was on the 5th floor and had strong signal for wifi. Thats a BIG DEAL, especially I help run a small business back home. Aside from the construction site outside nothing really. Everything was clean. Very easy to get access to everything.

The towels were changed regularly and The concierge were excellent There was a lack of housekeeping, ie dusting and hoovering seemed to be lacking. Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es gab genügend Platz für die eigenen Sachen. Die Ausstattung mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher war prima und die Lage ist perfekt. Nur 3 min zur U-Bahn. Leider gab es keine Abwechslung beim Frühstück. Wenn man nur ein paar Tage dort verbringt, ist das vollkommen in Ordnung. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mir auch mal eine andere Sorte Käse oder Wurst wünschen.

Pas loin des Building à voir de la city et du quartier de Old Brewerie avec street art etc. La chambre était spacieuse, avec coin repas et mini cuisine, le lit grand et confortable et la salle de bain bien chaude. Il y a un restaurant italien au rdc (pratique le soir si on ne veut pas repartir en centre ville). L'hôtel est au dessus d'un métro donc même au 7eme étage on entendait un peu les rames, pas horrible mais tout de même. Sur le site les photos ne montrent que vue cote Tamise.

- Vineet (8/5): - The charging of in room service tray charges of £5. When the guest is staying in the hotel it’s an add on service they would love to enjoy. When the extra tray charges comes with every order it seems to add more and more to the bill.

Breakfast was lack luster for the price and service was not super helpful at the breakfast. Unclear from the booking whether your room would have a view.

- Elena (8/5): - Location is nice, steps away from the underground and bus stop to main attractions. Breakfast a bit pricey, though quite good. It’s not a 5*, don’t be confused. Solid 4. Room was tiny, literally barely fit 2 people with cabin luggage. No bath robes, sleepers, vanity kit in bathroom.. We asked for robes - but never received them. Reception was not friendly and cooperative at the check-in and stressed out my friend.

- Andrea (10/5): Nur mehr dieses Hotel für einen London Trip - Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesen Hotel. Zwar nicht günstig aber absolut TOP - nur zu empfehlen. U-Bahn zu Fuß ca. 1min. entfernt. Frühstück perfekt und super Auswahl. Zimmer sehr sauber. Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

- Mota (9/5): - O rececionista Guilherme foi bastante profissional no tratamento para connosco e preocupou-se em ajudar para que a nossa estadia coresse da melhor forma possível. É bastante educado e simpático. O problema inicial que tivemos foi resolvido no dia seguinte. O hotel está muito bem localizado, a limpeza é excelente e as instalações espaçosas e modernas. No check-in não encontraram a nossa reserva bem como o pagamento total da estadia que já havíamos feito online. Fizerem-nos deixar uma caução correspondente ao valor de uma noite até terem a confirmação do nosso pagamento. O quarto 204 que nos foi atribuído era extremamente barulhento por causa do metro e do comboio.

- Sarah (9/5): Amazing Stay in London - We loved the location of the property - as we could walk basically everywhere from there. Also with the DLR you travel easily from London City Airport to the Hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious and always clean.
- Linda (9/5): Overall it was satisfactory. - I liked the location since it was within walking distance to the Tower of London and the tube. It was my second stay (first was 4 years ago.) I also enjoyed having the large refrigerator and a microwave. I would have liked to have been given two room key cards rather than one.( In the elevator when going up, it would be nice if it was written somewhere that you need to use your room key before you can select which floor to get off. ) I appreciated the helpfulness of concierges (Gabriel on days but didn't catch name of gentlemen working evenings.) I liked the way the housekeepers get room cleaned in the first part of the day, versus coming in after 3 pm. I liked the way there is a small bar of soap to wash my face; don't like having to use body wash. I was on tour so my reservation was in two parts: days reserved by tour company and then two days reserved by myself thru Booking.com. I never thought to remind the front desk the night before that I would be staying on my own for two more nights. I am grateful the clerk was able to work me in. I think the price of breakfast (27 pounds) is outrageous, esp. since there is no menu to order special items such as a waffle. I don't like being in a "house of mirrors". I think it is a little dangerous because I accidentally almost walked into the walls more than once.

- Sophie (1/5): - Séjour très décevant pour un établissement qui se positionne comme haut de gamme. Nous avons été particulièrement surpris par la politique tarifaire appliquée. Malgré la présentation d’un tarif inférieur (environ 100 € / £ de moins pour une chambre équivalente), l’hôtel a maintenu un prix nettement plus élevé, en justifiant cela par une prétendue fluctuation des prix, sans explication claire ni transparente. Cette absence de cohérence et de lisibilité laisse un réel sentiment d’injustice, voire d’opacité dans la gestion des tarifs. Par ailleurs, nous avions formulé une demande spécifique de lits jumeaux, qui n’a tout simplement pas été respectée à notre arrivée, sans aucune anticipation ni solution proposée spontanément. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, ce type de négligence est difficilement acceptable. Au regard du niveau de prix pratiqué, nous attendions un service irréprochable et une attention réelle portée aux demandes des clients. Malheureusement, l’expérience ne reflète en rien les standards attendus d’un établissement cinq étoiles. Nous repartons avec un sentiment global de manque de considération et de professionnalisme

The service throughout was 5* It would have been good to have had more dishwasher tabs and some equipment for hand washing up in the kitchenette. Plus a plug for the kitchen sink. Small things really ....

- PTschung (8/5): Preis Leistung könnte besser sein - Freundliches Personal in modernem Hotel mit sehr guter Lage nur zwei Straßen von Themse und Tower Hill entfernt. Bequeme Betten, großes modernes Bad. Kleine, nette Bar. Ausreichendes Gym für die Urlaubszeit in London City. Das erste Zimmer war ziemlich klein und schon völlig abgewohnt. Außerdem schmutzig mit Haaren im Bett. Und mit Blick auf eine hörbare Baustelle. Leider hat es einer längeren und intensiven Diskussion gebraucht bis wir dann das sehr angenehme Zimmer bekommen haben.
