Guest Reviews
- Maha (10/5): Remarkable stay full of joy and near by activities - The location was perfect
Everything is walking distance
Emre was a very nice guy who helped us in everything we needed and his Turkish coffee was so good
Thank you Emre
We will be back to this hotel if we come back to Antalya 👍 The view from our room was beautiful 🤩
- Estela (8/5): -
- Nataliia (8/5): Good hotel for a short stay - It was a good hotel in the old center of Antalya. There are a lot of restaurants around
- NATALIA (8/5): - This is more like a house not really a hotel. Breakfast was great. Friendly hotel staff. Rooms are extremely small, shower has mildew even though I asked twice to clean it. It was still dirty. Towels are old. Overall the place is ok for the price. Safe, friendly people and within walkable distances
- Maryam (8/5): - The location was the absolute best when staying in Old Town Kaleici. It’s walking distance to the old bazar, the marina (about 10-15 mins). You are in the middle of their old town so be mindful it is loud throughout the night. We have a baby so the sound machine was helpful. I can’t even begin to say how much we adored the staff. Emre was amazing. He always offered to get us a taxi when needed. Gave suggestions on places to eat and shop. He was so sweet to our 2 year old son. They offered him snacks and even gave him milk for his nightly bottle free of charge. Whenever we needed anything he was available and provided it. The owner of the property was the sweetest too. She had a cute little puppy named Shot who fell in love with our sign. We even forgot the stroller on the way to the airport and she met us outside of old town so we didn’t miss our flight. All in all it’s a great property. The size of the rooms was the only downfall to this property, as we had a cot in our room. Next time I’ll make sure to book a bigger room. The small room is hard with 3 suitcases and a cot. We are used to our rooms being cleaned daily however if we ever needed extra towels or toilet paper all we had to do was ask.
- Christopher (10/5): - We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as great as possible. Excellent suggestions, guide and regular offers of tea and coffee were very much appreciated. The hotel is steps from the kaleici marina; hidirlik kulesi and everything else Antalya old town has to offer.
Note that while housekeeping is not offered during your stay, staff are always on hand to offer fresh towels, toilet paper and cold water.

- Jonathan (10/5): Really good value for money excellent staff and service - wonderful - Clean pleasant rooms with everything you need
great location
great value for money
Lovely staff all very friendly and kind
Good breakfast beautifully presented and served to you Nothing
❤️✨ L'isolation phonique
- Abeer (10/5): - Nice room, extremely friendly staff
- attioui (10/5): -
- Steve (10/5): Super comfortable, great location - Comfortable, spitlessly clean, well equipped room, lovely peaceful downstairs terrace where breakfast is served and super friendly staff. Although breakfast is extra, it's worth having - the best cheese omelette I had in Turkey in five weeks.
- Noemy (10/5): - Nice clean modern hotel walking distance to restaurants, shops, beaches, banks, etc. Great customer service.
- Shakhzodbek (8/5): Удобная локация - Чисто. Отличное расположение Очень шумно. Плохая шумоизоляция. Всю ночь слышны пение и гулянки
- Gabriela (10/5): - Very nice cozy hotel. Well run by its owners.
- Marcia (8/5): - Lovely room and clean bathroom. Host was very helpful. Great location in charming old town. Walk to restaurants and shops.
- Betina (7/5): - It was clean and the polite staff It was not a double bed it was two beds together what it was not comfortable for a couple
- Aziza (10/5): -

- Amun-Ra (10/5): - I couldn't be happier with my experience! This hotel is in the heart of the Kaleici area! Just use google maps and you’ll be fine. Great staff, location close to shops and dining. Terrific experience!!!!
- Marat (9/5): - The first thing I pay attention to is the personality of those who create the atmosphere of the cute boutique hotel. Guys – Emre with his wife, and Yusuf are incredibly kind and good people.
The hotel is not so pricey in comparison with others in the area of Kalaiçi, also in Antalya overall. The rooms are so tiny and cute. Nearby the sea, a historic city center from Byzantine times, mosques, loud music, and beer everywhere.
Please, give attention to the taxi system, in Türkiye they work with another specific system, so you will get used to it.
Enjoy!

- Neda (10/5): This was a great one-night stay for us. We had arrived in Antalya the same day and wanted to rest before heading to Kaş - The central location, the friendly staff, the proximity to lots of restaurants and shops. It’s right in old Antalya in a walking zone. The bed was very comfortable. If you arrive in your own car, contact the hotel ahead of your arrival so they can arrange a parking space.
- Gharam (10/5): - The location It’s clean and the people are friendly
- Abdul (10/5): - Our stay and experience at this hotel was exceptional.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town with an abundance of eateries, coffee shops, stores and supermarkets close by.
The hotel itself is very clean, and thoughtfully designed, our room was bright and tastefully decorated with powerful air - conditioning unit.
The members of the team.
A huge shout out to Emre, Sevda and Yusuf.
Emre was an absolute legend, he helped us with our numerous queries, and provided valuable insight on where to go, eat and visit.
The personal service we received from Emre we are truly very grateful for, our holiday experience would not have been the same if it wasn’t for him.
We feel like we have made new life long friends with all of them.
If you want an amazing experience, we definately recommend this hotel. We look forward to return to Kiana Kaleici in the future.

- Justin (8/5): Friendly, warm staff. Nice quiet location. - The staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s a good quiet location in Kaleiçi. Parking situation was less than ideal. (But that is probably true for 95% of the hotels in this area.
- Fiona (6/5): A bit disappointing. - The location is second to none. Right in the middle of old town, restaurants on your doorstep, beach clubs nearby. Just perfect. Unfortunately the photos on Booking.com do not match the reality, particularly the outside area which is what sold me originally. In reality there is no seating with cushions around the edge, all the chairs are different to the online photos, the flooring is different. I was a little disappointed as the hotel looks quite pretty in the online photos. In reality it's a little old. It did look like they were trying to fix the place up a bit though.
- Akiki (8/5): Very good -
- Aylin (10/5): - It’s in the town center, has a private courtyard. Safe neighborhood. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms. They have two parking spots upfront.
- Alexandra (8/5): - Really enjoyed our stay here, it was very reasonable and in such a good location. We walked everywhere and had no issue with noise. The staff were also very friendly. However, some basic amenities could be improved. For example, we were given tiny bottles of shampoo/shower gel and when we asked for more shower gel as we were there for 5 nights we were told there was no more. Asked a different staff member the next day and he searched and found one bottle for us so this was better but I think it’s such a simple basic thing that should be supplied to the rooms without having to ask. There was also a bit of construction happening around whilst we were there which meant the place didn’t look the most polished! But overall for the price and location we would stay here again.
- Howell (10/5): Lovely stay, would 100% stay agin if back in Antalya. - Very homey, with lovely staff and fantastic breakfast included. Also great location right in the centre of old town. AC could have been slightly better but this was not really an issue just a minor thing to mention.
- Ana (9/5): Superb - Simple hotel, but good value for money. Staff is very helpful, location is good and the breakfast delicious. A little bit noisy at night
- Kirsten (7/5): Good -
- Justin (9/5): Superb -
- Idongesit (8/5): - From the moment we arrived, the service at Kiana Kaleiçi was exceptional. Warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Emre as the host really understands hospitality, making me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every interaction from check-in was marked by genuine charm and efficiency.
The hotel’s styling is a standout feature. Old charm meets thoughtful comfort in both the public spaces and guest rooms. The aesthetic is modern yet inviting, with calming tones, plush textures, and well-placed lighting that makes the entire space feel curated yet relaxed. It’s the kind of place that immediately puts you at ease.
My room was beautifully presented and clean, with high-quality linens and tasteful decor that matched the hotel’s chic brand. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and had good air con.
That said, there are a few areas where facilities could be taken up a notch. The toiletries provided could have been a bit more luxurious especially soap, would have preferred gel not a bar to wash hands, also the paint needed some touch ups, also it’s quite close to the main bars and restaurants so could hear the live music a lot . The rest of the hotel’s high design standards were still enjoyable.
Overall, though, Kiana Kaleiçi strikes a wonderful balance of style, comfort, and standout service. With a bit of thought on small tweaks, it would easily rank among the best boutique stays in the area. I would return!
- Fayaz (10/5): Excellent - Very nice hotel, good customer service from staff, and very comfortable, I would stay here again.
- Darrell (8/5): - Great stay. The bathroom was a bit small, but clean. The door needs to be sealed a bit better, you can see outside from the gap and the door frame. Othe than those small issues, the hotel was great. Nice area, great staff. Will stay again.
- manoj (10/5): - Very good breakfast and good stay
- Francisca (10/5): Unmatched location and kind staff. - Amazing location, great staff. Would definitely stay here again.
- Joseph Roger (10/5): Beautiful Gem - The staff was wonderful. The breakfast delicious. The hotel so pretty and pleasant. Right in the heart of the old city. Definitely recommend it.
- Emily (9/5): Great location and quality on a budget - Cosy and beautifully decorated. Exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great too. The location is ideal being slightly quieter but still close to the main attractions and a 2 minute walk to the most breathtaking views.
- Andrea (10/5): - I highly recommend the hotel. The proximity of the hotel was excellent, as it was out first time to Antalya we weren't sure where to go. It was great to be in the old town. The room was lovely, clean and airy.
- Gemma (4/5): - Room was so tiny, bathroom even smaller. From the bathroom, you can hear the words of the neighbor clearly. No storage to put anything. AC was weird, either too cold or turn down and it's super hot. Loud at night from music blasting at nearby restaurants. Almost got locked in/out facility and the attendant needs to unlock the gate. Location was a little out of the way but not too bad as views of the ocean was nearby. At least there was small fridge in room. Bathroom was clean. It's an affordable place if you're just going to sleep in it while you're out exploring for most of the days.
- Shaun (5/5): Ok - Nothing Pretty poor but good value
- Amir (10/5): - Great place to stay.
- Frederic Kent (10/5): - Great location to the marina and to walking into town. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was outstanding.
- Ahmet ridvan (10/5): - Everything
- DeAnna (10/5): - Wonderful stay. Kind hosts.
- Shyamal (10/5): Excellent for a couple, nice location. - Friendly and helpfulness of the staff.
Cleanliness.
Room amenities.
Location was fantastic. Room was a bit smaller think it’s due to the location.
- Rashed (10/5): My go to place when I need a bit of R&R! - This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this property and like the first time, I was pleased that they have maintained their excellent standards.
- Rashed (10/5): 2nd Home in Antalya - Thanks to the staff, Emre & Berk for making my stay more comfortable! Emre for checking on the hurt cat (you're a hero!). You're also a life-saver with the Americanos I keep asking for! ;)
And Berk for the wonderful late night conversations! I left feeling I've made good friends :)
I will repeat myself from my previous reviews about this hotel: it's quiet, comfy and a great place to stay if you're looking for a bit of r&r after a late night out or a long trip. Don't expect spacious rooms, expect comfort though!
I had a hard time peeling myself off of the super comfy bed. Shower pressure was perfect (hand shower is a bit leaky but still good!)
Being deaf, I wouldn't know about the noise during the day/night. As soon as I walk in I switch off my bionic ears and relax in absolute silence.
Due to the hotel being in a historical building, I don't expect you'd find much soundproofing but it is insulated quite well from the elements. The split units heat up the room to a toasty temperature in less than 5 minutes and during the summers can turn it to an ice box.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a quiet place. Kiana is it. If you want to enjoy a convo, you've got these guys (Emre & Berk) to enjoy a cup of coffee with (or tea if that's your speed).
Don't want to talk? Then enjoy the company of the random cat that'll join you for breakfast ;)
Thank you for making my stay comfy and being solicitous about my well-being. That last room I stayed in has a broken towel hangar which needs replacement. Other than that, the rooms are perfect and I have no complaints at all.
- Amber (10/5): - Title: Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended!
I can’t say enough great things about our stay! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night.
The hotel’s location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore but still quiet and relaxing. We especially loved the attention to detail in the decor.
The breakfast was a standout—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options for all dietary preferences.
We truly felt cared for, and it’s clear the staff take pride in delivering a top-notch experience. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to everyone we know!
- Harsha (10/5): - Except for a very tiny shower area inside bathroom, it was a great stay! Loved the lively location. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they arranged our pickup and dropped from the airport. Would recommend
- Sandra (9/5): Superb -
- Alexander (9/5): Superb - Small but very clean
- Penelope (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zhanna (10/5): Stylish place in the best location of Kaleici - Very nice and helpful staff, we felt very welcomed, modern design, fresh rooms without old smell like in most Kaleici hotels.
- Elif (9/5): Cozy room in the heart of the old city - The personnel was great, they were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Location is amazing, you are in the heart of the old center with lots of things to see and do. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small. The staff gave us some extra drinks throughout our stay and provided the basic things we needed swiftly. Definitely worth the price and strongly recommended. The breakfast was ok - it was filling but it is the same food every day and it got a bit boring. The bathroom was very small and it was hard to move inside. The shower was also uncomfortably small.
- Monshur (5/5): Nice place & good location - I liked the staff they were friendly & helpful. I liked there was private parking & the hotel was very clean & pretty. The air conditioning was good & location was really convenient. The room was a nice size & very clean WiFi was good I didn’t like the fact two single beds were used to make a double bed. It was quite uncomfortable if you lay down in the middle. I didn’t have a working shower for the duration of my stay as there was a water issue within the locale. This caused a big issue for me as it was hot during my stay & I went swimming & did other activities. There was no solution either & the property couldn’t offer me any compensation.
- Richard (10/5): - Very comfortable and friendly hotel in the middle of the old town.
- Harshal (10/5): - The water pressure for shower is something that can be improved.
Everything else was perfect.
We enjoyed our stay!
- Matthew (8/5): Very good - Good location. Very central to public transport and restaurants. Staff were always around and very helpful. The bathrooms were a little tiny for our taste but otherwise all was perfect.
- Nikita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erica (8/5): Very pretty hotel in a good location - The rooms were pretty and very clean upon check in. The hotel is in the perfect location in old city. Everything is just a walk away. We weren’t told upon checking in that to have your room cleaned daily, you have to put the sign outside of the door so on one of the days our rooms were not cleaned. We also struggled a bit with the water pressure on the first night. For a double room it’s also quite a tight squeeze for 2 people.
- Harshad (10/5): - Pleasant stay in old town, easy to walk around. The staff is very helpful.
- Chee (6/5): Pleasant - It is located very near to the tourist hot spots and the harbour. It is very near to the Tipsy Bar which meant that you can hear loud noises at night when you are trying to sleep. The road / path leading to the hotel is also not car friendly. This means that you have to walk all the way from the main road to the hotel. This is inconvenient if you have big and more than 1 baggage.
- Jennifer (10/5): - It was a bit noisy with the bar/club thumping but i guess it comes with the area. Hotel has a very nice lobby and service is good
- Lotte (7/5): Beautiful place but tiny shower - Location and style Very small shower and bathroom
- James (8/5): - Charming but small room, hard bed but great linens, great AC but terrible water pressure. Perfect location with parking.
- Madhumati (10/5): Perfect location for the best stay in KALEİÇİ - Great location and super friendly and helpful staff
- Brian (10/5): - Hotel is not easily accessible by taxi. Need to walk ~7 minutes to taxi stand. Location is very walkable. Close to restaurants, rooftop bars, and viewpoints of the water.
- Ludovica (10/5): Charming hotel in the old town - Clean property, staff friendly, located in the old town and minutes walk from the Bazaar.
- Winston (6/5): Not great stay 😕 - Room was airy staff tried to help and we're very cheerful exelent view from window Air con not good tv was not great not able to connect bed was uncomfortable and shower was hit and miss
- jorgeaN7074EL (10/5): Good place to stay and lovely people to care for you - Kiana Kaleci is a quaint hotel in a beautiful precint, very close to Mermerli beach. By definition the area is a bit noisy as it is very close to bars and restaurants, but it was no bother to us.
The rooms are quite compact so if you want to spread your clothes all over you may need to rethink that.
The reception team was super cordial, their english was better than my turkish! the price for the bag of laundry was reasonable and the one day I had breakfast it was an amazing typical Turkish spread which I did not manage to finish
We got our days mixed up and though that we were leaving the next day so on our real last day we went out for a full day of tourism! We got a call from reception asking where we were.
We rushed back to the hotel all flustered and knowing that we had only a few minutes to pack (we had a connecting bus to go to the next city) We checked out 3 hours later than what we should have.
what happened? nothing! They did not make a fuzz at all, they were very supportive and friendly, and we were very thankful that they had waited for us to clear the room for the next guests, etc etc. Their friendliness and patience reassured us heaps.
- Eduardo (6/5): - Hotel was good, but unfortunately one nights didn’t got power in a small sector around the hotel, was a nightmare to sleep with not AC specially in my birthday celebration! Really crazy , over all good place to stay.
- Kelly (6/5): - Pro: the staff was amazing and very helpful. Con: it’s next to a bar so there is loud music every single night until midnight, sometimes later. In addition the walls are paper thin. If you are a light sleeper, I do not recommend this place.
- Nnayab (6/5): Pleasant - The room and hotel is beautiful, location is excellent and the staff is very helpful. I think the saff was the highlight of my stay there. The mattress was too hard, curtains were not blackout, the fridge did not work the air conditioning didn't work too well. I also couldn't figure out how to make the TV work.
- Susan (8/5): Nice place - Breakfast was beautiful, nice hotel in good location. Room was lovely but tiny! We couldn’t access the parking via google or Apple Maps. Note this has been an issue for previous guests. Might be helpful to share some instructions for those guests who have confirmed a request for on site parking.
- Suzan (8/5): - Close to everything in kale ici but still far enough from the hustle loud noises from the pubs.
The room was good!
- Canute (4/5): - Review Title: Disappointing Stay at Kiana Kaleici Hotel
Our stay at Kiana Kaleici Hotel from August 2nd to 9th, 2024, was far from what we expected due to a series of issues that went unresolved. The mini-fridges in all three rooms didn’t work at all, leaving our drinks warm. It was frustrating to find that beverages left outside the fridge, cooled by the room’s air conditioning, were actually colder than those stored inside.
The room listing promised free bottled water, yet after the first day, we were informed that we had to purchase our own water, which meant daily trips to a local store in 35-degree heat. The TV in one of our rooms was completely non-functional, and the other TVs only offered 3-4 local channels, causing us to miss the Olympics—despite the listing advertising 64-inch TVs with cable and premium channels. Instead, we found 24-inch TVs with basic channels.
We also faced issues with the water pressure, which was inconsistent and often just trickled out, making it difficult to shower properly. Basic amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and coffee were missing from the rooms. When we requested coffee the lady had to order it online. Only paper cups were available for hot drinks, we ad to request proper mugs. Additionally, the door to one of our rooms wouldn’t stay shut unless it was locked, which raised safety concerns.
While the staff was polite, These unresolved issues made our stay uncomfortable and disappointing.
- Erona (10/5): - Beautiful property in the heart of Kaleiçi - so the old town part of Antalya right at the beach. Gorgeous views, super clean hotel. There’s literally nothing that was missing hotel wise. Super friendly staff and the decor and room set ups are literally exactly like on the pictures, which you know is rare.
- Amilina (9/5): Superb -
- Larisa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Simon (10/5): Happy with our stay here - Me and my girlfriend are very happy with our stay. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, a comfortable bed, a fast check-in and check-out experience and very good location! Obly positive things to say!
- Oni-adebola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alizée (6/5): Pleasant - Location, AC that is much needed There is music until 3am, the rooms are tiny for the price, staff is not super welcoming
- Michael (10/5): - The property is located in a fantastic area right in the old town. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
- Jose (10/5): - Very cute hotel, its small but very cute decorated
Room was comfortable and had good a/c unit
Staff were amazing!
- Hamza (8/5): - Amazing service at the hotel, its around a bunch of clubs and alcohol.
- Gozde (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adele M (10/5): - The Kiana is situated just one block away from one of the liveliest nightlife streets but it is quite peaceful. It is very close to Hidiirlik Castle which is currently under renovation and will be an amazing historic site when completed. And it is a short walk from the harbor and beach club where you can rent a chair and umbrella.
The rooms are newly renovated and beautiful--although it was a tight squeeze to get into the bed in its niche. There is a sweet small courtyard and a gated entrance that is locked at night. Breakfast is offered but not included--there are options around.
Service was good.
- Phillipa (10/5): Exceptional -
- William Paul (8/5): - Very friendly team. Lovely little hotel. We had quite a small room. Reasonably priced.
- Richards (8/5): A fantastic place for our short stay in Antalya. - Location, kindness, hospitality and generosity of hosts. Rooms were a little small but we this didn’t impact our stay as we were mostly out and about.
- Nadia (6/5): Okay stay for the time spent. - The room was clean, the front desk tried to be helpful. Having the option for breakfast was nice, although we didn’t use it. The parking situation was awful. We asked before arrival to reserve a parking place, which was approved. There is space for two cars, but if you park in the spot further up the hill you can’t get out without moving the car behind. Coordinating this was annoying and inconvenient. Additionally getting to this location in Old Town is really difficult. There are only one or two entrances into the area, and Google/Apple Maps were not giving accurate directions as to which route was available. It would have saved 20 minutes for our arrival if the hotel had informed us prior what the best way was to travel into the area.
