• Giuseppina (6/5): Bellissimo appartamento nel cuore di Londra con qualche pecca visto il costo piuttosto elevato. - L’appartamento è arredato con gusto e ha un’ottima organizzazione degli spazi che include un’ampio salone/sala da pranzo, una cucina separata, due stanze da letto e due bagni (uno dei due è accessibile da una delle due stanze da letto). Inoltre l’appartamento è dotato di riscaldamento regolabile a seconda dei propri bisogni ( e non un semplice climatizzatore). Si trova inoltre in un’ottima posizione molto centrale per visitare la città. Entrambe le televisioni non erano utilizzabili nemmeno con canali non a pagamento. Per poter vedere qualcosa dovevi utilizzare un tuo eventuale account per connetterti. Quindi non è mai stato possibile utilizzarle. Una delle due stanze da letto non aveva vicino al letto nemmeno un piccolo comodino o pensile dove poter appoggiare il telefono o gli occhiali. Nessuna presa di corrente era inoltre vicino al letto per ricaricare il telefono. Tutti gli armadi erano utilizzati come sgabuzzini quindi non era possibile appendere nemmeno una camicia. Nelle varie stanze erano presenti del ventilatori o condizionatori portatili in quanto non c’è aria condizionata. Poco elegante e’ stato trovare nel salotto un tubo estensibile di uno di questi condizionatori portatili lasciato lì con una certa sciatteria. Nessun contatto umano ma solo tramite mail o messaggi anche se il personale che gestisce l’appartamento è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile.

• Berta (10/5): Un buen apartamento en una ubicación perfecta - Me gustó todo del alojamiento y en especial limpieza y ubicación. La televisión de la habitación no funcionaba.

• Belinda (10/5): - Excellent location, seriously the best. You can walk or tube everywhere. Nice safe neighbourhood. Friendly and attentive and accomodating hosts. Lots of good amenities close by. We did.run short on some amenities, toilet paper, more towels would have been nice, more tea towels etc.

• Hakima (10/5): Magnifique Appartement en plein centre de Londres - Tout !!!! La localisation on est pres de la station de métro Oxford Circus, l'appartement est grand, et propre. Les deux salle de bains magnifiques dont ûe avec une baignoire. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il y a un ascenseur pour y accéder. L'accès est très sécurisé. On a eu chaud...pas de climatisation mais après ce n'était pas noté donc pas de mauvaise surprise.

• Carol (8/5): It was a grrat apartment, great location and a great weekend. - The location was perfect, near to all main shopping streets so walked everywhere. The àpartment was very comfortable, and although near the centre was very quiet. The beds were comfortable but would have preferred them to be larger as we are used to a kingsize one. And just a suggestion, a bin and a magnifying mirror in the the bathrooms would have been nice.

• Chandra (8/5): Very good - Location is very good within a minute’s walk from tube station and Oxford street. The apartment is big and clean. Some attention to details such as (a) promptly attending to problems like the broken fan which was never resolved till we left (b) other altido properties kept some complementary tea, coffee, sugar etc.; this one had nothing. We did leave behind some stuff for the next guests though!

• آل (1/5): please do not lie to people through booking just to try to make some money and thank you. - it’s nice I will be honest, but they lied about that I didn’t open the door for the cleaners, I did open the door and I asked them kindly can we have 30mins max to sort out luggages and they said ok and he wrote a paper for me to put his cleaning stuff inside and I did when I left, the problem is they are saying that there are a damages while I’m sure there’s no any damages.
