• Martine (6/5): A place with potential, but as is below par - Location is good: super close to metro, a supermarket and at the back of a small restaurant/cafe. It has a lot of potential to be great The bed squeaks incredibly The plates, cutlery etc etc are bare, bare minimum I’ve never came across a apartment that had so little or such bad materials for eating in. Also no herbs, salt , peper, some coffee or tea , no drying cloth etc. The airconditioning can not be operated . (This was a big one) as the sun shines on the glass wall and door all day long. Temperature went up super quickly during the day and cooling off during the night was not an option wit hout have the door open…. This means your front door…there are no windows. The WiFi did not work (they said a providers issue), but what provider has issues for 3 days? It was an issue probably between the provider and the owner… And the TV only has Italian… which one can expect, but since the WiFi was also out and the tv such an old one (not smart) , we also could not stream All in all, a lot of things could be fixed and if they do, before you book, It has the potential to be a really nice place.

Заселення провели швидше на 2 години, а ніж було зазначено у бронюванні. Сковорідка та ронделик були малі діаметром, тому індукційна плита на це приладдя не реагувала. Були обмежені у приготуванні їжі, так як обходитись лише однією каструлею. За 5 ночей перебування так і не вдалося під'єднатися до WI-FI. До телевізора не було пульта. На четверту добу нашого перебування, майстри без попередження зайшли самі у квартиру, ремонтувати кондиціонер.

• Chaido (5/5): Very disappointed! - Despite the negative aspects of our experience, there were also some positive points worth mentioning. Although the area is located a bit far from the city center, the apartment has a metro station literally right underneath the building, which made transportation extremely convenient throughout our stay. In addition, there are nearby convenience stores and cafés very close to the apartment, which are especially helpful and practical for travelers. We would also like to mention that the gentleman we eventually spoke with — who we assume may be the owner of the apartments — was genuinely helpful and polite. The ladies from the service team were also kind and assisted us appropriately when needed. We are very disappointed with our stay and unfortunately would not recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, the overall condition of the apartment did not meet basic expectations of cleanliness and comfort. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, and there was noticeable humidity throughout the apartment, especially in the bathroom where mold and moisture were clearly visible on the ceiling. The apartment had absolutely no sound insulation. We could hear conversations from neighboring apartments very clearly, and every single night there was excessive noise from both the neighbors and the surrounding area. We contacted the host explaining that we were unable to sleep and asking if any solution could be found, but we never received any reply to our message. In addition, during our stay we accidentally left the key card inside the apartment. Although we understand this was our mistake, the first person we spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive, despite clearly seeing that we were stressed because all of our belongings were inside and we had to leave the country the following day. We were told not to “keep bothering them with calls,” and we were charged €50 for someone to come and unlock the apartment so we could get back inside. Furthermore, despite staying from Wednesday until Sunday, only one roll of toilet paper and one mini-sized soap were provided for the entire stay, which was absolutely insufficient. No bottled water or basic hospitality amenities were offered either. Overall, the apartment did not feel properly prepared for guests and the level of care and hospitality was very poor. Although they eventually helped us regain access to the apartment, the combination of poor cleanliness, humidity, lack of soundproofing, constant noise, and unprofessional communication made this a very unpleasant experience overall.

• Bouanane (5/5): Le prix est trop élevé pour la qualité du logement. Mais à 1 min du métro - Les instructions étaient très clair mais de dernière minute!! Il y avait le stricte minimum dans le studio, et sentait un peu le moisit, un grand manque d’aération vu qu’il y a juste la porte d’entrée, pas de fenêtre! Le lit était très inconfortable et fait du bruit quand tu te retournes!

• Lorraine (9/5): Fabuleux à recommander - Un peu au nord du centre de Milan mais accessible facilement en métro de la Gare Centrale. Le petit café juste en bas de notre appartement pour 6 euros, 2 cappuccinos et 2 croissants excellents. La station de métro juste à côté de l’appartement. L’appartement était moderne et bien décorer. Nous n’avons pu accéder au WIFI même après avoir parlé au responsable. Petites suggestions qui n’ont pas eu d’impact négatif sur notre appréciation mais qui seraient un plus. Ajouter 2 petits fauteuils et une mini table pour relaxer sans être assis dans le lit, quelques coupes pour boire du vin et ajouter un savonnier dans la douche.

• Luís (8/5): Correspondeu às minhas espectativas. - Era um espaço razoável para 4 pessoas e bem localizado mesmo ao pé do metro. Tinha tv e internet. Existia uma pastelaria/café mesmo por baixo do apartamento (foi bom apesar de fazerem um pouco de barulho quando abriam) e a poucos metros existia um supermercado. Poderiam melhorar em alguns aspetos tais como, não deixar apenas 2 rolos de papel higiénico para 4 pessoas em 5 dias. Apenas uma panela dava na placa de indução e o ar condicionado não dava para controlar (em média a casa estava a 25º).

L’unica cosa da segnalare è che la sera la zona sembra essere poco frequentata da famiglie o turisti. Personalmente non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema ed il soggiorno è stato tranquillo, ma può essere un aspetto da considerare per chi viaggia da solo o non conosce la zona.

Appartement fonctionnel. Manque d'équipement : pas de balai ni de pelle, pas de torchon. Un seul rouleau de papier toilettes pour 2 semaines. Appartement (donnant sur la rue) très agréable mais bruyant.

A lakás nagyon szép és teljesen kényelmes több ember számára is! Az ágy nagy a szoba pedig világos! A konyhában alig volt eszköz illetve semmiféle takarítószer vagy eszköz nem állt rendelkezésre ami nagyban megnehezítette a hosszabb távú ottlétet! Wc papírból is csak keveset kaptunk illetve törlő papír sem volt a szálláson!

The apartment is comfortable, with a nice kitchen where you can cook your own breakfast, a beautiful large window, and a convenient partition that gives privacy if three people are staying together. A very good apartment overall — clean, pleasant, and well-organized.

• Κωνσταντίνος (6/5): - Τέλεια τοποθεσία. Δίπλα στο μετρό. Δεν είχε αυτόνομη θέρμανση. Ειδικά την πρώτη μέρα δεν είχε καθόλου ζέστη το δωμάτιο ενώ έξω είχε 11 βαθμούς. Προσπαθήσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με τον οικοδεσπότη αλλά δυστυχώς απαντούσε περιορισμένες ώρες τη μέρα. Υποτίθεται έφτιαξε την θέρμανση, αλλά μάλλον ήταν κεντρική και εμείς δεν είχαμε τρόπο να ανεβάσουμε την θερμοκρασία. Είχε και ένα κλιματιστικό αλλά δεν μπορέσαμε να το λειτουργήσουμε, έβγαζε μόνο κρύο αέρα.

• Veronica (8/5): - Muy limpio. Tal cual las fotos . Tenía de todo para una estancia cómoda de 6 días. La persona encargada estuvo atenta a todas mis dudas y preguntas. Sabanas de cama y toallas muy limpias. La cama principal y el sofá cama ambos muy cómodos. Algo muy bueno es que la cocina tenía microondas. Y super cerca a la estación de Metro. A unas cuantas paradas del centro de Milan. Eso le da un agregado fantástico. Llegar por la noche en el tren, caminar unos cuantos metros y llegar a tu alojamiento, no tiene precio. Además hay una cafetería deliciosa en el primer piso del edificio. El apartamento es algo ruidoso. Al estar tan cerca del Metro , se escucha el paso del tren cada 10 minutos pero el Metro no opera toda la noche. Al amanecer se escucha mucho ruido en el edificio y en la calle. También escuché algunos días música muy alta pero felizmente a la medianoche cesaba.

Chyběla štětka na záchod, pouze jeden toaletní papír na celý pobyt, v kuchyni chyběla utěrka a uvítal bych alespoň základní vybavení (sůl, káva atd.), všechna konverzace probíhala přes WhatsApp i check-in, kde jen majitel poslal odkaz pro nahrání dokumentů a zaplacení městské dani asi 2h před naším příjezdem až pak nám poslal údaje pro vstup na ubytování, na žádost udělat check-in osobně nevyhověl... ubytování není v takovém stavu jako na fotkách, v myčce bylo použité nádobí, postel je velmi nepohodlná a chyběl návlek na peřinu, byl pouze na polštář, naštěstí je v ubytování i rozkládací sedačka, která nás zachránila na další noci, díky kavárně v přízemí budovy je to v noci velmi rušná lokalita.

• Muna (1/5): Bad - Location is the only thing that’s good Sperm on the sheets, electricity went off the first night and we couldn’t leave of the apartment without keeping the door open, because it wouldn’t opening from outside, so we had to take all of our luggage with us every time we leave, tried texting the owner and she wouldn’t reply at all, worst three nights ever, also the hair dryer and the bathroom light are were broken, the bed makes a sound every single time u move and it wasn’t comfortable.

Дуже близько метро а також кавʼярні ,ресторани піцерія та магазин Не сподобалось що вибрали тільки щоб було з парковою а коли замовляли її там не оказалось і сказали що треба було заздалегідь замовляти. По факту у дворі було місто ще на два авто але треба було лише прибрати баки зі сміттям вірніше перемістити в кут де було вільне місце. Благо що є неподалік парковка та ще і в два рази дешевше.

• Darragh (6/5): Handy stay for 3 days in Monza for the F1. Wouldn't stay here again given the choice when looking at value for money - Location. Close to metro line. Coffee shop next door and supermarket around the corner. Cleanliness: very clean, room was spotless bar some cobwebs. The room overall was spacious. The AC was working well for us when we stayed. Communication: good communication prior to arrival. The key for the room was in the wrong black lock box for self check in. Incorrect apartment lock box given in message. Eventually tried the corresponding apartment number box, and by chance the code given to unlock it worked. When we tried to leave the apartment, there was no instructions on how to unlock the automated gate. We had to get help from a pedestrian who went next door to the cafe and managed to get help. Not good enough that a staff member of this cafe showed us how to get out and not our hosts. Again, this issue arose when the hosts were out of hours. (All doors look like apartment building doors, the button to leave looked like it could be a doorbell for someone else's place. It has small tiny wording above it in Italian, possibly to say that's how you unlock it) WiFi was very slow. It was intermittent. Incorrect WiFi code/ID were left. No WiFi for first night of stay as a result. Sent a message to hosts and got an automated message back that they were out of hours. They only communicate within certain hours. No instructions were left for the television. Trial and error and we eventually got the TV to work. Curtains. Not enough privacy from neighbours. They weren't blackout. When walking past the room you could see into the room. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this place. Metro is close by, you can hear everything on the street. There is no soundproofing in this apartment. You will hear everything. The culture in Italy is to dine late, so don't come if you expect peace and quiet after 9pm Shower was very small. As in tiny. Seal with the doors weren't great, you could easily flood the floor. 4 towels left. 2 big towels, 2 small towels.. These were seemingly for the bathroom but one could guess you could use them in the living space. There were no tea towels that we found. One roll of toilet paper, for 2 people, for 4 nights.

• Fabio (8/5): Ottima posizione, bella struttura, peccato….. - La location è piacevole, bella struttura è dotata di parcheggio (a pagamento), ben collegata ( M3 e trenord) servizi e ristoranti vicini. Peccato per l’impianto di climatizzazione insufficiente e molto sporco (in tre giorni è riuscito a passare da 32 a 29 gradi, pulizia filtro segnalato dallo stesso impianto), anche la pulizia generale dell’appartamento non era perfetta.

• Chiara (7/5): Migliorabile - La posizione davanti alla metro Affori FN, gli ambienti spaziosi, la facilità del check in e check out. Scarsa dotazione prodotti da bagno e assenza di caffè. Non si possono aprire le tende delle ampie vetrate perchè manca la privacy. Alle 5.40 spostano i carrelli della biancheria posti davanti alle vetrate fanno molto rumore e ti svegliano sempre.

What a bad service from the host. - We all liked the location because it has easy access to the metro, buses, and the central area. The size of the apartment was good, and we managed to get paid parking in the apartment, which was convenient. You can find Supermarkets and coffee shops close by. A/C didn't work properly at all, so we sweated the first couple of days like hell. Luckily, the temperature dropped, so we could sleep better on our last few days. The bidder didn't work at all. Even after being informed, it was never fixed. Not enough cutlery. We were four in the apartment and only a few. Requested more and never got it. In the shower cubicle, there was no place to keep the body wash or shampoo. And the shower leaks, so when you want to have a body shower, you ultimately take a full bath. Not enough toilet paper, so we bought our own. We haven't had any stuff to keep the room and bathroom clean throughout our long stay. Even when we request some bin covers to clear garbage, we never get them. Too loud to sleep, and there were horn sounds throughout the night, so you could not sleep properly after a long walk in Milan. Bad smell of garbage around the area (like a dead rat) throughout our stay.
• Marcela (9/5): Clean, good location, good value for money - The building is very close to the metro station that goes directly to Duomo (15 min aprox. to Duomo). The apartment is very clean, spacious and with kitchen facilities. There is supermarket nearby for usual shopping and a caffeteria downstairs for breakfast, soft lunch or drink. The communication with the owner was efficient. Nothing relevant to mention.
• Елена (8/5): Very good - Great location in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of good places to eat. There’s a bakery and a supermarket, just a minute away. The apartments were okay. Good deal for the price you pay. 😊
• Verified traveler (2/5): unfair/dishonor housekeeping charges - I am solely disappointed and referring to the property's unfair/dishonor housekeeping charges which are not spelt out on their property advertised Rule & Regulation AND didn't indicate at all on the check out page when making the booking. Prior to two days of check-in date - it's requested by Property to complete the online/virtual check in, it left me no choice but have to follow Property's Instruction to transfer EUR60 payment for housekeeping in order for the Property Agent to release check-in information and code to open the building door. I re-stressed that if the housekeeping fee was honestly indicated on the check out page when making booking - I WON'T CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY! In addition, please take note that there is NO WASHING MACHINE in this property even though the Property Website stated the Popular Amenities included "Laundry Facilities".

• Vesna (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, near the metro station, supermarket and bakery. The flat was nice and cozy, it had everything necessary for a short stay.

• Rushda (8/5): Very good - The location is great - metro station entrance a few steps away Cute little coffee shop right next door and a grocery store a short walk away around the corner. A little noisy at times but didn’t affect our ability to sleep at an appropriate time.
