Proprietari disponibilissimi che sanno come dare la giusta attenzione agli ospiti. Il sonno è piacevole perché nonostante sia in centro non c'è caos o rumori. Letto molto comodo e bagno pulitissimo. Appena sotto il portone ci sono ottimi locali sia per la colazione che per aperitivo o cena. Da Toledo Class abbiamo usufruito della vera ospitalità Napoletana. Consigliatissimo.

• ronit (10/5): - מיקום המלון מעולה ממש מרכזי, קיבלו אותנו עם מגש פירות תותים ודובדבנים ומים. חדר נקי וגדול בעלי המקום אנשים לבביים מקסימים רוצים לעזור. אפילו שלא דוברי עברית הקליטו מה שרצו להגיד בפלאפון בתרגום והשמיע לנו מאוד אדיבים. אמנם ישנו לילה אבל הם באמת מקסימים. גם שסיימנו למחרת רצו לתת לנו בקבוקי מים שיהיה לנו באמת אין דברים כאלה. המקום עצמו הוא ישן מאוד הבנתי שהיה מנזר או כנסיה קודם. אבל החדרים ממש בסדר ובכניסה יש עמדת קפה אספרסו עם עוגות ופירות. לאנשים מבוגרים לא כל כך מומלץ בגלל הגישה במבנה.
• Helena Traeland (10/5): Fantastisk. - Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold her! Beliggenheten er perfekt – veldig sentralt i Napoli, noe som gjorde det enkelt å komme seg rundt. Det tar ca. 15 minutter med taxi fra flyplassen. Rommene var moderne, rene og innbydende. Renholdet var upåklagelig, og vaskehjelpen kom kl. 10:30 hver dag. Det som virkelig løftet opplevelsen var personalet – helt outstanding! Utrolig hyggelige, imøtekommende, kom med masse gode tips til restauranter/ plasser å besøke i Napoli og raske til å svare på spørsmål og henvendelser. Man følte seg virkelig godt ivaretatt. De tilbød også mange små, men gjennomtenkte fordeler som gratis snacks, kaffe, og tilgang til praktiske toalettartikler som Q-tips, bomullspads, hårføner og mer. Alt i alt er vi utrolig fornøyde med oppholdet og kommer absolutt til å booke her igjen neste gang vi besøker Napoli. Anbefales på det varmeste!

Ideal for those who want to experience the food and culture of Naples. You can feel safe even when we returned late at night. Our hosts, Laura and Cesare, were very kind, flexible, and responsive to all our needs. The place is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has everything you need: TV, air conditioning, coffee maker, cold water in the fridge, and cookies. We were lucky to find it available, and we recommend staying here to anyone exploring this vibrant and fascinating city. We came here also for the winning match of 4th scudetto for Napoli team! The building is full of character, the rooms are very nice, well equipped and exceptionally clean. But what I love the most about staying here, is the way that Cesare and Laura run this place. • Maya (9/5): Prime locating apartment hotel!! Amazing hosts! - Laura and her husband were the kindest hosts ever! When we just arrived, we got a few local recommendations for restaurants and other places we can't miss in Naples which was so helpful! The room was quite spacious, and we also got some local pastries in the room (and a free refill outside of it, as a part of the coffee station). I really likes that there were only a few rooms (4 in total) which made this apartment hotel very intimate with a boutique feeling (especially as it's run by a family), while still being located right on Via Toledo which is Naples main street where everything happens - lots of restaurants, local shops, cafes and even all the international fashion branches which makes commute by walking super easy. Also, considering that Naples' city center could sometimes be intimidating during nighttime, we felt very secure at the apartment even when we came back late at night. The elevator was quite small (could fit in only 2 people with luggage, or 4 people in total), but every time it came quite quickly and it had no issues running during our stay.

The best restaurants in Naples are within 5 minute walk and many of the city sights are also within 5-10 minute walk. The room is ideally sized for couples. The bed is large and comfortable. Laura and her husband are amazing hosts and will help you plan your days in Naples to ensure you do not miss out on the amazing food and sights on offer. Definately would stay here again.

The property is super clean and modern. The room and bathroom were super spacious. Loved the high ceilings and balcony! You can't get a better location. 12 minute walk in any direction you'll find yourself in one of Napoli's exciting neighborhoods. It's close to tons of restaurants, markets, shopping, and public transit. This property checked all the boxes for me; a/c, private bathroom, wifi, elevator, location, price. But what really sent it over the top was the outstanding service. Laura and Cesare are AMAZING hosts. Laura was very communicative and responsive. She provided detailed instructions on how to find and access the property as well as made some stellar restaurant recommendations. After checkout, Cesare had discovered we had left something, he rushed it down for us. When he noticed we were having a hard time getting a cab, he arranged one for us. They were there for us the minute we landed in Napoli to the minute we left and we could not be more grateful. I cannot recommend this property enough. I have nothing bad to say.

• Shay (9/5): Great location, large rooms, clean, very friendly . - A perfect location, right in the middle of via Toledo, makes it easy to plan a trip around the city. The hosts were very freindly, helped with the trip and gave excellent recommendtions for places to eat. Large rooms with large bathrooms. The entrance is the main downside but the location and room size with the hospitality covers it up .
