• esciboii (3/5): Outright Disappointing Offering (used, loud, busy location, relatively spacious house w/ parking) ! - Many rooms/beds, beds comfortable, basic cleanliness... VERY NOISY Location (Traffic/Big street/s) Quite the old-ish place/house/furniture/kitchen . do not understand the "good" rating/s overall ... Basically clean but NOT A GREAT place .. Would not recommend unless 'emergency' (or the other place you booked, was even sh!ttier); Disappointing Offering overall, and a misleading Rating here too... always remember, no (accurate) Photos usually means, no 'representative' condition and/or Offering overall. POST THIS BOOKING !
• yoshiakira (7/5): 寝るには最高のところ - ベッドが思っていた以上にフカフカで寝心地が良かった。 お風呂・トイレは清潔感があって安心した。 近くにコンビニ・スーパーもあって利便性は良かった。 リビングが油っぽい不快な匂いした。 窓を開けてエアコン入れて換気扇入れてもあまり変わらなかったから、壁・床にしみついている匂いかもしれない。 一番滞在する場所だからこそ、ここは何とかしてほしいところでした。

• K (7/5): 快適リーズナブル - 自宅の様にリラックスして滞在できる。何よりも4人以上の滞在だと破格のリーズナブルさ。食事無しだけど、近隣になか卯等があるので車があれば朝食は困らない。夕食も車で利用出来るお店が多いので、レンタカーや自家用車での利用なら食事周りは快適。近隣が静か。 三階建ての狭い戸建てをリフォーム再利用した施設なので、階段が狭い。駐車場も狭いので軽自動車なら問題ないが、ミニバンクラスでは少し苦労する。テレビがスマートテレビ仕様ならもっと良かった。

• Cady (1/5): ⭐ 1/5 — Disappointing stay: poor hygiene, dishonest service, zero hospitality - It has 4 beds.. We booked 7 nights, stayed only 2, saving the host 5 full days of electricity, water, and cleaning. Still, when we asked for just 3 extra hours at check-out — with heavy rain, 3 children, and 10 suitcases — we were told to pay ¥2.000 per hour. We offered ¥3,000, almost double the proportional hourly cost (¥90,390 total ≈ ¥538/hour), but the host stalled with vague replies and suddenly claimed it was “no longer possible” — right after we pointed out he could cover cleaner costs with his savings. This wasn’t about cleaning or availability. It was about keeping 100% of the profit. We were left in the street with kids and luggage, in the rain, while being misled. Worse: you never speak to a real host. We got over 10 different names responding, none of whom knew the property. One even told us to use a device to register “next to the TV” — it didn’t exist. The apartment itself was in bad shape: – Floorboards taped together – Toilet tap tied with rope – Only 1 coffee cup – Stains on sofa, walls, and floor – No AC downstairs (41°C!) – Shower on the hot ground floor, and no shower curtain — you have to sit on the floor of the bath or flood the entire bathroom – Bedroom blind was torn, letting all light in – Tiny water heater -- Constant noise around the house drove us mad — not just from passing cars, but also from a traffic light nearby that talked loudly all day and night. – Isolated location, far from shops or transport The host wants to be a “Superhost” — not to offer hospitality, but to charge more while doing less. It’s all about margin, not care. Expect a polite reply from them — it won’t change the facts. We were lied to, ignored, and left without support. Avoid this property.

• WONG (8/5): - It was a good stay for family. Stayed 4 days, 3 night. Subway line is abt 800m away, less than 10 mins walk will connect u to the rest of the subway/Trains line. For those whom drive, free sheltered parking right in front. House is clean, 3 bedrooms, one small playroom for children. Well maintained.
• Dorothy (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious house over 1000 feet, could sleep up to 10 people, well equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, 1 bathtub, laundry rack, full fridge, parking garage included. Would definately stay again! Great value, clear check in instructions.

• ryo (10/5): - 広くて安い宿をありがとうございました。普通車だったので、駐車場が少し狭く感じましたが、大人数で、安く泊まれたので満足です。隣のラーメン屋さんのお客さんが駐車場の前に自転車を置いていたりどいてくれなかったので、？？？と、思いましたが、満足しました。ありがとうございました。

• Frank (8/5): Very good - 10 minute walk from the station. There are plenty of good eateries within walking distance, including one right next door. The place looks small from the outside, but the rooms themselves are very spacious with a lot of wardrobe space and very comfortable beds. Excellent for large groups. No umbrellas :(

• ??? (8/5): - お風呂場が清潔だし、大きくて良かった。 ベッドルームも大人数で泊まるには十分な大きさと数があって良かった！ 全体的におしゃれな雰囲気で満足、子供達も楽しそうでした。 駐車場はちょっと狭くて大きな車だとギリギリでしたが、専用駐車場があるのはいいです。 また今回チェックイン時にタブレットがつかなくて焦ったのですが、電話して対応していただいた際に丁寧で安心できました。 残念な点としては、タオル掛けがないのでタオルの置き場に困る、足ふきマットももう一枚でも変えが欲しかったかなと思います。
• Deedee (1/5): Bad - Location was good because my family live near The bedding was all dirty and there was a lot of dust in the house because it wasn't cleaned well. The bedroom is on the 3rd floor, but the bathroom is on the 2nd and 1st floors
• Khanyupar (9/5): Apartment in Osaka - The apartment is suitable for large family (6-7 members). 3 bedrooms with kitchen is billion. Online check-in instruction is very clear and easy. Supermarkets nearby and good ramen restaurant attached to apartment. The nearest train (JR) is 640 metre. But if you travel by bus to main station (Namba, Tennoji), bus stops are close to Apartment.
• Barba (8/5): Very good - It’s was a great location! The couch is a little itchy and old, and some of the walls seamed slightly dirty when we checked in, but other than that we enjoyed the house!

• Cheong (10/5): Its a great place for family stay - It is a petite japan home located at convenience location, facility is complete and clean. The check-in process and house rule is very clear stated upfront. The parking space is very narrow hard to open door and loading luggage. The staircase is also narrow and hardly to carry up the luggage to 2nd floor.
• Jordan (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay and slept very good in the beds, which were very comfortable. The home was very clean, with - The beds were very comfortable and cozy, and there was plenty of room. It was kid/family friendly It was about a 10 minute walk to the subway station. Free parking. Next to a ramen shop. There was dust on top of all the A/C units. Though it was somewhat close to the subway station, it took at least 30 minutes or more to get to the main parts/attractions of Osaka and often required transfers on the subway. Not the fault of the accommodation, but it would have been good to know before hand.
• Rashed (8/5): Very good - Size of the villa is pretty large, Quite Area , many convenience store is 2 min walk, bus station is 1 min walk , Train station is 11min walk approximately The shower area and washing sink are located in the Ground Floor where it is freezing due to unavailability of heating system downthere , it was challenging to shower the kids they must were their jackets before and after going to wash their faces or taking a bath.

• Shui (6/5): Value for money - Sufficient rooms for my family The staircase is too narrow. There is no air conditioning on the ground floor so quite cold when you are about to take a shower.
