• TADAAKI (1/5): 安心して泊まれません。 - 便利な場所にあり、室内は綺麗でした。 入室に手こずるとあったので万全の準備をして向かいましたが、予約した部屋の鍵が開かず、隣の部屋（宿泊者居る）の鍵が開いてしまう始末。 その後の対応もスタッフが宿泊施設にいないのでコールセンターに電話するなど不安な中廊下で３０分程待たされました。 観光を楽しみに急いでチェックインを済ませに来たのですが、予定が狂いその後の夕食の予約時間にも間に合わなくなったりとても残念でした。 就寝中も誰か入室してくるのではないかと心配が絶えませんでした。

• Chizuko (8/5): 大満足 - 部屋が綺麗で、家族で泊まるのに快適に過ごせました。 浴室が結構広くて良かったです。一部屋にベッドが4つあるホテルがなかなかないので(簡易ベッドだったり)、リーズナブルな値段で泊まれて本当に良かった。ベッドも、ふかふかでした。 事前にいただいていたメールのチェックイン時に使うQRコードが違うものだったのか部屋のロックが開かず、電話で連絡をして、QRコードを送ってもらいました。対応はとても親切だったので、手続きに手間取りましたがよかったです。

• Patrick (8/5): Perfect location for a short trip to Osaka. - There's no staff on site so I couldn't really tell how nice they were really but from the messages and the rest of the communication everything went smooth and they were accomodating. The check-in progress is nice and easy. One of the beds is placed directly under the AC which may lead to a cold if one is not careful. Just a minor nitpick though. No storage rooms for lugagge so.. use the space wisely!

• Taichi (9/5): - チェックインがセルフですがスムーズに出来ました。 お部屋は落ち着いた照明でとても綺麗で、高さのあるカウンターや天井からのシャワーが初めてで、家族みんな喜んでいました。 エアコンの音が大きかったです。
• Minae (7/5): 一つの経験 - 滞在時間が7-8時間だったので とにかく費用面では満足です。ユーティリティも 清潔に保たれておりました。 事前説明が文字化けしていたのもあって チェックインに戸惑いました、深夜11時を 過ぎていたにも関わらず、電話対応して くださったのは、本当に助かりました。 建物の開け方と入口のタブレットの QR読込までこのまま宿泊できないのでは ないかと不安で仕方なかったです。 　そんな様子のまま，慌ててチェックアウト したので、手続きも忘れてしまいました。 自分自身が無人の宿泊施設を初めて体験した ということもありますが、「万が一の場合」 という記載があれば有難いです。
• 佐藤 (7/5): コスパと綺麗だったので良かった。 - ベッドが4台あって良かった。 駅からも思ってた以上に近かった。 シャワールームも綺麗だった。 ３泊したのに、タオルの交換ができない。 歯ブラシが木でできており、口に入れると木の味がした。また、交換もない。 チェックインの家族の顔写真を撮らなければいけない事を分かりやすくした方が良い。チェックインに時間がかかった。

• Sukhyun (8/5): Room's perfect, while check-in's need improvements - Our room was on the first floor, and it was perfect for our trip. The bedroom(yes, the bathroom is separated) itself was definitely good. It was big, clean, and comfy. it even has kitchen sink and mini bar! Building was quiet overall, and there's a manual for every appliances accessible, which is pretty important since A/C or TV remote's buttons in japan are mostly written in japanese. The bathroom and toilet are separated. there's a powder room between the aisle and bathroom too. also, the design of the room is classy. super classy. one thing some people might consider is there's no window(it has one, but it's facing right to the apartment's stair next to it), but i think it's no big deal compared to what you'll experience. The check-in system was confusing, because the tablet in the front told us to use "doorpad password" while there's none. Actually, it was QR code which was sent to me with booking.com's message system after we did the check-in at the front. We, confused enough, touched everywhere on the door to find the numpad or something to type in. There's a lot of people who didn't use booking.com with mobile app, whom would not get notification popped up on their phone. Maybe it would be a better idea to send people the room's QR passcode or URL to that when they book, and make it valid only after their check-in process is complete. Also, there's no contact available other than the japanese phone number, so we asked every friend we know who lives in japan for a call. Line ID or Telegram would be great.

• Liss Marita (9/5): Rent og fint rom med gode senger, men ingen dagslys fra vinduet. - Til prisen så var dette veldig bra. Gode senger, en liten kjøkkenhage, separat do og dusj som var fint for en familie på fire Ikke mulighet for dagslys. Vinduet vendte ut mot en trappesjakt mellom bygningene. Ikke dagslys og ikke fint å ha gardinene oppe.

• 林 (10/5): 最高です！ - チェックインにとまどい、問い合わせさせていただきました。親切に対応していただきました。チェックアウト時、たまたま管理されている方と遭遇しましたが、とても丁寧に接してくれて、また泊まりたいと思いました！ チェックインの方法（QRコード）が少し難しく、結局、再度QRコードを発行してもらいました。年配の親が先にチェックインしようとしたため、少し困難でしたが、問い合わせ対応も丁寧でした。もっと、カンタンにチェックインできたら、本当に良い宿泊施設だと思います。

• Miyata (10/5): 良かったです。 - 家族４人で宿泊するため、シングルベッド4台のホテルを探していましたが、こちらのホテルが最安値でした。 当初、無人ホテル・駐車場無しとのことで不安でしたが、実際に宿泊すると部屋はとてもキレイで、お風呂とトイレが別になっており、快適でした。 ・洗面台のライトがスポットライトだったため、化粧がしにくかった。 ・エレベーターが付いていないので階段で３階まで行かなければいけなかったこと。 ・シャワーの圧力がもう少し強かったらよかった。 ・パジャマが用意されていないので、持ち込み必要だった。

• Tania (8/5): - Camera completamente nuova, letti futon comodi. Bagno con vasca e doccia, bellissimo. Un po' difficile da trovare con Google Maps, ma penso fosse un problema mio di rete. Dopo la prima volta, super easy. Vicino ha due linee metro (la C e la K) e Seven Eleven (5-7 minuti). Peccato non vi sia un bar per fare colazione proprio sotto. Host gentile e risponde rapidamente. C'è lavatrice e asciugatrice che va a monete da 100 yen (mi pare 3-400 yen per lavare e 100 per asciugare) Unica osservazione, sarebbe ottimo avere possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia dato che il check-in é alle 17:00

• Barbara (8/5): great stay in osaka - might feel cramped for 4 people for European standards, but everything was very clean. The bedding felt a bit soft, but it’s a pounding something that can happen all over Japan. Mattresses tend to be softer than in Europe.

• Marconi (9/5): - Localização. Perto de estações do metrô e Castelo de Osaka (precisa caminhar um pouco mas é tranquilo). A acomodação era boa. Ficamos no último andar e dá um certo trabalho para subir e descer as malas mas ok. Check-in via tablet e acesso via qr-code. Tem um family mart bem próximo.
